Our family have been a customer of Ed Staub since we moved here in 2018. We are in a growing community that uses multiple propane companies. Any time questions surface concerning propane, I share our family's positive experiences. Anything pops up Ed Staub is there. We need an early delivery or a top off our tank, Ed Staub is there. They reviewed the propane needs for home making sure those needs would be met. We are grateful for the safety Ed Staub provides for our family.

This company literally stepped in and provided propane within a day after Amerigas had ran me out of fuel . The temperatures were bitterly cold and everyone s schedule was overburdened and critical ..Staff is phenomenal from office to technical to practical .. my prior company sent all communications offshore and even though I was on automatic refill they ran me completely out of fuel, thus heat .The integrity , moral standards know- how and get it done attitude is HERE .. pricing is better and commitment t is 100 percentI highly recommend Ed Staub & Sons Propane

Ed Staub and Sons Propane has excellent customer service from tank installation through our regular refills. The tank monitor and automatic delivery scheduling is working perfectly to keep our tank at safe and comfortable levels.

I needed to have my system checked before I could get propane. Corey came out and did a very good job of inspecting my pipes and my appliances. He assured me after a couple of tests that I had no leaks in my system. He was professional and was sincerely friendlyanswering any questions. His explanations were easy tounderstand. Propane has thepotential of being dangerous andafter his safety inspection of oursystem I felt confident that oursystem was safe. We arecompletely satisfied with theservice provided by the office staffin Lakefork and Corey the fieldservice tech and would wholeheartedly recommend Ed Staub &Sons to anyone.

Communication with the salesman and the associate at Ed Staub was horrible. Once order for a tank was relieved and times frames established. They didn t fulfill on time and equipment was messed up. We got lost in the system as for return phone calls to get things fixed and didn t receive any calls. Things only improved once we were connected with the warehouse. The salesman and the office staff seemed not interested. Getting through the wall To find someone that would actually help us was is very difficult. Sheree and ric Harold Coles

The staff of Ed Staub in McCall is outstanding! They are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Every experience from assessment and estimates for installation, conversion work, then helping us establish a fill schedule - it is all outstanding. Reliable service. Ed Staub stays on top of things and never lets us down.Ed Staub is very responsive. Was having issues with our furnace and wanted to verify there wasn't a low propane issue. They came out that same day to check. No issue, but topped out the tank anyway. Much appreciated.

I have worked with Ed Staub as a vendor for over 13 years. They are very on the ball and anytime I need them for an issue they come right away. Their system allows tgem to notice when the tanks need filled and they take care of it quickly. I would highly recommend them for your propane needs.

We are a new customer. We found the individual on the phone to be very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The gentleman and young man that delivered the tank were on time, set the tank in place, leveled it and hooked it up without any problems. We very much appreciate the extra effort in checking our system and being sure that our stove would light. We would certainly recommend them!!

We own our own 1000 gallon LP tank. I called 3 different services that deliver LP gas in Donnelly, Idaho. Staub was much cheaper than the other 2. They sent a technician to inspect our system and he verified that it was working properly. I am very satisfied with their service.

Great customer service and great prices! Our family has been with Ed Staub ever since we moved to Idaho. Choosing Staub as our propane supplier is one of the best decisions we made. Located on a hill, the delivery truck must park at the bottom during winters and pull his hose up to the tank. There is no driving up the sheet of ice without 4-wheel drive and studs. But the drivers never complain. I deeply appreciate their effort. We scan reviews to determine where we purchase products and services. I like to see their customer service, their boots on the ground which in Staub's case, their delivery and install techs. These people are trained well focusing on customer satisfaction. This important quality directly reflects on the company itself and their understanding of why customer opinions matter. Thank you, Ed Staub.

We have used other providers in our area and its nice to know nobody comes close to providing the quality this company does. They do what they say, usually overproduce faster, and always back it up with customer service the rest need to learn to provide. Its always nice too when the owner occasionally drops by to fill the tank albeit three days before they said they would. Big storm coming. Nothing but peace of mind. This is the number and company you trust and rely on.

From ordering our Propane delivery with their office personnel, to the delivery person, to calling to make our payment over the phone... Ed Staub & Sons is such a joy to do business with! They have the friendliest and most helpful staff. I appreciate when they remind us of their specials too! They all ready have competitive pricing, so going out of their way to offer discounts is practically unheard of! We will continue being a loyal customer and will tell all our neighbors, friends and even strangers in the grocery store!

Great Service and great people! Just had a problem which needed nearly immediate attention. Ed Staub jumped on it and got it taken care of even though it meant coming in on a Saturday. Switched from a competitor to Ed Staub a little over 5 years ago. Ed Staub's customer service and response is far superior. They continually validate my decision to switch to Staub.
