I had a bad tire from big O so I bought a new one. They gave me another bad tire and dragged their feet to give me a new one. Insisted I go way out of my way to nampa to get it warranteed. Then nampa insisted I leave my car with them for awhile at their convenience so thwy can try to diagnose the problem when I just left my car for 2 weeks at the big O in meridian with a diagnosis and had a diagnosis from another shop already showing the tire was defective. Had to call corporate to make them finally fix the problem then they gouged paint off my quarter panel when they finally did it. If you want a headache, wasted time and money this is the place for you

I've always liked Big O. My grandpa would get tires from there when I was a kid. I remember the cleanliness and friendliness of the place. Fast forward 30 years and Big O still lives up to that same standard of cleanliness and friendliness. They provided me with great and fast service leaving me with a great set of tires

I took my car there last month and had new tires put on, I really liked the fact that they didn't seem interested in overselling things that may need addressed, until a couple weeks ago I took my car into my mechanic and was informed that the brakes were really bad and needed to be replaced immediately. I am super disappointed in Big O for not informing me about the brakes, it would have saved me time in the long run and the extra money. Not really sure if I want to take my car back there. It's become more difficult to find places that are up front with issues and yet respect the overselling boundary. I'm also not a new customer to Big O, I used the Fairview location in Boise for about 17 years, until Tim retired. I'm just super disappointed that Big O tire locations are just that much different from each other.

Big O' Tires Tire Shop on E Fairview Avenue in Meridian is not a fancy place. But the people who work there are cool and Down-to-earth.I like the fact that I can drop my Nissan Sentra off for a Synthetic Oil Change or for Brakes Service & Just walk home or to Burger King or Albertsons or to all the businesses on North Main Street!I got my Winter Tires Put on Today so I don't get stuck next time it snows ! It cost $90.00 Exactly to get them put on Rims. I like how the price is a whole $$dollar $$ amount! This is a Competitive Price compared to the other Tire Shops that I've been to in Boise, such as Les Schwab and Commercial Tire.I called to make an appointment last week but the person on the phone said to just stop by. I was skeptical that I would be waiting all day but my car was done within 30 minutes of being there! I was very happy about this and had time to walk over to Burger King for lunch! There's also a Subway close by!I will definitely be returning to Big O' Tires Meridian for my Tire and Auto Service needs!Your lonely Google Guide,Scott alias Dot.

Great location that my family and I have used for years. On this visit we were helped quickly and they explained everything that needed to be done with no extra sales pitch which I appreciate. Just what needed to be done. Will continue to use them for all our tire needs on our vehicles.

Super quick and efficient customer service! My car is always in and out within an hour or two - perfect time to grab some lunch or run a few errands and then swing back by to pick it up. Thank you all!

Big O Tires in Meridian is the place for tires. They have every option one needs. I have purchased from them for years. Each time I buy new tires for my cars and truck I go to three tire stores and get quotes to find the best option and the best pricing. Big O has the best pricing every time. I still go to the others each time to get quotes, just because I like best deals. But each time I end up driving on Big O tires-because they ALWAYS beat the competition. The best price and the best tire every time. They are friendly and offer honest, personal, professional service.

Stopped in to just get air on my tires. And the guys were amazing and got me all squared away with new tires, Because they were very much about to explode. Brian and Mike were Honestly, the Biggest blessing I could have asked for today . Thank you guys for helping out a Damsel in distress.

Marco and Ryan have always taken such good care of my truck. I had recently taken it to Peterson Dodge in Nampa to have the electric rear slider fixed. I had an 8a appointment, dropped my truck off and 8 hours later not only was the one thing I asked them to fix not done, they cam back with over $4000 in upselling for things I mostly didnt even need. Every time I have ever taken my truck there it has been an ordeal, bad experiences, several comebacks for things they said they fixed but didn't. After 10 years, I am SO done! Big O Tire did a fantastic 21 point inspection complete with test strips on fluids, etc. It was done in a timely fashion and when I was told it would be...they are SO much more than just a tire store! Thank you for putting your customer before the almighty dollar!

Called and asked about putting some older tires on one of our cars, and was told that they just had to be 10 yo or less. Drove over about 20 minutes later, and suddenly their answer had changed and we were told that they wouldn t provide service due to them being 8 yo. You could tell the guy just didn t want to do it. Will never be back to this location.

Mike was professional, personable and courteous. He explained the process clearly and was on the same page as far as the kind of new tires I wanted. Big O was quick to get my tires replaced and didn't charge me for things I didn't need. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you Mike!

We had an unexpected problem with one tire on our Highlander. We brought our car to Marco and the Meridian Big O team. They took care of our issue quickly and politely. We will buy our next set of tires from them, for sure.

Nice people behind the counter, but I had my alignment done and found that the car felt just as bad if not worse than when I brought it in. When I took the car to a different shop, they told me I had a bad tie rod and bad stabilizer bar links. They also said that the car never should have been aligned with the tie rod and links in that condition. The Big O tech who did the alignment check must not have bothered to look at the suspension or steering parts, because they never said anything about it. So if you go to Big O, make sure you ask a lot of questions.

We have been coming to this Big O since forever. They have the kindest and most honest crew we have ever known. We trust them to NEVER try to up-sell us or take advantage of us. While we wait in the waiting area, we often eavesdrop on their conversations with other customers. They always treat everyone as though they are the most valuable customer in the shop. We love Big O Meridian.

Got 4 tires for my Civic here maybe a year ago. One got a nail and a slow leak. Came back and the tire was repaired under warrantee, quickly and with no hassle. You can't ask for better service than that from a tire shop, so I can't give a rating any lower than 5 stars. Good work Big O team

This place is amazing! They are super friendly and honest people. I took my truck here for a second opinion and the price was right, plus they were able to get my truck in quickly even though it wasn't a quick fix. It had a LOT of issues and these guys worked with me until the end. Even when the problems were getting out of the scope of what they cover in their shop, they were willing to find the right place for me so I didn't have to hunt down more places to finish my truck. The original diagnostic didn't find everything that was wrong (some issues were only felt while driving) but they continued to do the work that needed to be done! Many of the suspension and steering components had to be replaced including front and rear drivelines and these guys never gave up on me. It's hard to find an honest anything these days but these guys are the real deal and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

Marco and his crew are incredibly attentive and friendly to me as a frequent customer. I have two older cars what can I say ha! They take such great care of my car needs. They have my undivided loyalty as long as I live in the Treasure Valley.
