NOT RECOMMENDED - was passing through on a road trip and purchased a new lithium battery, to replace a lead battery that went dead. They sold me a discontinued and recalled (defective) battery. The battery had a 3-year warranty and was still well within the warranty period (as of this posting), yet this dealership refused to honor the warranty or assist in anyway. I worked with the Harley corporate office and another dealer, who then provided a new (comparable) battery, with no issues or questions. Will never visit or purchase anything from this dealer again.

"Travelling from Ohio we experienced a service issue on our bike the first day of our long planned vacation. We traveled an additional two hours to Hells Canyon Harley Shop to see what they could do to get us up and running and back on our trip. They were extremely accommodating to the fact that we were on the road and found a way to fit us in. Unfortunately the issue was more serious and the wait time on the additional part needed would have derailed the entire trip for not only ourselves, but two others who joined us. We made the decision to trade our bike and purchase new. The staff staff worked together to expedite locating and ordering add-ons , switching out parts from our existing bike to the new. They worked really hard to make sure we were pleased with our choice and they did it all with limited dealership hours from when our bike broke and our travel schedule. Tara in sales and Jacki in the business management office, made the experience as seamless as we could have hoped for. We did most of the transaction over the phone with very little cell signal but Jacki stayed in constant contact and and brought it all to the finish line. We've owned six Harley's over the year's with five being bought brand new- one of the best experiences by far- Kudos to you!!!"

This is one of the honest friendlinessHarley dealers I have been inAlso I have only been with Harley less then 3 years and tried Indian but this dealer easily won me backI am a multiple bike owner so with the white hair too I have been aroundStop by. You will notice the difference

Outstanding dealership, greeted you and treated you with the utmost respect. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, who were truly interested in talking to you and knowing where you were from. Of all the dealerships we visited, Hells Canyon was the best for customer service and made you feel like a local.

Very friendly staff here ready to help you with whatever you might need. The dealership is clean and well organized, so it s easy to find motor clothes or service dept. Compared to other Harley Davidson dealers this one is a little on the small side, however it is well worth your time to stop and grab a shirt and hang out!

Picked up a decal and ordered some Hells Canyon chips. Saw my first electric Harley. Very interesting. Still wouldn't buy one based on the 150 mile ride before recharging.

Awesome place! People are great! I ride a FLTXRS and want in to pick up a t-shirt. There was not vulture salesmen trying to sell you a new ride, which was refreshing. On the otherhand, this absolute "10" named Tara walked up from Motorclothes and mesmerized me. Not only was she very sweet, she has those looks that just about, well, that's private. It started pouring rain outside and turning dark. I picked out a jacket and had to leave, since then store was closing, not before I asked her if she was spoken for. She said she was happily spoken for with children. She really enjoyed working for Hell's Canyon H-D, partly because of the nice people she met.So if you make it to Lewiston, check out Hell's Canyon Harley Davidson and say 'hi' to Tara for me.That dealership is well worth the visit.

We stopped in today just to visit on a long trip. I was hoping to get my oil and tires checked. My service guy was very professional and friendly. It is always nice to visit a friendly dealer that helpful.

"I arrived home in California yesterday; the bike (a 2022 Street Glide) ran great. I thank everyone at Hells Canyon that assisted with the deal, Karen, Jacki, Jim, and Scott. Ive always recommended HCHD to anyone that has asked. Ive encountered problems with my bikes twice while in Lewiston. Both times, HCHD assisted and went above and beyond. When it came time for a new bike, they were at the top of my mind even though I live in California. Things worked out and they were a pleasure to deal with. "

"Both of the ladies worked hard to make the deal happen. It took a lot of effort of their part working with their other management team for approvals. Both treated my wife and I with respect and made the purchase process rather easy. Hells Canyon Harley-Davidson is and will continue to be our main Harley store."

Thank you Tommy. Was interested in a buying a bike, but at the same time, not at the moment though. However, the deal was a great deal, and was definitely treated better then any dealership I've ever been to. Will definitely come visit again when I go looking for my second bike.

The service department is fantastic!The service guy took a lot of time trying to help me find the appropriate tire for mu bike. Taking time to educate me on different tread patterns and rubber compounds.Ultimately they were unable to get exactly what was needed, but then they suggested several locations that may be able to help.I will forever recommend their service department as o e of the very best!Thank you Hell's canyon Harley Davidson. You have restored my faith in great service.

We were on a long trip and needed oil changes on 3 motorcycles. It was later in the afternoon and the service department went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road. A wonderful dealership with terrific people. Many, many thanks!

Got my FLHRXS (Road King Special) 15k service there, while I was on a HOG Touring rally (GEM of a Ride). Great service staff. They explained everything to me. What they did and what I needed, thanks Dennis and Marco...serve writer and tech.

Great stop on our motorcycle trip! Had a bike break down and they were very helpful. Couldn't fix bike but held it until it could be trucked to Lone Wolf HD by them. Thank you and we will see you again one day!

We were in there on a Saturday 3/6/2021 standing at the parts counter waiting to be waited on. Our usual parts person was gone for the day Eric Forest. (Eric has been great to deal with our parts for our CVO) So we tried talking to a different parts person. This guy didn t care that we had been talking to Eric. He just kept telling us there were no opening anytime soon. We explained we lived 100 miles away and that our parts were in and paid for. We also said , we were not in a hurry. Finally he decided we could unload our bike. Next the service guy came out and was very helpful unloading and getting the bike signed in. He was great to work with Thank you. Tuesday my husband called to complain to the manager about our treatment on Saturday from the parts counter. She made him feel like it was just us. So long story short, ,we decided to remove our CVO, parts and all.

Very impressed! Nice dealership and will recommend for service or shopping. All staff were friendly. Jack the service manager was very professional and shockingly efficient. Went above and beyond to look after us "strangers in need of service" just randomly passing thru on a Saturday. Keep up the good work......doing Harley Davidson proud.

Very nice and friendly staff in a very cool town. This store is a must for some cool shirts and apparel heck who don't want a cool Hells Canyon shirt. The store is at the base of the mountain where a new hill clim spot is being built. Stop in and check them out. MAD.MAN

I am so happy to have gotten to be a part of the Hells canyon family. I have run into a couple small issues with my bike and they get me a appointment and fix my bike ASAP so I can get out and enjoy it. Very professional and friendly! Again highly recommend this place for all your Harley Davidson needs

They found the issue and did everything they could to resolve the problem caused by the previous HD Dealer. They kept me informed of everything they found and what they did.. Honest and upfront. They showed their love for what they do.. Exactly the type of place i would enjoy working..

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and helped throughout our visit. They were out of some sizes of their t-shirts with the city and state on them, but they are getting a shipment within a couple of weeks.

I just purchased a new 2015 Dyna Wide Glide from these folks and wanted to say it was the most positive and fun experience I've ever had purchasing any vehicle. During the sales process I was given a tour of the store and was introduced to many of the people who work there including parts, service, and retail. My sales person, the business manager, and everyone else I met was friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. These are genuinely friendly people who like to talk motorcycles and clearly care about their customers and customer service. It is rare in my experience to find a dealership like this. What a great group of people.

They let me in even though it was closing time since they had a bike deal in the works. Awesome store with the nicest employees. If I am ever in the area again I will make a point to stop in!!! Thanks guys for putting a smile on my face!!!
