I ended up smacking a good-sized deer with my truck on Highway 55 at the end of October. Connie and the crew at Caliber on Fairview have been awesome. Got my rig back in about 2 weeks' time, and they did an amazing job getting her back to normal.So when my husband's truck got hit, we made the choice to have it brought in as well. I would highly recommend anyone to this shop to get your vehicle back on the road. Great communication all the way around!

Be sure to read the fine print! We took our vehicle in after being in a crash, that was not our fault, after they disassembled the vehicle, they would not reassemble. They stated it was in the fine print. To me they should have also stated it verbally, to provide good customer service. We were ultimately forced to turn over the vehicle because they would only sell it to us in parts.

I really appreciate the updates throughout the process of repairing my car. The results were amazing. It looked just as new as when I first got my car a few years ago if not better! The customer service was phenomenal. I definitely would recommend Caliber Collision for repairs.

Caliber did an excellent job with my repairs. Ben, my service advisor made sure I was taken care of and kept me updated along the way. I ve had to do this a few times and he really made a difference in the entire process. Customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

The repair was completed very well. I had a misunderstanding and when I brought it up caliber was quick to bring a solution to the table that was acceptable.Due to playing phone tag the remedy has not been fulfilled yet. No review is perfect hence the 4 stars but (as long as agreement is upheld) I would go back to caliber anytime.

I had a great experience. My car was done ahead of schedule, and I was kept up-to-date with frequent text on the status of my car. I would definitely recommend them for your future repairs.

Customer service is admirable. I received virtually daily updates. Only reason this isn't a five star review is the length of time it took to complete all repairs. The vehicle looks amazing. Good as new! Overall, I'm still very pleased! Thank you!

I started with one shop, was not happy at all. Then reached out to Caliber Collison who were beyond awesome! Kept me informed through out the entire time with excellent customer service. Kudos to Connie who was an absolute sweetheart!!!

Ben was great. He explained the entire process. He took photos of my truck and did a walk around inspection. Caliber Collision was $1000.00 less than the first collision shop I went to. Ben told me it would be around 10 days ish. Evidently, Caliber Collision, has a body shop magician named Jason. Jason has a Doctorate Degree in vehicle body repair. Ben called a couple days later and said my truck was finished. What a surprise-ish???? When I picked up my truck, I checked it out and it looked beautiful. I met with Jason and told him that I appreciated his magician work and he needs to get a raise. Jason was thankful and he went back to his domain and jumped on another vehicles body work. Thank you, Caliber Collision!!!!

This is the second time I ve used Caliber Collision. I was very impressed with their communication and scheduling the first time I came back. Their work is also great, never had issues afterwards on both my repairs. I highly recommend them.

A horrible experience. They had my can over 2 months and didn't offer to provide a rental once the issue became Caliber's fault. They had to repaint my car after the repair due to black specks under the clear coat, and they never could get the strong adhesive smell to go away after trying three separate times. I ended up selling the car as it was too strong of a smell for me. Jason, the manager was rude and unwilling to admit any fault, he said I just had to wait for the smell to go away and hung up on me twice. Definitely would never recommend this company to anyone, the worst experience I've ever had.

Everyone was so nice, car looks amazing, and lots of communication! The team work between my car insurance, Caliber Collision, and Enterprise car rental was a smooth experience! I would definitely recommend them!

Caliber was exceptional to work with. This was our first time needing repairs from an auto accident. I had always seen and heard from friends that collision repair centers were a nightmare to work with, not Caliber, they made a difficult situation (auto accident) as easy and painless as possible. Highly recommend.

Caliber Collision on Fairview in Meridian was amazing! Kristen at the front is so friendly and helpful. Ben was the specialist that I worked directly with for repairs and he kept me updated the whole time and explained everything so simply. My car was even done WAY faster than I expected. Couldn t have had a better experience. I highly recommend using them for your next repair!

Having my car worked on at Caliber Collision was a very pleasant experience. They did excellent work and their pricing was very reasonable. Great communication as well as they kept me informed with each step in the process. I would highly recommend them for body work on you vehicle.

Excellent results and communication from the whole team. Cody was my contact and he along with the repair crew and front office staff run an efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. They coordinated the loaner car details eliminating that part of the equation and my car repair was completed before original estimated time. The whole process was stress free, quicker and easier than anticipated. Hope I never get clipped/ sideswiped again, but if I do I know where to go for excellent service and results. Thanks to all at Caliber.

Caliber Collision is the best auto body repair business I ve ever experienced! They were organized and professional and friendly. The repair on our Porsche Cayenne was excellent! I can recommend them without reservation.

The repair was for an outside panel and bumper. The bumper was fixed but had a pain drip/run that had to be fixed. The back seats and carpet were ruined by a chemical spill and broke a tail light that was originally denied. After proven to them how my car entered their shop and how it left, they fixed the paint, replaced the tail light and tried to clean the chemical spill. The smell was so toxic that it would hurt your teeth, the car was undrivable for a month. They tried to say it was a normal smell until they got inside the car and realized something was wrong. They tried to clean the car, which didn't work. They connected the car to an ozone machine to extract the chemical smell and was NOT successful. I have spent endless hours and money detailing the car, shampooing the seats, carpet, trunk and still have issues with the smell. I just don't understand why they even had to get inside the back of my car when the repair was an outside panel. They ruined my car. I would give them zero stars if possible. Do not take your car to this location.

A very positive experience.Here's the bottom line. Everyone at the Caliber on Fairview, Meridian from the front desk to the delivery team was exceptional, knowledgeable and expedient.Their compassion and pride of their work was always evident. I felt like I was their only client. They all conveyed an attitude that they were here to help me rather than they were doing me a favor.If you really want to appreciate just how good these people are. Do what I did and research other collision businesses. It's very time consuming and a laboriousprocess.Or you can just take your favorite vehicle directly to Caliber on Fairview. Exceptional.

I will start out saying I have nothing bad to say about the Caliber Meridian location. From the moment I called and set up my appointment with Destiny the Service Adviser , I got in as soon they could and it worked with my crazy work schedule. I was fortunate my car was still drivable, so after my first visit Destiny took all my pictures and drew up the estimate. Then it was a waiting game to get all my parts to arrive so I could drop it off. In the meantime while I was waiting Destiny was always keeping me informed on what was coming. The day came they the part that were ordered were in. Before I dropped my car off to get my front end taken apart I went back one more time to make sure there wasn t anything missed that s where I was helped but Austin the other Service adviser and also Ryan the General Manager they both were able to get into my car a little deeper and order some more parts. Once the time came to drop off my car they were very accommodating with my work schedule and above all else I have my son week off and week on and when I dropped off my car I didn t have my son so they were going to try and car done before I picked him up again. All said and done my car was done in the time frame they gave I was very happy with there service and would recommend everyone and everyone I could if they ever had car damage.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Austin Blake, of Caliber Collision, on E. Fairview in Meridian went up and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and easy. It was the first time that I have needed to get body repair done on my Lexus and I was quite nervous about the process and how things worked. I was very worried that my car was totaled because of the many different warning lights that were showing on my dash but he did a great job staying in consistent communication about where we were in terms of the original timeline and whenever a delay occurred. Whether it was because we were waiting for a part or because further damage was found, he did a great job keeping me in the loop. When the job was finished he did a thorough job walking me through all of the repairs that were done and made sure I was happy with the final product. My beautiful whip is back to it's old self and Austin made sure of that. The entire team at the Meridian location was nice and thoughtful of my time, will definitely be using them again if a similar situation occurs in the future. Car is looking brand new again! Had my truck fixed after hitting a deer. Expected for 2 weeks. I got my truck back in 5 business days. Repair and replacements are top notch. Paint is flawless.
