This place is great. Bought our 1st and now our 2nd trailer from them. The Sales Department and Maintenance Shop are fantastic. Answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Lewistown RV.

Actually one of the friendliest and most helpful rv parts stores I ve been in. Plus they had parts in stock that I ve been looking for in parts shop all across the country that no one else had.

I am so thankful for all the support and help everyone gives especially the maintenance staff.i have never been so taken care of as I have been from this business. They have superior service and excellent people working there. I have had RV's for over 30 years and have bought from many dealerships and Lewiston RV is top notch! If I could give 100 stars I would.

The customer service was great they all worked as a team to help us reach our goal of walking out the door with a new camper. They have continued to be great even after bringing it home. They definitely earned a customer that will be returning! They definitely have deserve all their Best of the West awards! Thank you guys!

Lewiston RV Center Service Department squeezed my camper-van repair into their already busy schedule, and got me and my camper back on the road in one day. Their mechanic needed about 2 hours to find and repair the loose bolt that was causing my off and on electrical problems. Amazing service center and very nice people.

We were able to get in on short notice when we had family coming to town. They worked us in, got everything we needed done and checked on a couple extra things. Pleasant and courteous.

I am traveling 6 hours from home, alone, when my RV decides to have a leak. I called several RV service centers in the area, but Lewiston RV was the only company willing to help me! Cody was great on the phone and really helped calm me down, he got me over to Bobby who offered to come out the next day, and was amazing! Fixed the issue and was very kind at that! I really appreciated it!

Very well received when I arrivedFor an emergency part I needed, you had the part and was helped by the very nice Lady named "Candy",said she would stay till I was sure to have the repair made in case If more parts were needed as I repaired it at your lot... Went to Lewiston RV after buying a used camper that needed some work. The camper had water damage in the rear above the bathroom, got a quote to fix the top of the roof, have it sealed and repair the damage to the inside. The quote sounded reasonable, so we had them do the work. Should have checked the work they did because I got it home and found that they did not do as the promised. I have since taken the camper back to them to have this issue resolved. Every time you call you get the run around, they have had my camper now for over 3 weeks with no phone call on when it will be done. They were however nice enough to offer gas money to take it back down to them. But other than that I am guessing that if you do not buy a brand new camper from them then your experience in dealing with them will be a horrible one to say the least. No integrity, they are more than happy to return a call though if you are inquiring on trading your camper for one of theirs in that case they will offer for you to pay them to take it and then pay for theirs. I will not be returning to Lewiston RV for any future work or future camper purchases.

James is a nice guy. Ain't small world to see him again at the other place. He helped us to get right trailer for traveling and made good deal. But still waiting for the part as agreement. Feel like forever....

Very knowledgable staff, I didn't feel overly pressured to purchase, however they did make me feel like my business was very important to them. After looking at a couple of new trailers they had to offer we decided to purchase a used one off their lot, they were more than willing to fix and inspect any areas we had concerns about. Our salesman Vernon had an extensive knowledge of not only the trailers on the lot but also other trailers available in the area. My wife an I have visited all the RV dealers in the immediate area and while the services are comparable, the Lewiston RV staff were the only ones who not only listened to our wants but also showed us only the campers that were relevant instead of upselling us into features we didn't need/want. To top it all off the staff spent no time bad mouthing the competitors I continually mentioned during our visit, but instead showed us how and why they are the highest rated in overall customer satisfaction by providing an experience unlike any we received while shopping the competitors. I would still recommend people look at the other dealers because it is such a flooded market here but, DO NOT PURCHASE TILL YOU HAVE VISITED LEWISTON RV!!!

The owners wife lied to us, our repairs cost two thousand more than original estimate, oh this is above the estimate which supposed to have extra money built in for unexpected. That was last straw, to start we set an appointment for our camper to go in for repairs, we went in o e week early and they had no clue we were coming in. That put us out by three weeks. Then the owners wife lied and when her husband confronted her about it, she claimed she did not remember telling is anything like we claimed. If they had negative stars my rato g would be negative 10. So not go to them for repairs, if you do make sure you get a recording if all the false promises in repairs.

I can not recommend Lewiston RV, they do notclean or check out there used RV's until they sell them. When I bought my used Class A RV from them they wanted a week to check it out and clean it, that week turned into two weeks when they had to order a part for the fridge.Once I got the RV home I found that the microwave was shot and needed to be replaced. They ordered a new microwave for me and I replaced it myself.Then I discovered that the oven doesn't work and the part is no longer available. The oven has a bad safety valve and its leaking mercury in the bottom of the oven. I called them and gave this information to the parts department and someone was supposed to call me back, but they never did.The RV I bought should not have been sold until it had been completely gone through,repaired and cleanedIf Lewiston RV wants to contact me about replacing the stove in my RV, then I would consider changing my review, but I doubt thatthey will.Larry Bergman

So we had a little oopsie with our 5th wheel this morning as we pulled out of our camp site. This place was recommended by the rv park maintenance guy. I called, we found them and they fit us in. Total amount of time there 1 hour. They were friendly, helpful, quick and cost next to nothing. Lewiston RV repair saved our vacation..

I bout a used motor home. Now that weather is decent I drove it up Fleishman hill and it over heated. I've got about 1500 in new parts on it and still overheats. Talked to the original owner and he said that's why he traded it in didn't want to mess with it. But Lewiston rv never told me that part.so as of now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I think they should at least offer to get it fixed

Well they tried but missed couple items on the list no biggie as long as not charged for them please note our first time working together im mostly pleased and would refer a friend nice people easy access they couldn't diagnose an electrical issue that was important to me is only down side

In the middle of our trip the water pump went out on our RV. We called 5 places, and were afraid we might need to cut our trip short, but Steve at Lewiston RV center said he would try to fit us in when everyone else said no. Steve and his mechanic were helpful and gracious and we were in and out within an hour. I wish we lived closer so that all of our maintenance could be done here.

Lewiston Rv has always done an awesome job with my winterization on my camper. I just recently dropped my camper off to see if they could fix my toilet and fill my propane tanks and they ended up fixing it the same day as i dropped it off and the bill was far less than I expected, I defiantly recommend them!

Had an emergency on our camper and they got us in on a Monday morning. Got it fixed by noon and was on our way. Great service and wonderful people.

Will not ever go back there ,we bought a 2018 Flagstaff and when we bought it they told us that it needed a new panel control and they said they ordered a new one so when we took it in to have it weatherize they would put new one in ,but it's the same one that was in there and still messed up it read all crazy,and they asked if someone referred us cause they would get 100 dollars and we gave them the name of the person who did and they never got the money ,we be trading it in , in the spring but not to them..we have had nothing but problems with this camper...

Being from out of town, we called to see if they could fix our rv, after it broke down. They said yes, but wouldn't know when it would be done, until service staff came in, in the morning.Returned by 8am to find they can't do the work. The person who answered the phone came out of his office, talking out of both sides of his mouth.Now, another towing bill, and Lewiston RV could care less. Customer Service-I'd say NO

I was looking for a set of universal bed rails so I asked for the parts department, the young lady that came on the phone had no knowledge of what I was talking about. she goes on to inform me they only sell parts for the rv's they sell if you want parts they have to order from outside source i could have done that online my self for a fraction of of the cost sorry but poor parts service and knowledge equals poor business

OK so i bought a camper this last January for my kids. it is an older unit that had water leaks but was promised by the sales man "Matt Thomasson " that the water system and heater worked. i fixed all the water leaks in the roof, then last week end i find the furnace wont heat and when i put water in it the pump does not work." OK no big deal i went and got a new pump.we are back in business " so now it pumps water every were the water heater i busted wide open all the facets are busted.i called lewiston rv and was told " to bad it was sold as is". i will lick my wounds and fix the stuff . they could of at lest kissed my butt and maid me fell better. A sorry and i will have a talk with them goes a long way.DO NOT GO TO LEWITON RV. YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND TOLD WHAT EVER IT TAKE TO MAKE A SALE.Justin Gibbs

I have had nothing but problems with the service department.i would not recommend them.i have bought two RVs from them,and the sales team is great, once the get paid the service department won't work with you.
