Poultry buyer beware!!! We have purchased fuel and fertilizers from CHS over the years for our farm/ranch over the years and in May of last year my wife bought a pallet of Payback layer pellets. In the past she had always purchased from North 40 but they had these layer pellets on sale and since we were buying large quantity of fertilizer for hay fields there anyway decided to get a pallet. Big mistake! See PICS....had over 20 bags like this!!! I spoke with Geri the local store manager and showed her these pics along with our clean insulated grain storage room. I explained we bought this pallet in May of last year when it was on sale knowing we wouldn't be getting into until late fall. I explained all the push back we got from the grangeville store where we purchased and she said the pics were horrible and unacceptable and that's ridiculous they wouldn't take care of regardless the expiration period. I explained no where on my receipt does it even state a 90 day policy and we'd done this for years with North 40 buying a year out and NEVER had any issues. She agreed to replace or refund. I asked for a refund because I wasn't about to use this product again. However the following day later Geri informed me she was overridden by her boss because of the expiration period....and because it wasn't purchased at the Lewiston store even though they have authority over the Grangeville store. Unbelievable but with CHS primeland you better use it all in 90 days or this is what happens and you're on your own. Buyer Beware!!!

Got gas and went on our way, helpful young gal at the counter, not bad to look at either(not a perve just an old guy who isn't blind yet)(67).

Oh yes these folks know how to get customer satisfaction, Great advice. Great help, lowered prices makes this place number 1 in my book very recommended, stop in see for yourself.

I looked all over this valley for panels to do my fencing and Primeland Lewiston was the most helpful, the most affordable and Jerilyn went above and beyond to be sure I got them delivered when I'd have help to offload. Highly recommend them for livestock panels and customers service!!!!! A Bar 3H Ranch is grateful and very satisfied.

This place has some decent people working here, but when it comes to fuel prices, they are price gouging. They are the highest in have seen in town, averaging approximately $0.30+ per gallon higher then anyone else in town. They get 2 stars for the courtious people working there, but they need to stop thinking their fuel is gold, and that they can charge astronomical prices for their fuel that is the same as what goes into the wells of every other fuel station.

prices are competitive, small store full of western gear ie boots, hats and cloths. love to shop their. They have a gas station with great prices, I get chicken food, straw and other yard and animals products here.

I got gas here very friendly employees treated me very well nice location easy in easy out check out the store a lot too choose from I was very impressed when I was giving a compliment by an employee I returned the favor by complimenting your whole business thank you I'll be back and will recommend this place to all my friends and family and community.

Good business, and well behaved employees- to customers. Employees are treated with disrespect and neglect. No lunch breaks are given despite it being law that companies allow such breaks to employees. Employees are denied time off, and are constantly having weekends revoked. This company is just like any other company when it comes to acting like they own their employees. Don't work for this place! You will surely be giving up all free time and will, and won't have any say in whether you get days off or not.

Easy access to the pumps with plenty of room for a large motorhome pulling a boat. Propane is located at the opposite end of the building from the main pumps with straight in access. Prices were some of the best in town.

Great store for anything you need for your yard, field, or farming! Staff is always helpful and friendly, and great at giving you advice if you need it on what sprays to use, what would work best for your situation, etc.

Easy place to get no ethanol premium fuel. Only complaint is that it takes a few days for their system to charge my debit card.

I get some of my medical supplies here, like wraps for bandaging.. They are way more affordable here than any where else!!!!

Thanks for a COLD CRISTMAS!!!!I Was approved for emergency voucher on 22nd of Dec went to get pellets on 23rd and 24th and PRIMELAND didnt process therefore MY GRANDCHILDREN couldnt come to GRANDMAS HOUSE for CHRISTMAS!!!THANKS FOR THE COLD LONELY CHRISTMAS PRIMELAND!!!!

Very clean with well organized shelves and a friendly clerk. The guy who loaded product also took the time to answer my question. GOOD PLACE

They had a sign on a box of nails on clearance that said $5.00. after I packed the 50 pound box all the way to the counter they refused to sell them for the price posted. Wow.

The staff is so willing to help you find what you need. If they don't have it they will make sure to tell you where you can go to get the product.

They have non ethanol gas, clean restrooms, and friendly cleeks. That know about lawn care,. Chemicals, and Animal Nutrition and lots more.

Go in there to get squirrel feed 3 times and every time the shelves empty and everytime they say their out and i ask one of the guys they go back and find it in the back..put it on the shelf and people can buy it

We work for the farmers I have worked there 15 years good place to grow and raise a family we help the community as well. Good place to work
