Great and friendly service. Always happy to explain sprinkler related issues to you in ways you can understand. They helped me with a complicated issue and explained it all to me in ways I could easily understand.

Used to be a friendly, helpful place to shop for sprinkler parts & replacement heads but the way staff treated my family yesterday killed it for me. Having to travel to store 4x just to get a replacement head, we were subjected to verbal harassment by a man who should never be allowed to work there again. Never, ever, ever like ever shopping there again! Get better employees for Christ's sake or you're running the risk of driving away every customer you've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work for a local landscape company, and when it comes time for new jobs I can call/or show up and get most of what I need in one stop. Unless Ray (Manager) is slacking.

I've been in there twice looking for parts for a system that is in a house I bought, both times they were very helpful even though I am clearly a novice and didn't buy my system from them.
