Awesome and I mean awesome !! Customer service, they we're beyond patient, caring, and understanding. Highly recommend to anybody new to Car Insurance due to their in depth detail of coverage plans along with price checking in various categories.

Every time I deal with Dave Murray himself or anyone that is affiliate with him have always been a 100% awesome to work with I never have to worry all my paperwork is on time and he answers all my questions even his team gets back to me as fast as they can with any of my questions

I have been with Murray insurance for last 10 plus years and they are great!! They always answer questions that I have and the whole team has always been able to help compare and switch companies to help lower my rates. I would recommended them to anyone looking for auto, home, or any type of insurance.

I moved to Idaho in 2017. I was so worried about getting new insurance and really didn't have time with the job I had. I called Murray Insurance and they got me squared away in no time. We recently added a side by side and it took them less then an hour to write a policy and send the proof to the lendor. I can't say enough about this company and their staff. Thank you all so much

Dan with Murray Insurance is awesome!! I feel very valued as a customer and have since day one. Even when I mess up they do everything they can to help me out! He has always found me the best deal for my needs and gets business handled fast. Definitely recommend!

Very affordable, and great customer service I would highly recommend as your insurance. Very dependable. I loved how kind everyone in the office is. Daniel Murray took the time to explain to me with every question I had. And help me decide which plan was best suitable for me. I very much appreciate Murray insurance. They make me feel like no matter what problems I throw at them they have answers and help for me. Also Everytime I've called I've only had kind attitudes, never have I received negative attitudes. And that always makes stressful situations more bareable

I was referred by a co-worker quite awhile ago, was able to get my insurance quickly and at a great price. This year, I had issues with my vehicle that had to be sent to the mechanics and I was able to get help to change my insurance so I could use a rental vehicle, and now I have coverage for my new vehicle. I was able to get my insurance over my cell phone, and e-sign my docs and save my insurance card on my cell screen until I got to a printer. All within minutes. I am super happy with the staff at Murray Insurance.

Revised to 4 stars : The owner contacted me right away and was very concerned about the level of customer service I received. He assured me that the staff received additional training and it would not happen again.Could use some multitasking phone management skills. Wow! The receptionist was so overwhelmed that she was short, rude and finally explained that she had others she was dealing with. Tip: Next time try "Would you mind if I take your name and number and give you a call back? I am with another customer right now and want to give you the time you deserve".

I have had Murray Insurance for many years. They have always been very responsive to my needs. Last week I couldn't find a copy of my insurance card and called the office to see if they could e-mail it to me ASAP. Within a minute it was in my inbox. - They have always provided great customer service!

For a small fee of $30 added to the premium I got incredible savings. They found me the cheapest policy the first time, and when we bought an electric car, Dan called me personally to say he found a company that charges $400 per 6 months less than Progressive. Then the insurance company made a mistake and raised my rates for at fault accident. I have not had an accident in decades. Dan fixed it, and I promptly got a $100 refund. Even though I am an obsessive price shopper who doesn't give into advertising scams or too good to be true deals, Murray Insurance did a better job than I ever could. Plus I think having an agent fight for you makes it easier to cut through beaurocracy of trying to fix someone else's mistakes.
