Wonderful people, especially the owner. I was having a little anxiety and he sat down with me and listened and calmed my nerves. Now you tell me how many people in business today, would do that. It's pretty amazing.I definitely reccomend this place.

Went to Travel Land to see about a gooseneck adapter and Kevin did not have one in stock.However he called his buddy to come help us move our fifth wheel .We are thankful for his customer service

We have had great experiences with Travelland twice in the last few months to have a couple things fixed on our RV. They have been very friendly and sent a mobile tech out the same day each time. They definitely treat their customers well and seem to genuinely care about them. I would recommend them for all of your RV repair needs !

JOHN DESERVES A RAISE! He kept me informed of his arrival. He was courteous, knowledgeable, & helpful. He made sure the repair was done correctly & that I was happy with it. He has great customer service & a great sense of humor. Definitely recommend him!

Be careful when dealing with this company. Do your due diligence. They don t honor their word and don t stand behind their work. I had a $2,400 refrigerator job that has failed after 2 months and this company claims no responsibility, even when I offered to bring my RV back to them for service. They make excuses, they don t honor their workChoose another RV company

AVOID! OMG, find a reputable dealership, Do your research.Mobile RV Mechanic was pleasant, however the credit card I used, was called in was then overcharged. I called on 7/12 to inquire about the overcharge and was told that it was a Credit Card processing fee and that it is clearly posted in the dealership.AVOID! This was a mobile RV service call!AVOID! GM said he has no way to credit back the charge and I have to pay them. I asked "When was I supposed to be told about CC transaction fees?" "His reply, it is posted at the dealership!" Ugh...AVOID! Again, the mobile guy was kind and is a credit to himself and his work, however the GM is rude and unapologetic to their oversight.AVOID! When I advised that I would be forced to dispute the charge, I was told that they would stop doing business with me. Really? <eye roll> As if after this experience I would want anything to do with them either. I guess he wanted the 'first strike"? lolAVOID! I stated that I would be sharing my experience with my unfortunate review. He said he did not care.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

My awning was damaged in a micro burst storm and they had some used rails and the other new parts to help me get it back together. They even gave me a couple of the rivets i would need. Very helpful in getting me back on the road.

I was in town for a funeral and had a heater failure on my 5th wheel. They had the parts I needed and I was able to fix my furnace with no problems. The staff were awesome and very friendly. Thank you guys!

I needed emergency repair due to leaking toilet in our RV while on vacation that was causing damage and terrible smell. Their schedule was full like every else but they fit me in. Repaired the problem and while leaving the shop our awning broke and they did not hesitate to repair. No one else would even consider helping on short notice. I cant say enough good things regarding their professional attitude, work ethic and just over helpfulness We now can continue our vacation,

Won't go anywhere else. Went in for a few necessities, left ready to purchase a new camper, and they weren't even pushing me to buy one. The staff were all so honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They know their stuff! 100% recommend. Don't forget to take a treat for Jake, he deserves it.

UPDATE 19 October 2020: Several days ago and after having an in-person conversation with the Travelland RV staff, I showed them the shoddy work with the wiring, they agreed to reinstall the wiring. That was done today and I m very satisfied with the new work. I also upgraded the overall rating of this review. BTW, the dog is very friendly! -My experience with this company has gone from ok to dissatisfied. I purchased and had installed an ARE shell for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma back in August. This shell featured LED lights along with the brake light. I noticed something today that has me very dissatisfied. The 12volt wiring that runs from the battery to the back of the truck, connecting the camper shell wiring is just hanging loose along the bottom length of the bed. All I need to do is go off road one time into some brush or rock and have that wiring ripped out. The potential is there. This is absolutely sloppy work done by these guys and they need to do a quality job.

Was disappointed, first trip said all was good and no leaks? EMediately we had water running out of both corners in front of trailer. Trailer was pulled back in shop repressed tested and said good to go. Was happy to pay the $10.28 seal under the sink.Now after two pressure test said all was good to go? Took trailer to LesShwab Tire Center and put 45 lbs of air in all tires and still had water running out of front trailer? The problem was when they presser tested they quirted lots of water into my trailer ran down bottom of trailer and leaked. I paid another $23.57 for a new water port to stop any more leaking? Should be great now hopefully. I have always had good service at Travel land over the lasttwenty years plus. I will continue make your business my First Stop when ready for purchase or Service. I do appreciate your employees doing there best to complete my needs! Again I say Thank you, respectfully, Gary Hawkins.

Purchased new canopy, their installation of the canopy break light caused pickup sensors to quit working properly. Took to Ford dealer to correct. Reported to Tim at Travelland, he never called back. So much for his promise of total customer satisfaction.

We had an issue with our fresh water holding tank and asked about getting an estimate for repair/replacement. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't go back! I can not vouch for their work but their professionalism is extremely POOR ! ! ! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a minus 1. We contacted other RV service centers in the Lewiston area who were extremely helpful and more than willing to work with us. Don't bother calling them!!! They don't want your business!!!!

Traveling through areaHad a small problem with motorhome so I stopped to get a part. One other customer and one salesperson, plus a worker who kept walking through store into back several times. Looked around waited 10 minutes as clerk avoided me. This during the time of the Covid infection. Nobody were wearing masks and with no acknowledgement I was ever there. Finally left in discuss. Do not shop here. They do not care about your business or your health.

Have helped locate and order parts for a 20 year old canopy. Lots of stuff in stock too. Asked about hitches and staff didn't try to oversell. Been very happy and surprised at some of the things they had, like the latch I needed to get all 7 latches to use the same key.

I was never told the return policy didn't see it posted anywhere. Didn't think I needed to ask most places if they have a specific return policy let you know about it. I can no longer take my hot water heater I bought back because it was hooked up. I guess this is what I get for trying to buy local and not online never again will I go here for any of my camper needs and will let everyone I know not to come here.

Love the guys at Travelland! Went there in frustration over a hot water heater issue that I was trying to fix myself, and they went above and beyond to help me till I got it! Then when I needed them to come out and work on my fifth wheel, they blew me away, they worked quickly and fixed several things and gave me, my money's worth! They are awesome!

We traveled to Lewiston Idaho from California to visit our son. I need some minor repairs on our fifth wheel. Very very pleased with all the staff the repairs done on my Wildcat Maxx. Top notch service.

The refrigerator in our RV travel trailer was not working. I spoke with Owner Tim and office person Tom. Both very cordial, Tim got right back with an estimate, and the work was performed in a couple days. Refrigerator works great. Thanks to you and your crew, Tim. Jacque and Larry Robeson

After only week of owning our trailer, the fridge quit being a fridge.Luckily we had an extended warranty.Kevin ,the mobile mechanic,diagnosed the issue,handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and promptly installed the new replacement at our camp site.We didn t lift a finger or have to pull the trailer to the shop.Office guys and gals super helpful and friendly....Thank you!

Friendly family, nice fishing lures I couldn't find them anywhere! Delilah instantly helped me find the lures and had a great attitude I would say very professional the only thing I wasnt able to find was toilet lids still a great buisness

Terrible place!!! Staying in Hells canyon SP and needed a water heater part for my trailer. Tom the counter clerk had a personality like a tree stump and because I didn't know the correct name of the part he thought I must bring the trailer to the shop for his guys to check it out. Went to Lewiston RV and they welcomed me with open arms and were glad to help me out!!

Traveland RV had the converter I needed and Tim and Co. Were very helpful in getting the proper parts, that made my installation very easy. I really appreciate their patience and the price was right.
