The service was incredible. They were prompt at getting us in and out (yes that s their thing) but without pushing things on us like other places. Great experience and transparency with pricing and products.

A bit pricey but the people that work there were very nice and respectful. They did a good job.I just had an oil change and a light replacement.

I really like this place. They are very helpful even if you just want a check engine light diagnosed. The staff is quick and efficient. The only time it takes a length of time is if they are busy, these guys do great work in a short amount of time. I rate this location a 10 out of 10.

Oil change cost about $60.They were nice enough and gave a complimentary vacuum.With wait time, took about 45 minutes?Worth it for me.

- 2 stars if I could! We took our Toyota Camry here yesterday to get a lube & oil change: everything seemed fine until we went to check the oil next day to find that the oil filter wasn't changed when it said on the receipt that it had been. The writing on the filter was ours from last oil change. It obviously wasn't changed but we were charged for it. On taking it back here the guy argued with us and was quite belligerent. Spoke to manager and managed to get full refund, but people: check their work!!!

I accompanied my friend and her small baby to get a quick oil change today, well that quick oil change turned into a quick nightmare!! When we arrived there was nothing wrong with said oil pan , and when they got done and finished and went to look as their inspection, the oil pan had a magic crack ! We believe this to be at fault of less than careful people whom may have created this crack. The Clarkston Jiffy Lube may have taken longer, but we definitely should have gone there today.Service: Oil change

They're decent guys, and they didn't try to pressure me to buy stuff I didn't need. If you're picky about your car, they'll do what you ask and no more. If you're not car savvy they'll take care of everything you need and not up sell you. So all in all a pretty good place to go to.It's still cheaper to change your own oil.

Took almost an hour to change the oil and air filter after getting my car into the bay. They moved stuff around in the back seat and in the center console like they were looking through my belongings. Didn't check any other fluids, like I asked them to Then they left my hood unlatched so as I'm driving off it flies up, good thing I wasnt going fast and could pull over right away. Worst service ever. Spent 200$ for a waist of time. Do your jobs right!!! Should b asking for a refund!!

Such a great team, went in for a transmission flush and was serviced by Tyson and Todd. They did a top notch job and was fast and efficient. The service counter woman was very attentive and efficient and made the process super fast. Great team and great service. I 100% recommend this location.

Never go here. I got an oil change and it was $130. When I asked why it was so expensive they said have you never heard about a little thing called inflation? . Extremely condescending especially when you can go to rogers and get an oil change and tire rotation for $50.

Fast friendly service. I was traveling with my dog. They allowed me to drive my own car in and sit in it during the oil change. Which I am glad cause most the young people today don't know how to use a clutch.

I know very little about vehicles and vehicle maintenance but Todd and Tyson made it super easy. I came in 30 minutes before close and they were so patient, explaining every detail so I knew exactly what was happening and why. Not once did I feel like they were trying to overcharge me and they were very honest and easy to work with. Thanks again!

Frequent this place often is my go to for friendly quick in and out service and they do features like vacuum, windows, and fill all necessary fluids. They're also helpful if you have any questions about your car.

I won't be returning after 3 yrs of oil changes here.The young man, walked to his service door, opened the door looking outside, as I began to tell him I was 3 qts empty on oil..when I finished talking, he shut the door and began his talking response.never once looking at me,Funny how friendly he was with the female owner of the Toyota, the suv he just loves but can't afford..I was told these 1990's car burn oil and you need to come in for a top off ever so often WHAT? Never told that before.First off,My kia is 2016 model NOT 1990'S modelhhhm ..I felt degraded being talked to as if I don't know anything about my car. ..I HIGHLY DOUBT this young man would talk to a male customer like this....Customer service was a JOKE, INSULTING AND I CAN GO ELSE WHERE FOR A OIL CHANGE. I don't need to be treated like that.I could understand it, had I raised my voice, used foul language got in his face, none of which I did, I felt his inattentive behavior was not very customer friendly.money pays the bills, one less customer here you won't be getting anymore money from. maybe there are other disgruntled customers who won't return because of customer service..

I went last night and got my oil changed last minute by Jerry and Tyson. I am a single mother and had my two young kids with me. Jerry made sure to give me the best deal possible, he answered all of my questions, and even checked my brake fluid for me to see if my car was safe to make a two hour trip today with my youngest child. At the end he even opened the doors for me and the doors to my car to help me get my kids in. They were fast, knowledgeable, and very nice. Great experience and I won t get my oil changed any where else.

Great! Fast friendly service the guys are so helpful and they tell me everything and let me see what they are talk about, before they get the ok to do it. My Scion IQ is really taken care of.

They had 10 minutes to close. They turned me away said it was to late. They couldn't help me. June 24th Lewiston Idaho. Never again!

Employees not very friendly or helpful. Some were wearing eye protection, some were not. They used to vacuum auto with oil change, but no longer do that

But i wasnt offered my free vacuum..like everyone else. I spent 150.00...i did get better service the last time i was there. Kinda discussed a girl was was in a customer s mirror sqeezing her blisters on her mouth..

For the 3rd time of me going in since I've lived here in Lewiston Everytime I am disappointed, irritated, and I finally feel like it's time to say something. The same woman over and over is rude, abrupt, raises her voice, rolls her eyes, and I no longer feel like maybe it was just a bad day. She has done my car in Clarkston as well and I get the same attitude Everytime I come in. Not only does she treat me this way but I also watch her treat other costumers and my other half this way.
