Caliber is amazing. I picked them based on places the insurance company offered. So glad I picked them. Got me in for an initial consultation quickly, and after dropping it off I received continuous texts about my repair and what was going on. My car was ready 2 days before promised. Staff is great. My service advisor Fernando was very helpful and friendly. The text reminders I opted for were the best way to get quick updates about where my car was in the repair process! The car actually came back looking better than it did prior to my accident and they even cleaned my car from top to bottom so it felt fresh and new leaving their facility! I also wanted to give a shout out to the team who were willing to stay after hours to allow me to pick up my car when I could fit it into my schedule. I sincerely appreciate it! Great experience overall. If you are working with an insurance claim, these guys delivered on their commitments. My car was even ready earlier than estimated!

Got backed into at the store. They got me in and fixed so fast! And Xan is literally the best employee here (and the sweet lady at the front desk)He really made my experience amazing after this frustrating ordeal. I will only use this location moving forward. They re amazing!!

I am very pleased with this place. I recommend this place to anyone. Xan (misspelled his name on company review. That s what happens when you have autos.) he was really patient and helpful. My bumper looked so brand new and amazing job. The inside my car was filthy and they had it cleaned to my surprise. Thank you guys so much. Will be coming back.

Had a great first experience working with the guys at Caliber Collison! I had some work done at the Baltic location, and they were able to get my vehicle in and out quickly without cutting corners on the work. Very pleased with how it turned out. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Xan and his team made my car repair experience not only smooth but also surprisingly enjoyable. Xan s professional expertise was matched only by his charm and sense of humor. I left feeling grateful for both my fixed car and the smile he left me with. Hopefully our paths cross again.

I highly recommend the team at Caliber Collison for your vehicle repair or service needs. After being rear ended I reached out to Caliber, they were able to get me in quickly for an estimate and I was scheduled to drop my vehicle off a couple of weeks later. They finished the repairs quicker than I expected and my Jeep looked new again. Their customer service was amazing. They were incredibly helpful and friendly every step of the way and I truly felt like my vehicle and I were in excellent hands.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible customer service if I wanted an update I had to call in and ask for one, had my wife s car for almost 3 months. I was even told that my car was getting baked and it would be ready but my car s GPS said it was at a tire shop and when I asked the case handler he said hmm that s weird and then the next day told me some excuse on why it was there. I will never come back to this place, they do great work but they give the run around.

After a minor fender bender my insurance suggested a few repair businesses, I randomly chose caliber collision and couldn t be more happy about the choice. Eric was my case rep and went above what was required of him to repair my vehicle. Communication was great through their online app and personal phone calls. I couldn t be more happier with the outcome. They really know how to take a bad situation and turn it right side up. Hopefully I won t need any such services in the near future but if I do I know where I m going. Thanks to everyone that took part in repairing my ride Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Progressive and Turo had my claim held up. The vehicle was obviously totaled but no shop would see me for an estimate for 3 months. When no one in the valley would receive my vehicle Kieth the GM listened to my situation, connected on a human level and made a way for me. He connected with the local adjuster, received my vehicle and got enough information to the estimators at Progressive to conclude that the vehicle is totaled. Moreover he would not release my vehicle to the insurer without my consent and even took the time to remove my plates for me. I don't know about other Caliber or shops, but I do know the service at Caliber Baltic is second to none. Kieth is the man, he is awesome, smart, funny and good people. His staff seems alright too.

Glad Caliber was here to help unding my truck after I messed up and crushed the side on a parking bollard at a carwash.The estimate was super fast, expectations were set early that there may be part delays, and even though it took a bit for that the work was done right and they kept us informed along the way.If you happen to be in the unfortunate situation needing vehicle repairs, these folks are true pros and take the stress out of it!

Communication was Great! Text updates kept me from needing to call in. Friendly staff also. Highly recommend! Jenn and Sam were fantastic and incredibly helpful. They helped organize a rental car with the insurance company and the rental was dropped off at Caliber, which was so much easier. I got weekly texts from Sam with updates on the work and expected delivery date. I was anticipating it taking much longer, and they quoted me about 4 weeks (which I was completely fine with and expected) and they turned it around much quicker than that. My car looks great and mechanical issues were fixed as well. I would use them again and will recommend to others!
