First I brought my Rv in to have our refrigerator fixed as it was not staying cold. They told me it was a fan and that they would need to order the part. I couple weeks later they told me the part was in and so I brought my Rv back. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong part so I had to bring it back a third time a couple weeks later. This time they replaced the part except that was not the issue. So I brought it back a 4th time when they told me that it was not the fan but a small dent in my door that was not creating a good seal. So I paid for nothing. I brought it back a second time to have a window sealed that was leaking .well the window still leaks, they told me it was the weep hole and that can happen. Except it still happens every time it rains. Then I brought it in to have a leak in my grey tank looked at. They advised me it was fixed and sent me on my way. Guess what, still leaked. I brought it back again and they told me they could not find the leak. It started leaking immediately when I got it home so I called them back and they said they would send someone out in a few days to take a look at it. That was 2 months ago and I still have not heard from them. Do not go here, they will fix nothing. Also, the lady who is at the front seat is rude and inconsiderate

I have a 2017 Keystone Montana and the rear AC started leaking water when it rained. RnR looked into the cause and found the issue. They worked hard with Keystone to replace the AC unit but they just wouldn't budge. RnR contacted Dometic the manufacture of the AC unit and worked out a deal to replace the unit free of charge. It was installed profecionaly and quickly. RnR really went out of their way to get my trailer ready for the season.Thank You Dometic and RnR RV RepairTodd Stoddard

On the road landing back in our hometown and needed slideout repairs. RNR shop busted their butts and got us better than new in time to continue our visits with family and friends in Lewiston area. Thank you Jeff, Marc, Jerico and Michelle. Thank you so much!!!

Dean was amazing. My husband and I were considering our first major purchase, a Geo Pro. He took time to meet with us twice, to answer our many, many, many questions. He waited patiently while we climbed in and out, then under and on top. Then, after we finalized the amazing deal he facilitated, he helped us with the paperwork to smoothly get our new toy registered!!! Dean. You. Rock!

I just love them in Lewiston. I am living on the road and they work with my situation. They communicate well. I bought my rv from the liberty lake store. They gave me terrible service so much I drive for Spokane to Lewiston to get the service I need. I can t say enough about their great service. 48,000 miles on my trailer in two years. And I ll use Lewiston rnr rv always

Update July 28RnR had my 2022 3231CK for 2 weeks fixing various problems. Last year I had a lot of frustration with them, but this year they did a bunch of work for me. It took several visits and one two week stretch to get everything done, but they did it. They've corrected all my problems except that I've several wet bolts that won't take grease.2022I purchased a new Keystone Montana from RVR. Every time I call RVR for questions or service I am told that the person I need to talk to is not available. I'm promised a callback that never happens. There's been twice that we've had immediate problems. Once when leveling system failed and jacks stuck in extended position while we were traveling. I needed immediate help, but didn't get it from RVR.Another problem... My trailer has a Norcold 2118 fridge. It's huge and beautiful, and turned all the way up on 9 it struggles to maintain temps. I've had fridge temps 50degrees and freezer temps 20 degrees. DON'T buy a unit that has this fridge! I called RVR about this. I was promised someone would contact me. Never happened. I upgraded this to residential dual 12 volt compressors and now it works perfectly. The Amish cooling units are worth every penny.One more problem... the brakes on this trailer are very weak. RVR advised me to burnish them which I did. Helped only a little. The factory brakes are never able to lock any wheels, not even on gravel. Am going to upgrade these to disc brakes. I checked brake adjustment which was perfect.Another problem... the day/night roller shades tend to brake. I currently have three that will not roll up due to a broken and very cheap plastic part. Shades are nice when they work, but they are failure prone. Update: upgraded to disc brakes. much betterOnce done I will have spent approx 7k on fridge and brakes over and above the 90+ purchase price.I also created a list of little issues that I wanted addressed. Once again, RVR made promises and then forgot the promises.Don't buy from RVR. There is NO service after the sale.I spent over 90k for a unit that basically has no warranty. On paper it has a warranty, but it's useless if you can get service.Update: Yesterday I called the service department again and someone named Vicky answered. She listened, promised to call me back and did so. This is a HUGE improvement over the woman I've talked to previously. Vicky's response to my call was very promising.

They are good but there is a lot of parts they do not stock they get them from Spokane or Post falls or there other distributors they are fairly high price though compared to other RV parts suppliers in Lewiston Idaho Area

While traveling in our RV this summer our power awning was damaged in a gust of wind. I straightened it out and call RnR for help. Within 24 hours I was in their comfy waiting room. The new part was installed and I was out the door an hour later. With barely a hitch in our vacation.When I arrived Jeff was juggling several customers but I felt like I was the only person there.Big Thanks to Jeff, Miguel, Brian, and Ron for the first class personal service.

I had a great experience at RnR RV.The people that work there are happy people and know what old style customer service is about.Wd had a travel trailer that was being used as housing by a employee the AC quit. I called RnR RV and Kate fit me in with an appointment. Michelle greeted me listened to me needs and got the repairs to the AC system started right away.The techs at RnR RV had the trailer AC fixed and got me on the road in record time so our employee had housing that evening.I will be sending all of our trailers to RnR RV when ever they need and kind of service or repairs.Thank all of you folks at RnR RV for you help and great service.Steppen.

This place is an joke. We bought a brand new 2017 5th wheel not even 2 months ago and we are already taking it to them for the 2nd time to get it fixed along with us having to replace the batteries within the first 2 weeks of having it. We have had nothing but problems with it. Do not buy an Camper from them. We asked about them buying it back since it has so many problems and they said we would have to have $10,000-$20,000 out of pocket to give to them for them to buy it back. Not happy what so ever.

There is something horribly wrong at the Lewiston RnR service department. I brought my 2018 Thor Super C, in for Winterization, and conversely DE Winterization. I also bought an expensive Dish TV system. When I got my coach back, after far too long, all the lockers were left unlocked. A hose was put in one after use, and it drained in the locker. On the eve of leaving for a trip, after filling the FR tank, I have no water pump, or pressure. I will say, that it took talking to the head of RnR's service center, and he got someone up to complete solve the problem. It will take me a long time to go back to RnR, here in Lewiston. I would use the service in Spokane, or Coeur d`Alene, if they were closer..

My wife, son and I moved to Lewiston in June of 2014. We purchased our new Jayco Jay Flight SLX 184BH Baja Edition Travel Trailer from Cameron Agee in March of 2015. Cameron is a no pressure and friendly salesman who is highly knowledgeable of the products he sells. We negotiated a deal that got us our travel trailer and Cameron made it a pleasant experience. I ve actually made a friend in Cameron and at times we would drop my his store or at the RV sales event at Sportman s Warehouse, just to say hi. The service department is also very helpful and honored our 2 year Jayco warranty with no issues and no hassles. We highly recommend the staff at RnR Lewiston.

We were looking to buy an RV and was looking at our options. The customer service was our deciding factoron where we bought our new camper. They were trying to sell is trailers that were nothing like we said that we wanted and wouldn't show us others because he didn't like that brand and said that they were "junk".

Went to there parts dept for toilet parts.was charged 53 dollars for the part when I got home package had there label and a price of 40 dollars.i went back to parts dept next day to question them was told it was not on the shelf but in back room so they would not honor the price on the package they will never see me again stay clear unless you want ripped off should have known better was warned about them.

Had a last minute breakdown of slide motor going bad and contacted service and was able to fix motor by next day. Everybody from parts to service was very friendly and professional. this is the second time they have went above and beyond to help me out with a problem. Thanks everyone
