They were very professional. Didn t try to pressure me into anything, let me choose what I wanted. Salesman Trevor was very helpful and knows what he s talking about. Floor Manager was good to work with too. I went here after a bad experience at Pullman Ford and recommend Joe Hall Ford to anyone.

First, we bought our truck and SUV from Hall Ford, and that was a great experience! Since then we've had our vehicles in for regular service, and other things. These people are terrific! The service people are always helpful, always nice. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly or they make it right, right away!

Mitch and Spencer made the process fun and easy! From the moment I walked on the lot - every question was answered, I was out the door for a test drive in minutes (even when it was close to closing time), financing paperwork was filled out in short order and keys were in hand in less than two hours. Bonus and kudos to Mitch for hooking up my Bluetooth before I left the lot! Thank you for making it a great buying experience!

I brought my Ford Fusion Hybrid in to get my oil & filter changed. I always bring my own full synthetic oil & Fram extra guard (for synthetic oil) to my appointment. I also had a free oil change punch card. Joe Hall Ford usually washes my car after changing my oil, but they didn't! I was surprised when I walked out to my car & my car wasn't washed ... Disappointed!

Bought a 2023 Bronco sport . Trevor Rigney was our salesman, and he was knowledgeable and engaging. Our finance guy was good too. Low key people. Not a high pressure situation, which was appreciated. Smooth transaction. Would recommend based on my experience.

Mitch in sales was great to work with,Very friendly and answered any questions I had throughout my shopping experience. He has been pretty supportive with the whole bronco experience, I appreciate his patients! Spencer was also great to work with, probably the best smooth financial experience I have ever had with buying a car, no hassle!!! Only issue I had is the Fordpass stuff and I never received my points for purchase on my new car, for some reason they put it on my boyfriends.

Lot 2 always has the perfect used cars. Mostly trade ins for new, so prices are reasonable. Always have cars, trucks, and SUVs to choose from, and if you don't find something your looking for, the sale staff will work with you until you do. Donnie Webster is amazing, with yrs of experience he sets your mind at ease and goes out of his way to make sure the details are taken care of whether that means delivering your vehicle to your home or coming in on his day off to finalize paperwork. Always friendly. Always accommodating. Highly recommend if your looking for a used car-most definitely head down to Joe Hall Ford Lot 2.

My wife brought our 2014 Ford edge in for an oil change and brake inspection. Oil change was fine. However the sticker said it was next due in 2,000 miles. Since when does a vehicle need an oil change every 2,000 miles. Additionally they recommended a complete brake job which would have cost us $2,000. I told her to bring it home and let me look at it. I couldn t find anything wrong. Scheduled an appt with Les Schwab and they said the brakes were fine 45% life left. They even told my wife that the rear passenger side brakes were not working and barely attached.Seems to me that Joe Hall Ford wants to swindle you into getting work done when not needed. Will never take our car back there for any maintenance.

This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with.The next time my Ford needs service, I will take it to the Chevy dealership, and I recommend you do the same.They kept my car for longer than a month to do a 30 minute job. They gave me nothing but excuses the whole time, and they didn't even offer me a loaner vehicle.Beware! You would be better off going to any other shop in town.

Picked up a nice ride from the used lot. Low mileage and is really nice. Don worked with me and kept me in the loop. It was a good experience. Glad I didn't have to wait around all day like most dealerships.

I am very pleased with Joe Hall Ford and their technicians. I live one hundred miles from the nearest ford service. I was told that I would need to leave my vehicle with them for possible three days for service. That would mean a lot of driving to have someone come pick me up and drive me home. Then the subsequent trips to retrieve. Joe Hall took my vehicle in, preformed the diagnostics and had my truck back that afternoon. Very pleased!

Desk employees were not very friendly when we picked up truck. Didn t explain the recall very well. And when asked for receipt just said there wasn t one. Had to go back in and ask them about when we would get receipt of what was done. Treated like I was not very smart and asked too may questions. It was rude!

They were able to get right on my vehicle and complete the repairs as scheduled. After leaving the service center another unrelated mechanical is presented itself. I returned to the center and they were able to quickly determine the issue and promptly or parts an schedule the next repairs timely.

Trevor Rigney. A young man who was raised the right way. Funny, smart, and a fabulous salesman. His parents taught him his values the way it should be done. Lowwww pressure, no one chasing your car through the lot. Don t have 5 different sales ppl coming to you asking you to initial or sign your name if we have a deal if we can make this happen . How many of you have heard that before? This young man waited to see if we were actually interested before wasting both of our time. We only dealt with Trevor, until we hit finance, and that was an awesome experience as well. This is our 2nd vehicle from Joe Hall Ford, and the 1st was with Mitch, and we had the exact same experience. SELL THE PRODUCT, not the kool aid, and that s exactly what these guys do. WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, for my wife and I. We will most definitely be back, and I sure hope Trevor or Mitch are available. BUT TODAY, IS ALL ABOUT TREVOR RIGNEY. Don t lose that young man, he s there for the right reasons update 1/30/24 3rd purchase from Trevor Rigney and the awesome staff at Joe Hall Ford. Not only put me in my dream truck, but also helped me out of an upside down position I was in, due to another local dealership. No hassle, no haggle, and fast in and out. Bought a 2012 Honda Pilot at JOE HALL FORD. Tim was my guy lots of years experience, friendly, prompt, and trusted. Drove 400 miles for this Pilot they have prices so low its worth the travel. Luckily when I called Tim answered the phone and was knowledgeable about this Honda Pilot. Gave me honest and accurate information over the phone. He was prompt with all my needs and questions. Able to do credit app and deposit over the phone in minutes. They got CRAZY low financing options. Will do business again. The savings was great compared to the market in Central Oregon. Rented a u-haul auto transport trailer and save thousands. It was a great auto buying experience. There No Bull aggressive pricing makes the experience haggle free. The Honda dealership did a full service in the Pilot taking care of a big maintenance service. Ask for Tim and get a honest answer

Very low pressure salesman which is what I asked for. Helped us set up our phones etc. Very knowledgeable . Got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We've bought at least 4 previous cars from them. Will go back.

Very friendly non-pushy staff! Even received a follow up call to see how my new vehicle was working for me. These guys definitely have the customer service figured out. Over 14 yrs I have purchased 3 vehicles from Joe Hall and each time the experience gets better. I would recommend them for sure! Even better, they are good people that give back to their community!

The folks at Joe Hall Ford took my car right in, checked out my warranty issue-solved it-and fit in a request for a last minute oil change. They then delivered my car back to me! I am super happy and grateful for the excellent service.

Spoke to a guy in the service department Friday after Thanksgiving about getting a gear selector replaced on a 2023 f150 under warranty. He said there is no way I will be covered under warranty, went back and forth about the part and he said "I guarantee it will not be covered by warranty" I will have to pay for the module as well as re programming if brought in.Got a hold of corporate today/ Monday following this and they said definitely would be covered and it is well within the bumper to bumper warranty. They took report and said you may want to go to another dealer if possible.

Customer service was excellent, Jeremy was easy to work with and co ered all my questions. Met with Jody in the parts department and she gave me several good ideas for my Bronco. Will definitely be back!
