My wife and I were camping and needed a bolt tightened on our hitch. Just one bolt. I offered to pay for their time, tip their employee, whatever they needed. It was checkout time at the campground and I just needed some quick help. I understand others had dropped their cars off but, this was just complete lack of customer service. I was directed to another shop down the road at the Chevron. They were 3 times as busy and fixed me up in 3 minutes. Sad day when customer service comes to that. Maybe you should be a shop in a far more remote area where people won't rely on a big brand name.

On 5/25/2023 we were 15 miles south of Moscow Idaho when our driver's side front tire became flat. We temporarily put 3 plugs into the big hole of the tire, aired it up and made our way to Moscow. We got lunch at the University Diner and asked where was the best place to get a tire looked at. Bruneel Point S was the place to go.We called and they fit us into their schedule immediately, We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new tire.Kudos to the entire staff for their outstanding, courteous, prompt & professional service!!

Best service in town! My car had multiple problems that other places failed to identify or recommended options that I couldn't afford at the time. When asked if they could check my brakes the other company told me everything was fine despite me saying the steering wheel and car RATTLES when I d hit my breaks. My car hasn t tun this well in YEARS! Thank you and your team sincerely from the bottom of my heart.

Man, too good to be true. They fixed my flat super quick and I was so appreciative. The tech snapped off a bolt on the panel to get access to the frame. Found out when the panel flew off on the highway. Then when going to re attach it I noticed the bolt is snapped off. Not impressed. Thanks a lot John

This is a great home town shop, with friendly service and fair pricing. I was in McCall for vacation and my low tire pressure light came on. I found a screw embedded in a tire, so I called around McCall to find someone who could help patch it. At my first stop they refused to patch it, saying the tread was too low (I could still see the head of Lincoln on my penny), and wanted over $1,500 for four new tires. Fortunately Skip at Bruneel Point was willing to patch my tire up for about $20 and get me back on the road. I made it home safely.

We are from out of the area and had a major wheel alignment issue in McCall. Bruneel was able to get our car in the day after July 4th and aligned my wheels and rotated them in a timely manner. The service was excellent and affordable. Thank you for fixing my car and helping us continue our travels.

On a cross country move, our front brakes started to grind - this was unexpected and of course panic set in. Brian was very friendly over the phone as well as in person when we brought the vehicle in to be assessed. Even though the shop was too busy to fit in the brake replacement on our time constraint schedule, Brian looked it over (free of charge), explained what was needed and gave us comfort in knowing we would be able to make it to our destination. We were very pleased w/ the communication of Brian and would recommend this shop!

We have done business with Mark Sabin and Bruneel through multiple transactions each year for close to 30 years and have had excellent service without exception. The quality of their work has always been high and Mark and his staff have always been friendly and accommodating. We intend to continue doing business with them for as long as we own anything that rolls on wheels.Mike and Beverly Anderson, McCall, Idaho

My car was overheating on a weekend camping trip (I live in nampa), and I wasn t going to make it home. Left the car at the shop and called Monday to let them know what was going on- my dad called for me. After inspection they called back and told us a slew of things were wrong with it and it d be close to $2300. My dad called back again and asked if they could take a look again and fix the bare minimum (or help us find someone in McCall that could) so that we could get it home to our own mechanic, after that they never called back or looked at it and flaked on us, leaving my boyfriend and I to drive up the following weekend and see what we could do ourselves. We pop the hood, he takes one look and sees a hose is nearly in half and that s what s causing the leaking under the car, and loss of antifreeze/coolant. We tape it and zip tie it and make it home to our mechanic and all it needs is two hoses replaced. Absolutely insane experience considering neither my boyfriend or I have any car experience and visibly saw what needed done to get home.

Great service when two of our trucks came up lame the morning of a river trip outside McCall. While we ate breakfast they fixed a flat on one truck and replaced thee wheels studs and lug nuts on the second one. Service was fast, they fit us in, and we got right back on the road.

The crew at Bruneell's in McCall were super attentive and helpful. They outfitted my three cars with new sets of tires and had them installed and ready to go all in a single day. They offered me a competitive price and had flexible payment options. I never go wrong at Bruneell's....I've been taking my cars there for years.

I have been using Bruneel, McCall for about ten years now, primarily to switch between snow and summer tires, but also for other auto service. The have always been professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I ve never had a complaint.

Love the "new" (to me) interior. I've been a customer of Bruneel for years and they've always given me excellent service. Tonight I discovered a nail in my tire and rushed to Bruneel. I got there 10 minutes before closing (which I felt bad) but they still had me in and out in under a half an hour!

I and my vehicle have always received the very best treatment from Bruneel. Whether for new tires, oil changes, tire checks and repairs, or larger repair and maintenance, they have the expertise to handle it all and a strong commitment to safety and service of the customer. I wouldn t take my car anyplace else.

I bring my truck to Bruneel for maintenance and these folks always do a good job and at a fair price. They are friendly and knowledgeable, they have a wide range of services and quality products also. You get a great value and they pride themselves on doing a good job, which are qualities I value and appreciate.

As a retired mechanic from this town of McCall, I stopped in to get an alignment done before going on a little road trip. I was charged 59.95 plus tax. I felt it was a little high but everything is going up.I went on the road trip and had problems with the steering pulling to the right. When I confronted them about the pulling, they said adjusting the caster and camber was an additional $100.00 plus parts. I'm in somewhat a shock. I've been doing automotive repairs for over 40 years and I've never heard of such a rip off as this.I am a former auto repair shop owner and have been in several dealerships as a Service Manager. It's sad to see and hear such nonsense.I have nothing good to say about this place.

On a busy mid-summer day the guys were able to squeeze us in unannounced and have our van out of the shop and running same day so we could continue our road trip. It was the best possible scenario for us. Excellent customer services to boot.

Driving in McCall can be a challenge with a small car. Skid plate came down from under my little Prius and was dragging a bit. It was also time for an oil change so tried to get into the local oil change place but they had all kinds of personal drama going on and couldn t stay open during regular business hours.I had no idea Point S did oil changes but thought I would check, and so glad I did!!They got me right in, took great care and the service was top-notch. I will never go anywhere else!!!These guys are awesome!!

Friendly service. We had trouble finding a car mechanic to fix our car while in McCall on vacation. Brian and Mark took time to fix us up and gave us a peace of mind to drive back to Washington.

Amazing service by Mark and team. We flatted midway through a big road trip and he had the exact tires we wanted shipped in from SLC and went above and beyond to fix the annoying pressure sensors. Would def recommend to a friend.

Way overpriced. Upcharged on parts by 50%. Simple front wheel bearing replacement, two disk brake calibers and four disks changed totalled $1800.Started driving down the highway at 65 mph when I got a sudden surprise: they had left my hood open.Had the other wheel bearing changed at Big O in Boise on Broadway, it was half as much.My only reason for using Bruneel was my vehicle broke down near their shop. They get three stars for friendly people, 1 star for competitive pricing, and 4 stars for overall quality of work.

I am a resident of Mccall and have been using them for a long time. Staff is very professional and fixes you up in a timely manner. Good selection of tires. I would recommend them to everyone in need of help when it comes to it.

While on vacation I really overheated my brakes on a 2007 GMC driving down a long pass towing an RV while following a long row of slow moving semi trucks. I went to Bruneel point S and told them the front brakes needed to be replaced with new rotors, loaded calipers and I was sure the brakes were fried. While shopping in town Mark the manager called and said they checked all the brakes and found no problems. He said he would be just taking my money when I told him to go ahead and do the fronts complete. He said everything checked out and looked like new. Also no charge! It was a very good experience. I feel that the way I was treated is the way that they would have wanted to be treated if the role was reversed. I will be a repeat customer.

Our van got a flat tire somewhere in the canyon heading towards Cascade. Since the tires were about 80% worn down I called Bruneel Point S tire to see if they had a replacement set. They gave me 3 options and I chose the best tire and gave them my info so I could put the spare on in Cascade and drive up the next morning to install. After checking in and waiting in the waiting area for 15 min. the guy at the counter calls me up and now says the salesman the day before gave me bad info and they have no tires that will fit my honda oddysee. With no other options I left. So, I had a 2 hour drive on a spare for nothing. Extremely poor customer service! Buyer beware. Terrible experience.

A little while ago I took my truck in for an alignment fix and they did a complete front end repair which was not what it was taken in for. Still well after the trucks alignment was all over the place and very difficult to drive. Two days ago I took it in to get the alignment fixed again and they told me the good news was, "Its not very windy today and its sunny." Then I was told I needed a new "Driving box." Today my truck will not start and the engine lights are all on and it's a sitting duck. I'm not sure as to how everytime I've taken it in the problem I'm trying to fix isnt the one they even look at. The truck has more problems then it did when I took it in for such a simple fix and I'm just disappointed with this Bruneel in McCall. Such a shame.

I have visited two locations, one in Garden City, the other McCall and received great service at both. Locally owned, fair pricing and real customer service has made Bruneel Point S my go to tire store.

I dropped into Bruneel s just to make an appointment to have a headlight and wipers changed. Even though it was a Monday morning they worked me in. Hedi(I hope I have her name right, dang old people can t remember, smiles) and Mark were very helpful. Anyway, the got me taken care of and I was on my way. Wish I knew the mechanics name to thank him because getting to that headlight on my truck is really a challenge. I wish there were more stars. Couldn t be happier with Bruneels! Thanks

Charged me $175 to put on tires because "they weren't purchased from us" The only reason I bought them from another source is bruneel couldn't get the size I needed. I just paid them $70 2 days earlier to swap tires on another vehicle. That vehicle I did buy $650 snow tires from them. I have lived in the area almost three years and I have spent over $2000 at this location during that time and they had the nerve to pull something like this. Never again, there are better options apparently.

Last Friday I purchased some BFG tires from the good folks at Bruneel Tire (now "Point S"). Last night I was driving down Highway 55 when I hit a misplaced chain binder that must have fallen off a construction trailer. It completely destroyed the sidewall of one of my new tires. I called Bruneel at 7:20AM today (before opening) and Mark Sabin picked up the phone right away. He ordered me a new tire, free of charge, and it should be in McCall today or tomorrow.I've been to this location a number of times over the past year and they always treat me well, and I see them treating other people the same way.Highly recommended!
