I had difficulties with confirming my Hertz reservation in Texas. It took two long sessions and much trial and error to fix the problem. The manager was amazing and deserves the highest commendation for her amazing customer service. She was an angel on a frustrating day.

Amazing and friendly customer service! The woman working the front desk Heather went out of her way to make sure I got the truck I needed. I was in a real bind due to an accident and needed a 4WD. She made it happen and with such a pleasant attitude! A lifesaver! Thank you!

Oh. Yikes. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not even be able to rate this as an experience with a professional. It was that bad.Sales associate slammed her hand down on the front desk and said "We're done here, we're going to go clean cars now" when my boyfriend had a question. The question, for reference, was if they honored the 20% off SUV rentals which was advertised on Hertz' website. The answer was, this is a privately owned Hertz and we don't honor any of "those" ["those" being all of the other listed promos happening on that date]. I'm horrified. For the good of the business, get rid of the front desk "customer service rep" and hire someone excited about your business, and grasps the concept of repeat customers.

Need to have a credit card to rent. This is told only after the web site accepts your bank card that they don't accept. However they did waved my cancellation fee. Lady at desk was quite rude.

They were more than happy to rent, until I said I would pay with a debit card. After that they suddenly had no vehicles for any dates and became quite cold and rude.

Got charged an extra days rent for turning my rental car in an hour late...of course I couldn't use the car because it was already turned in an they wouldn't even return an email to me to fix this...I will never use Hertz again and tell everyone this story I travel around to not use them as well!!!!!!!

I travel a lot. This location is understaffed much of the time, but they do their best. They are always pleasant and helpful.
