Very helpful counter personnel, or if you call them, they are courteous and professional. Not a heavy traffic location, so if you do wait, it isn't like the wait times at the larger Napa Auto parts stores through out the Valley.I recently needed a drive shaft, so I visited this store in town. The counter person helping me had to order the part, and waited patiently for several minutes to finally be told that the product wasn't available. I wasn't just sent out the door, to wonder where to go to next, I was referred to a repair shop that could fix my drive shaft like new and they were reasonable. They were right! They couldn't get it for me so they referred me out. That is great customer service! Thanks to the folks at Owyhee - Napa Auto Parts Store in Marsing, ID!

Great job in hiring a wonderful associate who took pity in a girl who had no idea what she was doing trying to get her trailer and truck connected. Will definitely stop by again!
