Last year I took my car to McCall Les Schwab, huge mistake. They kept my car several days and refused to let me pick it up until after they closed. When I went to leave the parking lot, I found out why. My engine wasn't operating correctly now, and I could only go 20mph. I drove to McCall Les Schwab with no drive train issues. I had to take a greyhound back to Boise and Gabe my car towed back. I later found out not even the residents of McCall go to the McCall location, they drive to Boise.They "hot rod" your car for a test drive and lots of other shady stuff. They put 2 front tires on, they were the wrong size, too big. Now I find out this is dangerous on a front wheel drive car. I had the big tires rotated to the back because they tore up my fender well liner. I stopped in to the Fairview Boise boise location, they refused to give me air and sent me driving on front flat tires because my account was at Cole rd. I get there and they fix the flat. Now I have to deal with wrong size tires, staggered on a front wheel drive car? I go to Cole Les Schwab, who on Saturday told me they would do the tire swap for the right size tires and an alignment. This morning I went into the Cole location and I overhear the manager tell another employee to swap the tires, but charge for alignment. I explain to him that wasn't what was agreed upon, he says "The tires have nothing to do with the alignment!"?? I left. They're not touching my vehicles any more. Now I have to file a lawsuit just to get the correct work done to my car and reverse the damage done. To think I'm an account holder with Les Schwab and this is how they treat me. Shameful.

If you want to get severely ripped off and your bank account gone then go to this place in McCall. My car tire got a flat and my vw golf gti has a special key on the lug nut to get off and not a lot of places have that key. But they were gonna charge $1000 to drill the bolt out and possibly damage the rim and rotors on it. But this other place Sharles Auto in McCall charged me $100 instead, to get the tire off and put the spare on without any damage cause I didn t have the key. That s a killer of a deal. Don t ever go to Les Schwab please.

I m just so grateful for McCall les Schwab they have fixed so many of the flats I have had over the years!! They are always friendly and get me right in and right out and back on the road!! Thank you

I'd had a tire get sidewall damage at 50% of tread use. They didn't have to supply a used tire for free but they did. Excellent customer service and they definitely believe in doing the right thing. No other place for tires. Thank you les schwab.

They wouldn't help me out and let me pay with a credit card over the phone and wouldn't put the one single tire I needed on our company charge account. All because I'm out of Denver and we have a crew working in ID. Nothing but problems when working with Les Schwab when trying to buy for a company. Go to the other tire shop in McCall, their much better.

We waited well over 2 hours for our tires were being rotated. On top of that people were coming in and out getting there cars dealt with even though we were there well before them.

Ed is truly such a fantastic employee. I got a flat and limped in on my spare. He didn't have my size tires in stock but put the best patch he could to hold my tire together until I drive the few hours back home. He gave me some great quotes and sent me on my way. This location has some of the best staff with real integrity. I appreciate you all!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jesse and Adam today! We were on our way home from our vacation when the plastic on the bottom of our car came 1/2 way off. They don t typically fix that sort of thing but they helped us at least zip tie it so we could get home. We were literally there for 5 minutes. We tried to give them money but they refused. I already buy my tires from Les Swab but I ll make sure they continue to have my business!!!

I picked up a screw in our SUV rear tire. Used an aerosol can product to help limp it into Les Schwab. They examined the location of the screw punctured tire and immediately advised me that they could repair it. Instant peace of mind. Knowing I did not need to buy a new tire. I was fixed and gone within an hour. I highly recommend Les Schwab Tire Center in McCall for your tire needs.

Bought tires from Les Schwab last year. During a trip across the state of about 400 mi my left rear sensor on my tire kept faulting out. Today I took it in to get it replaced. Oh no, it was working now so we're not going to replace it. We're going to make you come back another time to have it replaced. Don't quite understand that logic! It obviously faulted out as I showed the technician several times. He seemed to think it was a Ford issue which is hard to believe since all the rest of them are working just fine. Not my best visit to Les Schwab! They are normally on top of things and take care of business really well!

Excellent customer service!!!It is a busy time of year and they were able to get me in and out with new tires on my truck in less than 2 hours. I really appreciate all the hard working folks at Les Schwab - we are fortunate to have you here in McCall!

Always greeted with a smile when I go in. Polite, fast and very hard working crew from the front desk to everyone in the service bays. I get a full explanation of what work was performed and parts replaced if any. Most importantly any wear and tear that s going to need servicing or replacement in the near future is pointed out and explained why as well. Thank you Alana, Ed, Jesse and your entire crew!

I had a slow leak in my tire. We are full time RV ers and needed the truck for transportation. They got us in and fixed our tire really quickly. Thank you for great customer service. Unfortunately we traveled from California and that state has terrible customer service in everything. It was very refreshing to meet people who care about customers.

All they care about is trying to sale you high price tires. Went in with a screw in my tire and keep in mind there brand new tires, and the guy says oh we can't fix it because the tread is to low but here is a quote for new tires, I said go figure your famous words are here is a quote for new tires. I reply no thanks. Drove down the street to point s tires guess what they fixed it for free and had us in and out. So I'm visiting with locals up there and they said yea there good for that line. We recommend you don't go there. I'm agreeing with them. There money hungry. Seen them turn 3 people away with there famous words, can't fix it but here's a quote for new tires.

I was instantly greeted, takin care of at once, they showed me an issue with my brakes and offered to fix them on the spot. They replaced two tires, sipped them, put up my spare, and out the door completely satisfied in under 40 minutes. Great attitudes! Thank you very much!

The nicest crew! The woman at the front desk was running things by herself but was doing beautifully, the crew got my tire patched quickly and for free. Would highly recommend to anyone needing service in McCall!

We are on the road with our trailer. The trailer is a 2019 so we weren't really looking for anything to go wrong with the tires. But I happened to notice that the right rear tire was very bald. My husband called and took the tire in and they replaced it within a few minutes. Thank you so much for the excellent service you gave us!!!

My fianc� and I went in to get a flat fixed and they informed us it was absolutely necessary to replace all four rather than just the one that was flat. After that, I asked for the other three good tires back and when I went to unload them, I found that they had given me the bad flat tire in place of one of the good tires. When I called and informed them of the mistake, they refused to help me and told me I could go fish it out of the trailer myself. I felt like they were laughing at me. Terrible service throughout the whole experience.

We came in at 5:45pm, kind of in a bind. A gentlemen there stayed late to help us resolve our trailer issues. The kind lady made a fresh batch of popcorn for my granddaughter even though she was clearly working towards closing up shop. They charged us very little for the labor. Very kind and great service.
