They were very knowledgeable about their products. They were super friendly. The installation went very good and quick. I am very satisfied and happy with TV and the soundbar. I would highly recommend Steiner to anyone.

Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable, but asked me to come in with the vehicle and new in box speakers to just look up information in a book to quote a price of over $400 to install door speakers. Wasted my time for what could have been done over the phone. Can't speak to the quality of their work, but they don't carry the highest rated aftermarket factory replacement brand.

Went here because Google Maps listed it as a camera store. It is not. It's a home theater type store. Service was friendly and helpful about an unrelated question. I might buy something from here in the future.

I went to purchase my daughter some speakers for her car for Christmas they do not verbally tell you that you cannot return the item after 10 days it does say on the receipt however being a single parent with a million things going on I can be a spacey at time's!! My bad!! So I gave them a call stating I found the same exact speaker's on that brands website for half the price i just purchased from there store. They said that I could return the speakers but they would not give my money back and give me in store purchase Definitely my bad for not doing my homework on them however shame on them for not making it clear about purchasing items you only have 10 days to return. Definitely should've been notified about that especially since it was a Christmas present;(

They ripped me off. They charged 300 dollars and took 8 hours to be installed. my buddy wanted me to have it done perfectly and I said sure why not. Their prices are way too high and tbh it s not worth it. Just do it yourself. I was the first appointment that took 8 hours while Someone else was in line for a stereo same as me, it only took them 3 hours while mine took 8 hours. If my friend had time he would of done it for free for half that.

Great place to do business. They almost always have what I need and can always help me figure out what I need. I try not to take their level of service for granted because lots of places just don't seem to care as much as they do. They will talk to me and ask me questions to make sure I get the right thing. Awesome place, awesome people. I'll always try them first.

This is really the only store in the entire area for high end stereo equipment and installation. Scott Steiner and his staff provide an exceptional system based upon your budget and sound preferences.

I want to say first because I know most of us don't read past this line, I am smiling on my ride to work this morning because my new sound system is amazing. Marshall helped me out and was great at pointing me in a good direction for quality, however, the stereo he showed me didn't end up fitting in my Jeep. They didn't figure this out until halfway through the install. This cost me an extra $160 unanticipated and also took away wireless CarPlay which was part of the reason I was getting a new stereo in the first place. I will take partial responsibility on this as I looked up the stereo online and saw that it was not compatible with my Jeep. I was hoping they knew something the compatibility tool didn't or that I had typed in the wrong model. It might be wise for them in the future to use a compatibility tool before quoting. They took much longer to get the install done than anticipated, I assume partially because they were trying to figure this out, but they did stay late and they did get it done. It looks great, it sounds great, and I am happy. Overall I would recommend a Steiner install, it's worth the cash.

They are so overpriced! Just cause we don t have Best Buy around they jack up prices super high.. for install, product. You wanna shop local and support your local businesses, but they make it nearly impossible

I have purchased many things over the years from this store and have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended them many times to family and friends who have also had good experiences. Their prices are reasonable, and I've never felt like I over paid even when I compared their prices to online prices. I especially like that I can get help when I need it. I've lived in bigger cities, and there are not too many of these types of good small stores around anymore, so I'm glad they're here.

We purchased a new car stereo with xm and a screen from Steiner's for our truck as we will be using it to pull our new 5th wheel trailer cross country. The salesman was aware we would be pulling the trailer. The 5th wheel hitch is in the bed of the truck. Steiner's installed the xm antenna at the back of the cab which will be in frequent conflict with the trailer. We just left there asking them to move it to the front of their cab. They want $120 to do the move! A man with the last name of Steiner told my husband they don't have time to ask 100 questions. I prefer to buy local, but we will not be doing any further business with Steiner's.

Bought a sound bar and it's been wonderful. My only wish, not a complaint is they close before I get off work and not open on my off days.

I've had good experiences shopping here. Always knowledgeable and willing to help with anything I've bought from them and tried ;) to hook up myself. The few times I couldn't figure it out myself, I was happy to pay them to connect it for me. I had a case of that last week and they helped me out of a jam. Will definitely go back.

Andrew is great, meets internet pricing, has the knowledge. He's not pushy like some sales people.His suggestion was spot on, I did upgrade a bit to superior unit. Install was timely and above my expectations. I will need to return...... another set of speakers is in the need now.In all this is a thousand fold over the other big box stores.

Recently went out looking for a surround system. Had one years ago that never really lived up to my expectations. Looked online and around town. Went into Steiner's on the recommendation of a friend. Really glad I did. It's nice to go into someplace that knows what they are talking about and could help me pick out equipment that fit my modest budget. Even had them install the system. Scott was awesome. Good prices and the best service I've had at any stereo store. And, by the way, the system really kicks. Way better than my old system and I spent a lot less this time. Go in and give them a shot, you won't be sorry.

Cannot say I've ever been treated worse in any store anywhere. Their prices are too high, their service sucks and they don't make good on their mistakes. Long story short, they sold me the wrong interface parts for my vehicle. I wasted 2 hours on a Sunday to learn this. They would only return for in store credit (wasted $50 there). I found the actual part (better quality than the crap Steiners sells)online for $18. During the return process I was treated like absolute crap. Like I was a burden on them? Hope they enjoyed their Sunday off while I was burdened with their mistake. Don't waste your time, go anywhere else, it can't be worse than this place.

I have purchased from Steiner s for years. The level of experience that is available when making a purchasing decision is unparalleled in the area. The amazing thing is if you look at prices from any company able to help with installation or trouble shooting, they are usually the best.

Went in to buy a car stereo because mine didn't work with my phone. I have only ever had radios that came with the car, so I was a little worried I would be overwhelmed when I went in. The salesman was quite helpful is explaining the many options and recommending what would work best for my car. The price he quoted was reasonable and I appreciated the good service so I scheduled a time to take my car in. They said their shop was quite busy (which is a good thing to hear, because busy must mean they do good work) so they scheduled an appoint for about 10 days out. I went in on Friday to have the stereo installed, they did good work, and setup my cell with the bluetooth before i left. They even called me when my car was ready. Plenty of places say they'll call but never do. Overall good experience.

Positive Review for Steiner Electronics!! I went in with a blown out subwoofer and Scott (I believe was his name) was very helpful. He was able to get me set up with a new subwoofer and was knowledgeable on what could cause the issue that I was having. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are there for their customers! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a sound system for their car, or home!

Nice store with a good selection. Helpful staff that are always willing to talk to me, even if I'm not buying anything that day. When I do buy, though, I feel that I get a good price, and good service. They're even willing to compare and match online prices (although they are usually already the same).

I infact can not put enough laugh emojis here. Store is clean. Staff was nice. But you sir are way over priced. In today's age of buying online and it not taking but a 1 tooth hillbilly to install $1000 for a system your nuts

I do not think their customer service is what I would call good. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in there. Among other things they really push you into buying the very best and most expensive stereo cables saying they make all the difference. Well I purchased them. Over $500 just in cables alone, not including speaker wire. They all had lifetime warranties which was huge purchasing factor. When the ends on my $150 hdmi cable went bad the first time they kind of fixed them saying they have been having this problem with these cables and their fix should take care of it. Then later when the cable no longer worked at all they said they don't carry that brand anymore and that I could try and get ahold of the company that was not located on this continent. But they personally could not help me. I have not shopped there in years. I would not recommend them either. Costco offers a lifetime Warranty on most everything. Not as long on electronics. So I shop there now, they are amazing to deal with.

These guys are nice, knowledgable, and a great part too, they re priced reasonably. I came in, picked a stereo, and they installed it pretty quick, and all works great ( as it should!). They had all required parts in stock, which to me shows they ve been around. I WOULD RECOMMEND. Thanks guys.Doug S.Clarkston, WA

They seemed nice, however, I had cameras installed in my vehicle. It wasnt even set to the correct date and time on the security system. I was told to come back if I had any problems. I came back because the front camera was turning off without me telling it to. When I went back to Steiners I spoke with an older guy that was there. Instead of figuring out what was going on, he felt the best move would be to blame it on me which didnt help matters. He was pushing multiple buttons on the screen and didnt seem to know much of what he was doing. I had to reset them back to appropriate settings. Very frustrating! I am just going to order from amazon and install myself the next time around. Save myself money and peace of mind.

If you want great service and excellent equipment for your home or business entertainment, Steiner's is the place to go. Scott did a fantastic job installing our TV's and home entertainment package. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He also cleaned up after himself which is a great plus. Not something you can find these days.

Went there to buy a reciever. I guess theres a reciever shortage and they wouldn't sell me one. Then they said they would sell me one if i bought a set of speakers. Went to costco got the one i wanted 30 dollars cheaper. I totally understand i just didnt understand saying you didnt have any then you come back and say if i bought speakers too you would sell me one.

Reading the reviews and going in into there business they are overpriced and the owner is rude. Save your money and drive to spokane I just had a remote start put in my wifes truck for $300 less at car toys for the exact model at steiner's

I decided to replace every speaker in my car and went to Steiner's against some people's advice. I was there for over an hour and it came down to someone who's name tag said 15 years of service, telling me it was too much work to do that. I owned a very "tricky" car to replace the components. Needless to say the next place down the road was more than happy to provide service and get my business. Surprised that they would turn down a large order. Leaves me to assume they have too much business and don't need any. Don't waste your time.
