This man worked on my wifes car. He failed to connect the wire harness properly when he was done with his work, which caused corrosion and stopped the car from wroking properly. I took the car to get fixed not knowing the issue the repair shop informes me the wire harness was not hooked up properly. I brought this to the owners attention and he refused to offer any payment for his mistake.

I'll just start out with saying this business is the worst business I have ever dealt with. First and foremost they were 3 weeks past the time quoted. I understand that there are delays with shipping/parts etc.. but there was ZERO communication. When I finally picked up my vehicle, there were several noticable issues. One being the hood, that was damaged in my accident, wasn't even fixed? Overspray was all over my windshield and interior... I could honestly go on for a while about the things done wrong.. I went back to shop exactly a week later to go over the issues...To make a long story short, they denied any wrong and told me explicitly to get in my truck and leave. If I could leave no stars I would. This is a small town and it doesn't take long for word to travel.These are just a few of the many pictures I took the day I picked it up from the shop.. That is a brand new part with gouges in the paint (thankfully my pictures are all timestamped) These guys take the insurance money and run....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was recently involved in an accident ( my car was backed in to while parked). The quote for repairs at Western Collision came in at $2762 which was submitted to the insurance company. The insurance company quote came in at $1983 with the main difference in price being the labor rate being charged by WC and the rate the ins company would pay. Neither party would budge on their prices and both told me I would need to come up with the balance out of pocket. I refuse to play that game and pay out of pocket for a no-fault claim. Their customer service throughout this process was not good. They have a tendency of not answering their business phone and did not offer up any other ways to contact them so I was forced to leave messages that went unanswered. I would not recommend Western Collision. They are the only auto body shop in town and that is exactly the attitude you will receive when dealing with them (take it or leave it, we have plenty of other work).

Really fantastic experience. My vehicle's front end was damaged this winter season, I went in for a quote and they took care of all of the paperwork. I paid them my deductible and gave them my car, took them about 2 days to fix the damage and received a phone call asking when I can pick it up.They did a fantastic, timely and very good job. Not only that but they took the time to answer all of my questions and were extremely professional. This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle I own damaged, they made it nearly painless.

Travis was very professional and did a great job fixing my bumper and fender. My car was finished earlier than expected and saved me a little on my car rental. Definitely recommend this McCall business.

While in McCall for 3 months we had a minor mishap with our KIA Sorento and broke a small piece of our right front fender (a small piece broke out). My husband took the piece to Western Collision and they somehow put it back in. They did a very neat clean job and were extremely professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to use their service again. Very very satisfied.

They did beautiful work on my car after an unfortunate interaction with an elk. Great communication throughout as well, and very helpful with me getting the car back when I had to fly back.

While visiting McCall had an issue with my boat trailer fender. They got me in and out quickly at a very reasonable cost and work that was well done!

They took my creased passenger door and rear fender and made us look like knew and for $1000 less than the two body shops I got bids at down in Boise

Horrible service. I've waited over a year for them to get my parts to repair damage. They won't return mine nor my insurance agents phone calls. Terribly operated

I hit a deer and took it to Western Collision. When I went to pick it up. It looked like new! You couldn't even tell it had been in a wreck!
