The people at Luper Automotive were very nice and efficient. We ended up having to have my car towed there they fixed her up and buffed out my headlights and All good to go ;)

My first time at this auto repair business. I found them to be very friendly and professional. They did a thorough inspection when they did my oil change and did not try to sell me anything or get me to concent to other services. I will continue to see them for future service and repair.

Beyond kind & courteous! I had my car in for an oil change. Nothing to exciting, until I got in my car! Holy cats! They washed the exterior & vacuumed inside!! Thank you Luper Automotive, I'll be back!

Had a great experience the staff was very friendly and professional so nice to be in a business that cell phones and personal issues were not the focus ! My husband was stunned by the attention to the inspection and photos of our car that were documented for our alignment that he will be bringing our truck for any future work .

Took Chevy Cruze in to have them find out why check engine light was on. They were very good at troubleshooting the issue. We were very happy with the service and they kept in touch with us. They found the problem and repaired. Will recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you Luper Bros!!

It s hard to find a shop with integrity these days. I can t work on my truck anymore and these guys are awesome. Positive review for Luper Brothers in Lewiston! Backstory - I purchased a car from a family friend that had engine problems and more. He was quoted over $9000 for a new engine (and more) at Lewiston Chevrolet. My grandpa did an engine swap but the car still needed additional work after a different engine was put in, as the check engine light kept coming on. Long story short, I took it somewhere local to have it checked out only to get charged for 2 hours of shop time to clear said codes, only for the problem to return the next morning. I couldn't wait another 2-3 weeks for them to try again. So I took it to Luper Automotive instead. In a day and a half, they did a complete diagnostic check. For their time and the actual part to fix the initial problem, it was $370 and it was like a brand new car!! They provided me with a link that showed me every detail they checked out. The list was long! Recently, the check engine light came on again. I took it back over there, they got my car in right away, and I was only charged for the part and one small repair. I'm super impressed with their services. I won't be going anywhere else. 10 out of 10!! Thank you Luper Automotive!!

After many remanufactured power steering pump installed by other mechanics, plus one on my own, I finally turned to Luper Auto to install a brand new pump. Right off the bat, during the drive home I could tell something was different. Turning corners was smoother and this pump was SILENT, which is a first for my old truck. This place is the best full body mechanic in the valley. They are amazing at listening and diagnosing the issues. I never feel like I'm being called stupid when I go here, which Is hard to find from mechanics. I just even recently went in to get my breaks replaced and they recommended waiting and charged me zero dollars for the inspection! I would of paid upwards of $200 at other places. I love these guys, I trust them and will continue going to Luper.

I was looking for a place locally that would replace my turbos and exhaust manifolds in my ecoboost and there weren t many shops willing to touch it. They also worked with my extended warranty company, washed my truck and dropped me off at work.Their online records management system was great, I received text messages with their reports of what was wrong, including pictures. Very convenient.It s nice to have a competent, trustworthy shop to do the mechanical work I can t do on my own.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

One of the best shops I've been to. They send you a great report on your phone, so you can see what was done, what is needed and the general health of your car. They seem very trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Always friendly. I really liked how they broke down their diagnoses into pictures and helpful report. Found the problems quickly and communicated each step of the way. Now my car is handling like new again. Shad and the Luper staff were amazing to work with. I took my truck to the local dealer for a broken spark plug and a cross threaded plug. $700 later they informed me that they couldn t repair the cross threaded hole and that I would need a whole new head at the price tag of $7500. I brought my truck to Lupers and they were able to repair the head (something the dealer said was not possible). They even performed a full inspection on my vehicle with an awesome summary and actual pics of their findings. Long story short if I ever need any mechanical work done I will be going to Luper.Service: Engine repair

Guys at Luper are amazing. Always very nice and informative, calls to give updates through out the process of whatever is getting worked on. Have taken company work vehicles and personal vehicles to these guys. Definitely get what you pay for. Service is outstanding every time! 0 BS in terms of trying to upsell things that aren't needed. They'll give your vehicle a wash and vacuum plus a health check for anything that may need attention. Most trust worthy shop in the LC Valley by far.

Got me in same day when I called, I had put it off too long so of course when I called I needed help immediately. Sent pictures of service needs and a quote prior to services being done. Fast, honest and friendly service!I took my car to Luper's with the anticipation that my clutch may need replaced. They had two gentlemen test drive it and let me know, within a few hours, that the clutch was fine and does not need any work at this time. They even washed my car and gave it a quick vacuum! All of this and a zero charge to top it! I will be using them for any of my future car needs and 100% recommend that other do too!

One of the few places that still provide excellent customer service. They've been with me through 5 cars and a 2 pick ups. Done oil changes, water pumps, brakes and a complete engine replacement. They always give a complete update on the status of vehicle and send an awesome report via text that includes pictures when necessary that is so helpful. Called and asked about A/C evacuation so I could replace my own heater core. They told me they could get to it in the afternoon, so I dropped it off late morning. They called me before noon to let me know it was ready, on a same day call!! Thanks for the quick turnaround so I could get my car on the road ASAP

I generally take my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance issues, but after spending hundreds of dollars and a year of them not diagnosing the issue, I was referred to Luper by a friend. Not only did they find and fix the problem, they inspected my whole vehicle and sent me a link to a report with their findings. Their customer service was outstanding and they even washed my car before I picked it up.
