I have been looking at the 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X and stop by to test drive one at my Nissan of Lewiston.From the moment I arrived to finally taking my Frontier, service was top notch. James, the sales associate, was very easy to work with, negotiable, and attentive to my needs and questions. Additionally, Paxton the boss man, was negotiable and great to work with!I would highly recommend anyone interested in a Nissan to check out Nissan of lewiston!

Very attentive, but not pushy salespeople. I felt welcomed while test driving, and they are committed to making a customer comfy and introducing them to the car's features. Highly recommend if you're looking for something specific. I love my new car and the whole experience!

Great Dealer and Service. They do take care of their people the best they can. They fix other dealer screw ups with a smile and also empathy! They make it right again when it goes wrong n understand the world we live in.Paxton owner is truly a great entrepreneur and owner! He understands and has good customer service skills with his customers and communicates with employees. Just a friendly reminder when looking for a vehicle .steer clear from Nissan of Lewiston I have posted before about my 2019 Nissan Altima I purchased from them back in 2021 with the power train warranty. They had my car several times to repair cam shaft and crank shaft sensors they pulled my engine three times and even jumped my timing. Where they then had my car for 3 months while I finally have my car back I still have had nothing but problems due to their shotty work. Took my car to another dealership only to find several errors in the work they did do my battery was barely connected they forgot to hook up my hot and cool air hoses they put a used part from pull and save in my vehicle which they are not supposed to ever do on a warranty I have had to replace the starter and now having issues again with the timing. I know they have nice looking vehicles and they seem friendly but they do not inspect the cars before they sell them they push the warranty on you and the minute you have a problem with your vehicle you will see they are no longer friendly with you..they only have one certified tech just an FYI spend your hard earned money somewhere else ALWAYS read google reviews and if you are someone considering Nissan of Lewiston be sure to read ALL of their google reviews because the owner (Paxton Likness) can t delete the reviews from google. Shady owner = Shady business and shady business practices. And believe me they will do ANYTHING to make a sale even if it s against the law!

Ethically challenged dealership .If you ever receive a mailer from these guys offering a prize that you have won, ignore it. We read the fine print and it appeared real. But, after driving an hour to get there, they pointed to some really scuzzy language allowing them to weasel out from a winning ticket. i.e. ticket number determines prize awarded and then showing our number as eligible for that prize. However, while our ticket number made us eligible for the award, probably so did everyone s despite language implying otherwise. Pretty sure we would win in court and may do small claims just on principal.We knew it was just a ploy to get us into the dealership and were open to buying a new car actually. But the manipulative marketing we will most definitely not be doing business with this dealership, ever.

They tricked us! We got a advertisement in the mail showing we had won $1,000! Sounds great right? We called the number and verified that we had actually won the money. We were told to bring the mailer and a photo ID in and they would pay out the money right then. When we arrived at the dealership they told us the portion of the mailer showing we had won the $1,000 meant absolutely nothing! "It's in the fine print on the back" is what we were told. When we asked about who we had called they said that we did win a chance to pull an envelope off of the tree that was for earbuds or $3 cash. For a business to deceive people around Christmas time is wrong. We are interested in purchasing a vehicle as well but will take our business elsewhere. Good job Nissan you tricked me with the "fine print."* This happened December 3, 2022. It is a deceptive and possibly illegal business practice.

Everyone at Nissan of Lewiston did an outstanding job of making our purchase happen; from Chrisy taking our initial call & keeping in contact for 6+ months, to James being the "oracle" between the dealer in CA and us, to Austin delivering the car to our gate, to Brianne faxing documents; everyone made a great effort to make our purchase happen. We put our faith in this dealership, to buy this car, and it paid off.

Purchased a vehicle with Lyndon. Very pushy; calling back to back to back after our initial inquiry for a car. Was scoffed at while trying to ask questions for insurance and then almost had our car taken away because our insurance paperwork was not right, but wasn't told what wasn't right. Very unprofessional.

I think these people should be put out of business they are misleading dishonest and cold hearted, I rent from them an RV I planned to purchase when my Inheritance gets here but I got 15 days late believing the lawyer that said any minute ill have it and Paxton and Shawna unhooked the RV from the electric and the water (supposedly included in the rent) mid Nov. , it was 26 degrees out and here we are Christmas eve, still freezing ,cut myself in the dark had to go to hospital for stitches, im broke out in shingles from the stress of all this harassment, she screwed me out of the help I was gonna get to get caught up and still hadn't hooked me back up!! Do you know how cold it is??? She has only answered the phone once and that was because ( I had to call her when Her maintenance guy Larry came over again accused me of putting my hands on him when it was totally him that jerked the door from my hands, yelled F-YOU at me after I asked him nicely to please let her know I'd appreciate if she handles speaking with me herself I dont want him here anymore he scares me, AND SHE FLAT OUT CALLED ME A LIAR!! ) then while I was gone larry entered my home took the slider keys and locked me out in this freezing weather and my cat inside! Yes I've sought legal counsel yes they got a letter from my attorney and still choose to be barbarians. Merry Christmas I guess you ruined my Thanksgiving not to mention my food so why not take off on a sunny trip leaving me without a toilet, heat or water, thanks and I guess you know what he can do with this RV,other then being late with my rent I've done nothing to anyone I was so grateful to her for letting move in here, but take away electric. Heat, water so I can't even bathe!? If I had somewhere to go I'd of left but I was homeless sleeping in my car for months before this and she knew it, I have never been evicted in my life nor been treated so badly by so many people because they spread your story all over to the others who rent from them and are all hooked up illegally in this parkinglot! I wasn't looking for charity nor did I plan this but I would at least exspect some form of decency . To ADD to this .....PAXTON CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG BUT WAS IT NOT YOUR NAME ON THAT MOTEL!!!! EVICTING ME AFTER LYING ABOUT KNOWING I WAS WAITING FOR MY INHERITENCE MONEY TO....PURCHASE THAT P.O.S. DRESSED UP NORMAL R.V.??? AFRAID SO , SO YES IVE DEALT WITH YOUR WICKED WAYS and almost did purchase from you I guess something bigger was watching out for me and you can keep your junk RV and any other product you have!!!! I'd rather deal with human beings not well you know what you are!!! Save your sorry pal I've heard enough lies from you and your thing over at the MOTEL

Do not buy from this dealership! The owner Paxton is a liar. They will forge your paperwork. And they committed fraud when they sold me my truck completely screwing me over. Do not buy from this dealership! I d give no stars if it would let me.

Had a few hiccups in the beginning but Rio was able to help me get things figured out and get me into a vehicle, and on my own which I ve never been able to do. They did everything they could to make sure I had gap and a warranty which was super important to me. I Am appreciative of the help I received and the hoops they went through to get me into my new car!

I am so frustrated with this dealership. I cosign for my daughter, and now I don t even know who owns the car All they told me was if it s not fixed by the end of the week call me I will probably have to take a day off work and go down there and fix all their screw ups

Terrible experience I was told through messenger and I spoke with the sales manger John on the phone and he all said they are doing a 1 dollar down special regardless of credit just to drive 2hrs and 30 minutes to be told on approved credit when on messenger and text they said my job is my credit don't waste your time or gas

Got my car back from Nissan of Lewiston today. When I got home, I noticed the plastic cover for my positive terminal was sitting on the passenger floorboard. I opened the hood and noticed instead of taking 30 seconds to unbolt my amp wire, they instead cut it and then spliced it back together with electrical tape, and a much smaller piece of wire and a cheap aluminum ring terminal. I went back to the dealership and they immediately took it back to the shop to make their tech fix my wire the correct way but I'm posting this because of the fact that they did this in the first place AND never said a word to me about it.

Stopped by late in the day to "look!" Loved my Murano but felt I wanted to trade up for newer, better gas mileage, etc. Bought a new Rogue from Rio (easy going salesman who really listened to what I wanted to do!) Paxton made it happen!

Bought my car a month ago here. People are really nice and transparent. They helped me get the best deal on my car without much negotiating. They made sure I understood everything that came with the car and thought me how to use each feature properly.
