Zach has done work on both of our vehicles now and has done a great job. He s accurately diagnosed the issues, finished in a timely manner, been very communicative and all done at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here!

Big shout out to the folks here for their act of kindness and generosity. After being away from the area for a number of years, I left my truck and keys there after hours not realizing that Alpine Auto had moved to a new location. Agh! I didn t have a way to correct the situation but they quickly offered to transfer my vehicle over to the correct location.Would not take compensation either. Thank you for the evidence of goodness in this community!

I was fortunate enough to meet Zach some years ago while he was working at a different place. His quick, professional demeanor and solid work with the rolling problem I'd been driving at the time made it clear I'd been extremely fortunate to find him. I eventually got rid of the rolling atrocity and bought a reliable car. Since then, I've not been seeing Zach every couple of months with new problems, for which I'm sure he's grateful! However, his quick work and professionalism haven't changed. His new location is extremely convenient, and he seems to always have time to answer my questions. He's directed me to people who could help me in the same quick and efficient manner when I've needed auto things outside the purview of auto repair. He's been a remarkable resource. There isn't anyone I would trust more for auto issues. Please check Pro-Form Automotive out first for any needs. I doubt you'll need to search further for help.

It's so refreshing to meet an enthusiastic, helpful mechanic these days. I've only met Zach on the phone because he diagnosed my truck problem over a five minute conversation. My trucks electronics went crazy when I started it and he gave me something to check before I brought it in. Car problems used to stress me out to the max until I started going to Zach. His integrity is unmatched and I trust him implicitly with my rigs. He's detailed, informative and incredibly fair/honest, almost to a fault. He's fixed everything I've thrown at him and even though I know nothing about cars, I've heard many locals who are knowledgeable rave about his skills and knowledge. I'm a definite loyal customer for life and would recommend Pro-Form to everyone with a vehicle!

Zach is great. Honest and fair. The biggest problem with him is that he is in high demand so you have to wait to get his services. One of the few people I trust to work on my truck.

Great experience. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was in town on vacation and experienced an engine problem. Zack fit me in in to his schedule and accomplished needed trouble shooting and repair. I am in the diesel repair business myself and was very impressed with Zack and his operation.

Zach & his crew stepped up to help us out & save one of our rider's cross country motorcycle trip when no one else wanted to touch it, especially after a botched attempt by another shop. The bike had a exhaust pipe that cracked, something that required some welding & grinding to make it whole & functional. Realistically something any welding, exhaust, fab shop should be able to do in a hour or so, but as soon as you mention motorcycle people instantly nope out, wanting nothing to do with it.Called several shops in the morning that we would be passing on our route while trying to limp the bike along. Zach & the guys at Pro-Form Automotive were the only shop that was willing to step up.They aren't a motorcycle shop but they had the tools & willingness to help a rider in need & told us to swing on in. They let us park the bike in a corner of the lot giving us a spot so we could pull the pipe that needed to be welded and put it in their hands to be.Within an hour & half we had the bike back on the road in one piece. Allowing us to make our days destination & continue our trip when we're 1,600 miles from home. I'm not one who typically leaves reviews. But, here I am on vacation 24hrs & 600 miles later sitting in Utah with a couple of other guys talking about how a these guys didn't just save a day, but were a turning point in saving a guys vacation.As a mechanic & machinist myself. They were straight up, honest to deal with & asked a very reasonable price for their time.Can't thank you guys enough.

As far as mechanics in McCall go, Zach and his team at Pro-Form are the way to go. True to its namesake, I can't say enough about the professionalism and exceptional customer service consistently exhibited by the Pro-Form team. I had the starter in my rig unexpectedly fail right before I was about to drive across the country for the holidays. Zach and his crew were able to get my car into the shop the same day by staying after hours to make sure I was ready to go on my trip. Bottom line, Zach understands that he is in the business of customer service as much as he is in the business of fixing cars. He won't just treat your car right, he will treat YOU right, and that's why I'll never take my car to anywhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was given Proform Auto info by a friend and was told Zach was a true professional. All I can say is that Zack is nothing less than just that. He has taken time out of his day just to let me ask him questions about my vehicle and given me ideas to try. He has earned a customer for life and if I need to take my vehicle to a mechanic I won't wonder where to take it, it will come to Proform everytime.

Awesome owner operator. I got shafted by the chevron repair shop. Made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early, 10 minutes after my appointment for a simple headlight bulb change out I was told that they would not be able to get me in at my appointed time. I am from out of town and needed headlights for safe travel home. Pro-form stopped what they were doing took time out and took care of my problem

Drove into town with an aftermarket transfer pump that had gone bad in a 1999 Dodge diesel the day before.New.Years eve. Zach found the parts for an older pump system and had it its way the next day. As soon as the part came in my truck was finished in no time. Car problems are a nightmare when you are out of town, but if you are in McCall go to Pro-Form, Zach and his crew will take care of you.I could not recommend more highly.

Zach and Brian are excellent mechanics, with both diesel and gasoline vehicles. My rare, odd, and ancient diesel Land Cruiser doesn't faze them. Nor my plug-in Prius. These sit near the ends of the complexity/modernity spectrum. From Teslas to Yugos, no matter, your vehicle will also be well taken care of.

Zach and Brian are fast, reliable, cute, affordable and take pride in their work. Dont even bother towing your car to boise only to be misdiagnosed or misquoted. Save the tow bill and go see "The Guy's"
