I was taken care of right away. The service is very detailed, caring, and makes you feel like family. It s nice to have a company that you can trust and recommend all to of your family and friends too. The communication is fantastic every time I step foot through the door. I also appreciate that they send me text reminders and they can even send my bill via text so I don t have to clutter up my glove box or a file cabinet at home with paperwork. This is a top tier company from top to bottom.

We ve taken our vehicles to a few shops around the Treasure Valley, but Jason Flinn and these guys definitely know how to take care of you and they are BIG time supporters of events and activities in the community! Took my daughters car in recently, that got in a bit of a fender bender. Fortunately it didn t require body work but they were able to fix the rear bumper and get it back into place FREE of charge!! No other shop would ve done something like that for us. If you want to get taken care trust these guys to do the job! Thanks Advanced Automotive!!!

I had a great experience here. I had a warranty claim I needed on a used vehicle I purchased and the process was so easy. I called and Jason answered - he explained his shop works with and is a preferred provider with the warranty company silver rock. I got on the schedule and at my appointment time I dropped of my vehicle. An hour or so later, Jason called with All the information, he had already spoken with the warranty company and all repairs had been approved and all I needed to do was give him the approval to get to work. Jason gave me a time estimate and ended up beating the estimated time by a day (I needed a lot of repairs) I showed up and my used car now runs like a brand new car.Thank you Jason, I will be back - although you fixed my car so well it might be a while ;)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto tire replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I m in a local Treasure Valley network/nonprofit group with Rayna, co-owner of Advanced Automotive Center. They re making a great impression with the solid work they do for their customers. I d recommend them highly for any mechanical work you need done on your vehicle.

Brought my RX330 here for a timing belt change. After they installed it incorrectly, my car wouldn t start! They claimed it was the PCM and wanted to charge me an additional $1000 to fix it. After I towed my car back (costing more $$$) I let the car sit for a few months and eventually sold it to a mechanic. The mechanic said to stay away from this shop because they can t install timing belts correctly!

These guys are fantastic! I've had headache after headache dealing with other shops forgetting or canceling my appointments, or taking days to diagnose the problem. I cannot be without my car for long periods for work and these guys really came through. Excellent work done by advanced automotive in the time frame they promised. 10/10 never going anywhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My son had a pre-purchase inspection performed on a used Pick-up truck. Advanced Automotive spent nearly an hour inspecting the vehicle, front to back, top to bottom. They were extremely thorough and provided a detailed written inspection report of findings both good and bad.They also took pictures and videos of potential issues that required immediate attention. Having owned 28 different vehicles during my lifetime; I'm 67, this was by far the best pre-purchase vehicle inspection I've ever seen. They completed the inspection with out prejudice to either seller or buyer. They also provided estimates for repairs. Advanced Automotive Center is a "Cut above of the Rest". Highly recommended.

Advanced Automotive is AWESOME!! Brady and his crew are exceptional and great to deal with!! What would have been a 4 1/2 hour wait turned into 1 1/2 hours since both guys worked on my vehicle. These guys are awesome. My door handle quit working. They ordered a new one and I brought in my truck. Instead of simply replacing it they saw that they could adapt and solve my problem, saving me the cost of the handle.I will be back to have them meet my next need. I trust an ownership that is interested in building relationships vs a making quick dollar.

iI have had no luck with mechanic shops in the last several years. Serendipitously I pasted this place on my way home after my car started acting up. When I pulled in I figured they couldn't be any worse than all the other rip off artists I've dealt with the past couple of years. They were up front, HONEST, friendly and reasonably priced. I have found my new mechanic shop! I highly recommend!

See my Heritage Auto review.Heritage Auto Repair quote for working AC -- $2576.70.Total quote for recommended services and repairs -- $7140.48Left after paying $271.10 in AC diagnostics.Amount paid to Advanced Automotive Center (AAC) to fix AC -- $612.58Amount not spent by approving AC repairs at Heritage -- over $2200!AAC even texted me to follow up on repair!And yes -- it is running frigid! We paid $6600 for a new motor to be put in. The quality of work was less than stellar. We made it 2.5 miles down the road from his shop for our vehicle to turn of, check engine lite to come on as well as a slough of other problems.After confronting them about all the problems, asking where the quality control was for the work performed, asking for receipts, warranty info and proof of items purchased, we were told to get off the property and the police called. Now they refuse to respond to phone calls, VM and emails.So much for thier mission statement. I strongly urge one to do business elsewhere.

My Silverado started having an issue and I went all over town for three days trying to get it diagnosed and repaired. All the local shops I tried kept telling me I needed to replace the Throttle Body and even the ECM. I took my truck to Advanced Automotive Center and Brady was AWESOME!! He diagnosed the issue and before trying to sell me the more expensive fixes offered a less expensive alternative and using his skill and fantastic customer service got my truck back in shape. He was professional, reasonable and best of all, friendly and HONEST!! That is hard to find these days, great job Advanced Automotive and Brady!

These guys are incredible! They diagnosed and fixed my truck in only three days that other shops couldn't even diagnose. (and they had to order the parts in) Super professional and knowledgeable guys that are on point with timelines and communication!

Great place. Very friendly. They offer financing for big repairs but otherwise are very affordable. Veteran owned. They even offered to give me a ride home when I dropped off my car

Our experience was great until we received our car back with one of the wheels not fully tightened down. We had an alternator replaced and the rotors grinned down and new brakes put on, a total of $675. Lane was a great mechanic but whoever put the wheels back on at the end was negligent and did not properly tighten the lug nuts down. We then had to bring the car back the day after to see what was causing the loud noise and shaking of the wheel that had not been there prior to having the car worked on. Luckily the wheel did not come off while we were driving as it could have caused us to crash. I gave these guys two stars and not one because Lane the main mechanic was very nice and helpful. He was upset that his tech did not do his job correctly and was very apologetic about what had happened. We never heard from the manager/owner of the shop about the incident.
