Great service from start to finish. Everything was clearly laid out and the vehicle walk through showed me how every feature of the truck works. Bonus points for them topping off the tank as we were getting ready to leave!

Best sales consultant ever! Terry Spray was amazing and honest. Overall, a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and kind. They even offered to deliver the car to us, but we opted to pick it up. Very Happy with everything!

I ve been looking at getting a new pickup for awhile. I found a really nice pickup and I texted Terry about it and she instantly responded! She went through a lot with me before I came to test drive the pickup which made it go so much faster when I decided to buy the pickup! I highly recommend going to see Terry!

After searching for a Toyota Highlander around the Inland Northwest, we found one at Lewiston Motor Company for a more than fair price. We live 3 hours away and were able to communicate through phone and text to get all of our questions answered, the whole team was extremely helpful and friendly. Knowing they have a 7 day return policy, we ended up having them deliver the car without driving it first. The car is in great condition and we are super happy with it. No return policy needed, it was a great car buying experience.

Overall experience was good went in to parts and they found what I needed let me know the time to complete for a new key fob program is about an hour and the license plate bracket was bout 45 min. I went to service and told them I was sent to them from parts. And told them I would wait.this is where the communication dropped. I was told they would get it taken care of. This was about 1130 1145 at approximately 1330 I asked how much longer due to an apartment I had at 1415 it had already been 2 hours. On a task that I was understanding to be an hour. I was told the technicians need to finish eating. If this was told to me up front it would have been nice I could have planned around that. But with to kids age 4 and 1.5 two hours with no update is not good. On top of that I was charged an hour of work each for item the key fob and the bracket. When I was told by parts it would be less. The bill was never explained to me. It was handed to me with the old fob I had to ask we're the new one was. It was left in the vehicle. And I had to ask we're the vehicle was due to it being parked. I'm used to dealers that bring the vehicle around front when they have u waiting for the vehicle. Fob works great and bracket is installed but service could have been a lot better with just communicating. Like informing me it would be delayed due to lunch or verifying length when I brought it in.

I took my truck in, to get serviced and new tires installed. The service department went out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed what was going on with my truck.

I reached out to a salesman named Brandon John s at Lewiston Motor Company because I had found a car on facebook marketplace that I was interested in. I gave him some info through messages and by the time I got to the dealership, he already had a lot figured out for me which is nice because this is the first time I ve went through the whole nine yards of buying a car so it s all new to me. I was in my new car within a few hours and so far, it s a wonderful car. The service there was very good and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I had my first good experience with a dealership. Victoria was my salesperson and she was amazing. I never fealt pressured to buy, and she was very personable. I dealt with Tiffany for the finance side of the purchase, and she was amazing as well. She took her time to go over all of the paperwork. It was a fantastic experience.

I have gone through hell and back trying to get a new car and the salesman Jason made sure i got something in my budget, what kind of car i wanted and was explaining everything step by step through the whole process. The woman who helped me with my loan was seriously the nicest person ever, she answered all of my questions (I had a million) and didn t once get annoyed or frustrated with how many i had. They both could see how badly i need to get into a new car and did their absolute best to make it happen! My boyfriend s next truck will definitely be coming from there and any future cars we may buy!

Group was very friendly and outgoing. Good sense of humor. Were willing to bring the Toyota I purchased to my house on Tuesday. I live in Moscow. As it turned out, manager knew some of my friends in my youth when I lived in Clarkston. Great experience overall.

Their after the sale customer service is terrible. Everyone was nice and helpful at first but after I paid for the vehicle they disappeared and left promises unfulfilled.Their idea of detailing a vehicle is to only vacuum the floor and seats and wash it quickly with dirty water.The mechanic reinstalled bad, used parts that should have been replaced with new parts.

I was allowed to look around without being bumrushed. Once I decided what I wanted to look at, I was treated with respect. My every need was met, without negotiations. This was absolutley the smoothest car buying experience, and I have purchased plenty of vehicles from other local dealerships. The whole experience lasted 2 hours, record time in my book. All the employees were nice and helpful (Victoria is a Rock Star). I HIGHLY Recommend to anyone.

My car was there for 6 months waiting to be fixed no one could bother to keep us updated the only people that would give updates were the guys in parts, props to them! The service department never returned calls I had to go in and wait to speak with management since I couldn t get a call back. I was told they didn t do loaner cars months later come to find out they do after being told the loaner car was nothing fancy and making it seem like they didn t want us to have it we finally got a loaner car. When I FINALLY got the call that our car was done I went down and they had added a battery and other charges to the total without even letting us know. The only reason we needed a new battery was cause my car sat for 6 months in the winter. When I got in my car to leave the check engine light was still on but yet they told us they test drove it the next day they told us it was fixed and they a sensor for the battery wasn t plugged in all they way. If I could avoid going to them for any service related issues I would!

I love the experience that I with the folks at GMC. Of. Lewiston they are amazing not once. Did I feel pressured? And they were willing to work with me way above what I was expecting. They are an amazing group. And I got my dream pick up because of them.I wish I could give them more stars best experience of my life. They have won my business forever. And I recommend anybody that's wanting to buy a vehicle should definitely stop in and talk to them. Absolutely, amazing people that work there.

We had a great experience working with the Lewiston Motor Company to our new pickup last week. Everyone was very friendly and we weren't pressured to buy anything. Jason was an excellent salesperson and very helpful every step of the way. They gave us a fair value on our trade and they were able to figure out financing while we were out running errands so we didnt have to sit at the dealership all day. Lastly the sun roof on our new pickup didnt work so we brought it back in and they did all the repairs free of charge. I would 100% reccomend them for anyone looking to buy a car.

I called to set an appointment to get an oil change and I was provided with two available same day service. I love being able to work around my day off to get my errands ran. I asked for a se one appointment for additional work I need taken care of and was again provided a date working with what I had available. I was avle to voice my concern about some issues my car is having and felt I was being listend to. I bought the vehicle from this location back in 2013 and most of the services have been taken care of here. They had re ords for past service that I had an inquiry about. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. I like working with the service center.

I had an issue with my trailer light system. We were not from Lewiston but were going to be in the valley for Thanksgiving week. I stopped in on Monday and Rick was able to slip it in to diagnose the issue. He was able to order the parts and have them installed 2 days later. Fantastic customer service.

I have had bad experiences here working with James in service and the service manager isn't much help either. Still have that broken issue after 2 visits. Swore I'd never go there again. However, this visit I was forced to go there after getting my windshield replaced for camera issues. Richard was awesome. Might even try there again if I'm dealing with him.

They charged $4500 to fix our pickup. We have to have it towed out of the parking lot because it s still not running. This place has gone down hill fast after changing ownership. We had bought 3 different vehicles from them but we will definitely not be back.

Had my rims and tires put on my Chevy Silverado 1500. Took a little longer than I expected but def fair price and one of the best prices in the valley to get your tires and or rims mounted and balanced did an awesome job and I would recommend Chevy to anyone. Regardless if it s Chevy or not. Great customer service as well.

Rick and the folks in the service department provide excellent customer service. They informed us during the service visit of their diagnosis and the estimated charges before doing the work. They offer a free shuttle service while customers are without their vehicles. Friendly, professional, and competent!

After two appointments and one drop in to check over a two week period the service departments check of service bulletins and known in shop experience with other vehicles having the same issues with my audio/informational system on my 2019 Duramax HD truck there is no resolution. I ve been promised that the shop/service manager will have answers by next week and they will call me. I m not confident they will follow up. Have not so far. The issue is a factory issue known to have affected more than my vehicle known to this shop. The issue is likely a replacement head unit/ information center unit for which Chevrolet should cover required replacement parts and labor.

My spouse and I purchased two GMC AT4's from Lewiston Motor Company this year. One was a stock vehicle and one was special ordered. We have had great experiences from this dealership with this year's purchases and trade-ins, and also prior transactions going back to 2014 when we moved to the LC valley. They have always treated us with fairness and friendliness, and we have no reason to go anywhere else.
