I visited Main Street Motorsports for some street gear and a general check-up on my motorcycle. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and their dedication to helping me find the right gear was evident.First and foremost, I was struck by their honesty. Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary upgrades for my motorcycle, they took the time to thoroughly inspect it and assured me that it was in great shape, eliminating any worries I had about potential issues. This level of transparency and integrity is hard to come by in the automotive industry, and I greatly appreciated it.Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect street gear. They patiently guided me through various options, taking the time to explain the features and benefits of each item, whether it was choosing the right boots or finding a jacket.What truly sets Main Street Motorsports apart is their genuine respect and care for their customers. Main Street Motorsports had a used motorcycle I was interested in. I am in Boise so I couldn't just swing by to check it out. I contacted the shop owner (James), and chatted with him over the phone. He answered my questions and then went further to have his tech look at the bike again to answer additional questions I had. He reached out to the previous owner to get some info from him as well. After I felt my research was complete, I was able to negotiate a fair price for the bike, for which James sent me a quote via email. I felt good enough to commit to driving up to Lewiston and proceeding with the deal. When I arrived, there was no switcheroo, no change in plans or terms. Everything was just like he described and he honored the price we had discussed over the phone. He was able to take a partial credit card payment which i appreciated. His staff were also courteous and helpful; they helped me load up the bike and strap it down. Would do business here again!

Noticed my rear tire wearing faster than expected on a road trip. Called ahead to Mainstreet after hearing great reviews from a friend - the guys had my bike it the shop first thing in the morning and tire was done in 35 minutes. Amazing service, amazing staff.

Charged me 500 dollars for a carburetor tune when i got it back the carb was leaking gas everywhere and wasnt tuned i dont think they did anything to it honestly other than fixing my neutral saftey switch, the carb screws were all stripped and they couldnt complete a simple carb clean/tune do not recommend. they had it for 4 months

Drove all the way from California to Idaho to pick up a dirt bike from James and Bill, it was absolutely worth it! They not only made themselves available to us off hours to accommodate our drive, they also spent extra time setting us up with all the right gear and a practice run. Could not have asked for a better sales experience or better support from such an experienced team!

Great dealership. Drove all the way from Seattle to pickup my new Wolverine I ordered from James in May. They could have easily raised the price of my unit because they're so scarce (yamaha did) but they honored the price they gave me two months earlier as well as gave me a great deal on a factory extended warranty! Smoothest dealer transaction I've been involved with. James had all the paperwork ready when I got there on a Friday and even helped me load up. Great family oriented business, would gladly make the 486 mile round trip again in the future. Great job fellas.

Got a flat outside of town, was able to make it to them without a tow. The customer service, understanding about my situation and their follow through was probably the best part of my motorcycle trip. What a good group of people! I definitely will be stopping by to say hi when I pass through, and maybe even need a tire mid trip :) thank you Main Street Motor Sports!

Took in my WR to get some carburetor work done after my own mechanical mistake. The dealership's presentation is clean and attractive. You get the small shop treatment with licensed dealership quality. These guys helped make my bike breathe fire again. They're less expensive than I expected of a dealership as well. Highly recommend!

Bought a brand new YZ450F and a lot of extras from Main Street Motorsports. James and the crew were awesome to deal with and very helpful on the extra parts. Bought a new RMAX2 LE a couple of weeks ago. They are hard to come by right now and somehow James got me in line and we did most of the deal by phone and internet. Top notch treatment. Their service department has always been great. You can't go wrong with them. Thanks James.

This Yamaha store is best to buy from period! Great personal service and 2 generations of knowledge when it comes to Yamaha product. New owners are awesome too, as they wanted to keep same business model in place. Longtime customers will see no difference at all.Bill Kaufman is the best as well, as his family ran this business up until selling a couple years ago. Bill has so much knowledge and best maintenance and mechanical knowledge around and is very easy to work with. You can't go wrong dealing with Main Street Motorsports in Lewiston!

I have a 2009 Kawasaki pretty pristine Bike I ve taken it to four different bike shops to have normal services preventative maintenance done this shop is the only shop out of those four to have done everything I asked to the T . Very professional good group of guys and the younger kid there he s off to an awesome start in the bike world !!! I will only be taking my bike there from now on!

You know, these guys are awesome. When you walk in, the show floor is clean and efficient as well as the guys working the counter are really helpful. Even if you cant find what your looking for, they will do everything they can to help you get the weekend fun your looking for. Thanks guys!

Great shop - very helpful!! I was on a tour and somehow lost a rear turn signal; it may have been bumped or sheared off. They searched and found me a replacement. Got me home safe. Highly recommend, thanks guys!

Had my yz250 f carb work done here they were fast efficient and didn t cost me an arm and a leg. They took great care of me . I ll be bringing my other Yamahas here aswell. Bravo Zulu Main Street Yamaha

I was looking at a Yamaha or a Honda we called both Main Street and Mac s Cycle. The Mac cycle salesman was rude and disrespectful on the phone. We went to Main Street and they were awesome gave us a great deal and had no issues!

Got my yz125 fixed and rebuilt there it took them 2 months and after they where done fixing my bike never put any oil back in the crank case and now I can t ride my bike
