I usually like AutoZone usually have no trouble getting what I need there but the other day I went in for a steering gearbox for my old truck and was told $700 was but I have to pay even though O'Reilly's advertising online $180 something dollars for a reman steering your box after waiting I don't know 15 minutes for somebody to even come up and ask me if I needed help he told me $700 with the cheapest he can get me one even though I can order through them online for $188 for remanufactured and that had to find out for myself even though that kid was staring at a computer screen that belonged to go right he's Auto Parts and when I asked him about remanufactured Parts he didn't have any he couldn't get them they don't so I can only translate that as he had better things to do than to look things up for me in the store even though I had $300 in my pocket to buy one but I did not have $700 to buy a brand new one when it's an old truck let's face it hey brand new one would be nice but it's an old truck everything I buy for three men usually it's not a fixer upper kind of truck but it is a good driver when it can steer and thanks for that kid I only had to order it my damn self but also had to drive it home with that same bad gearbox thanks kid

Obviously a majority of these poor reviews are about the same rude manager. And I know who they re referring to because I had similar experience, just didn t post nothing. And lookie look AUTOZONE Corp does NOTHING To address it besides say we apologize, and please contact such n such, we appreciate your business lmao. Wooowwww. Orchards 1 is better than bottom 21st 1 IMO. Unfortunately, shouldn t have managers who openly treat employees like this and be stuck up to customers!! Fuuuuggggnnnnnnnn fixxxit auto zone!!! Nobody is going to the other auto places so fix it. Sooo yeah. As I keep reading the autobots just respond with same response. Lewiston not very big, and oreillys sucks but customer service is KEY!!! Y all don t care mr corporate

We did a returned, the guys helping us was helpful, (James L)unfortunately his register was having some issues, a lady, I'm assuming his manager was very rude, and annoyed when he ask for help, she was really rude at him, and in front of customers and she never said anything to us, or make eye contact, didn't have a name tag, but I heard her said her name when she was on the phone, her name is Monica, very rude and 0 customer service.Side note, we said thank you for helping, and she just walked away.

I ordered a part off the internet for my car and I needed a front axle hub but did not see that it was for the rear instead. So when i returned to exchange it for the front part the worker made sure to turn the screen towards me to point out that on his screen it clearly shows rear part as if to make me feel stupid. No luck the mobile web app is different from what their screen shows. Was spoken to the entire time like I was a child who knows nothing. The part I needed was $6 more which had cash for but instead of doing the exchange in one transaction and paying the difference he refunded the entire amount to my card (which on a sunday it takes days to actually receive the credit) then did a separate transaction for the new part. I don't know if that is the only way they can do it or what, but it can be a major inconvenience waiting for days for $126.00. I was the only customer in the store and treated like it was a major inconvenience to provide me service. Not impressed at all.

Employees are always ready to help.One thing to change, for the owner, take pride in ownership and take care of your landscaping. it looks like you don't care. The outside of the store is just as important as the inside.

The store manager Monica should be fired she is RUDE!! And unfriendly if she doesn t like her job don t let the door hit you on the way outif it was not an emergency that I needed to go back into this location I would have not done it she is causing the employees to be unhappy and the customers she is costing the corporation money Tamkia the commercial manager should have her job total difference in attitude with Tamkia happy employees with her Monica needs to go buy buy fire her

Squirrel is great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager lady seems annoyed that she has to do her job, gets easily upset when she makes a mistake and cusses at the phone with customers in the store, highly unprofessional.

Went in there twice..first time several employees working and not one said anything or even acknowledged me so I left..Thought I would give them another try..Waited at counter while two employees were there. Finally a lady came over and was so short and rude to me I walked out again..

The manager there is extremely rude and insulting. I came in asking for assistance in finding the correct headlight for my vehicle and she was very annoyed that I didn t know which type of headlight to get. Very impatient. She also told me it d be $100 to get a headlight. Don t waste your time there if you don t want to get ripped off.

Awesome Parts Manager, Jesse! I had some trouble replacing a bulb on my truck and he came outside and did it for me since things were slow in the store. I felt like I had a Ford mechanic doing it because it was second nature to him. Very polite and helpful guy that makes the experience of coming here pleasant and enjoyable!

I dislike speaking negatively about anyone, & especially publicly. That goes for businesses too. However, my experience shopping at AutoZone was subpar. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice store & I got what I came for. There were certainly plenty of items I'd have liked to take home with me, just not the lady that assisted me.

Well up to recently used Autozone exclusively for parts. Felt it important to stimulate locally. Have been finding that they're getting people with very little knowledge as of late. Plus they're pushing more towards the more expensive parts. So have been told more and more to order from online website also. So now order mostly everything through Amazon. It's also been more than half the price. Not trying to complain but that's my thoughts. It's order online mostly. So why have a store.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon walking in and helped right away. Not only did he get me the right windshield wipers for my vehicle, he installed them for me. Definitely recommend going here for auto needs.

I use auto zone for all my auto parts if I don't order offline but they have decent prices and they will back any of their warranties and they are not just manufacture defect warranties that mean if there's something wrong with it ,it was that way when you bought it so it makes no difference if you put a time line on it like most of the other part stores do. They will do price matching and their pretty easy to deal with. I recommend auto zone to anyone that asks where to get parts and tell them why I go through them.

Really impressed I had my doubts but I was wrong. The staff are very friendly and good at what they do. It will be the new parts place for me to go nicely done. Rick is the go to guy there he's awsome. Will recomend for anyone working on just about anything

Great store. Has nice sales at times. You have to go to the counter and ask for a specific tool if you don't see it. They order it and it can be picked up within a week maybe.

Ordered parts over the phone, drove 50ish miles to pick them up the next day and they weren't there (were never ordered.) Went back a few days later and the order was wrong and they were rude. I'll never shop here again.

If I could give more stars I would!!! They not only pick out the proper brake lights for me they also came out and installed them!!! For free, in 100 degree weather. Needless to say, awesome service! Will be going back!
