The staff is great and their work is outstanding. They repaired all the electrical issues that were plaguing my vehicle for months. Mark kept me informed with updates on the repairs and parts. Amount billed was reasonable. Will return in the spring for AC recharge and sunroof work.

I have been absolutely blown away by the customer service at My Mechanic! They have gone above and beyond to take care of not only my car, but also me. I've never had a mechanic offer rides before, and it was a huge, huge help during a busy work day. Thank you to Dude for answering all my questions and being such a tremendous help!

These guys are awesome! I walked in and need a headlight I just bought put in. They stopped what they were doing and took the two minutes to put it in for me. No charge. Also just brought in the new rig for an oil change. They went through the whole truck. Very kind and very thorough!

Highly recommend! Im beyond happy with My Mechanic! My brother recommended them to me, they have been the best! They are extremely honest and fair,and when dealing with cars thats all you want..Look no further for your vehicle needs! They are highly skilled mechanic's,and overall good people,and will do the job right the first time! Thank you..Update 3 years later, Mark at the front is the best and the team of mechanics are so Awesome and highly skilled! I feel comfortable and confident they will take care of my vehicles . The original alternator in my mom's Honda Element finally died after 18 years of service and several of my coworkers recommended you guys so I sent her your way. Bought a used van several months ago, not knowing what work might have been done or not to it. Took it to My Mechanic because of the price and reviews, glad I did. Friendly employees, and price is great for the quality of service/work. I keep going back for my vehicle issues and routine maintenance. I now have a working vehicle, and trust they will keep it running for a long time.

Did a great job, and a great and fair price. Had ruined our power steering on a rough road, and called around town. Their diagnosis fee was much cheaper than the dealer, and they got it fixed in a day. The Ford dealer was booked out for 4+ weeks, and Luper 2+ weeks.

Went to My Mechanic after it being highly rated by AAA. The team was quickly able to diagnose the alternator was the problem and replaced it asap. When my battery light came back on I called My Mechanic and they assured me that it was under warranty and that they would make it right. Was able to take it in and get it worked on again. Throughout the process My Mechanic did a good job of communicating and assuring that I could get it fixed. Although my initial experience was not the best, My Mechanic made it right and I respect them for that. I can truly say these guys back their work.Services: Electrical, Battery

I installed a new oil pump in my 89 Chevy truck and 5 miles down the road something went wrong and lost oil pressure so I had it towed to my mechanic and they put in a new pump and pick up screen at my request and after I picked up my truck and went to get out I noticed my door handle broken so I looked at the rest of the work I noticed a lose bolt and I called the shop and they had me bring it in. The owner step out of his office when I got there and apologized and had a new handle on its way , he then told me he would take me to breakfast and fix everything and go over everything. I was in total shock of how well they took care of me. I got back from breakfast and they had it all fixed and even took care of a couple other things they saw needed taken care of at no charge. So in closing I would recommend my mechanic to anyone having car problems they really will take care of you.!

GREAT people and honest caring service on the vehicles, and clients.They go the extra mile to help. Not always charging either to check out simper things like battery concerns and such. Mark is fantastic To deal with too. Best to all.

Oh my gosh fantastic shop. So the story goes I thought I was calling them to work on my car however I was talking to another shop. So while we were taking the car to get fixed it died so we had to have it towed to the shop. Well we showed up and they had no record of our appt. Instead of saying they were booked not only did they match the price I was quoted they worked it into their work schedule to have it done in the same time frame. The car runs fantastic now. Thanks

Great group, car died on the home stretch of a business trip, got it towed, and back on the road the next day. Priced well considering it was a work Kia and there isn't a dealership in 100 miles, very impressed they found the parts and we're market fair on them, and below quoted price.

I am in the process of searching for a used vehicle. I found exactly what I wanted in Lewiston, Idaho. The only problem is, I live in Whitefish, Montana, roughly 6 hours away. The Jeep sounded almost too good to be true, but I found Kevin, and My Mechanic and explained the situation to them. They went to the dealer, Roger's Toyota and did a thorough check for me. From all indications I am getting the deal I was hoping for and now that I have independent verification I am confident that I can drive all the way and purchase my Jeep without concerns that I am going to return home with buyer's remorse.Kevin and his crew were so helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys are awesome. I had just bought a used car and I brought it to them for a complete diagnosis. There were some mysterious issues, but these guys really stuck with it and solved all of the problems with their persistence, and the didn't keep charging me. They did what they said they would do, even though it took some extra time... and the owner (Kevin) personally took interest in my car and got to the bottom of things. It turned out to be a rather simple fix, but without their honesty and persistence, I would have never found out what was going on. You can trust these guys with your car, and your checkbook. Recommended.

They are very kind and helpful. They always explain the problem and price out what it's going to cost before moving forward. They give a few options and explain what is and isn't essential. These people are excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the valley.

I have been going to My Mechanic for approximately 30 years they have always been more than fare and fixed my vehicles the first time. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm a woman and they have always made sure I knew what I was paying for I never felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Needed water pump replaced on my truck. And they replaced it and the serpentine belt at a very reasonable price. All in one day after it was dropped off.

I love this place. I take my truck there for service and repairs. I trust them 100%. I won't use any other garage! Their are my mechanic!

STRESS LEVAL "TEN TO ZERO"-- IN NO TIME!!...Our daughter's freshman year of college, her car breaks down in Lewiston and DAD isn't there to fix it!!----.We did not know a single mechanic in the whole area.Michelle and Kevin Stepped directly up to the plate!.The Car was towed in, and Repaired, In a very Timely and Professional manner! We are a 30 year Air Force Military family, and have been very blessed by most of the people we come in contact with. A great place to take your vehicle. They're very friendly and very thorough and checking over your vehicle. I feel that they are an honest place that you can rely on for repairs

Highly disappointed in the way this place does business. You don't set apts on labor day if you're not open. Showed up for my apt to a closed building and not even an apology or replacement apt was made. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
