Basic autozone.. but the ppl are friendly and very helpful. I always send my wife in to buy our autoparts so she knows what to do if I'm not available, they never make her feel uncomfortable and always offer advice for things she might need such as brake grease or clamps etc..

I can find what I need at a very short distance from my home. Their online app helps you find what you are looking for as long as you have the right ar information entered in. Pretty easy.

Always find employees at Auto Zone in Kuna so friendly and willing to help. Today Michael put a rear wiper blade on my Ford Escape which was a little tricky but he handled it Thanks Michael. Joe

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted & asked if I needed help. (Which, by the way, I did ) The gentleman was helpful, very courteous & even stepped outside to look at my car, to be certain he was giving me the right information. Very friendly & helpful!!!

I went in needing help with a blinker light bulb. I asked one of the workers if they'd come out and help me, they gladly came out to the parking lot and helped me replace all the lights that were out. Their help was above and beyond what I expected. I'll definitely go back for future automotive needs!

Dealership told me I needed to replace my oil filter but did not have one in stock for my 2018 Ford Ecosport. I stopped by the Kuna Auto Zone and was able to purchase what I needed and Tristan was able to showed me where the filter was in my car so I could change it out and saved me a trip back to the dealership. Really appreciated that he was willing to answer questions.

Have the privilege of looking up the exact year make and model of my vehicle found the part I needed on their website according to the AutoZone website the part I needed was not in a store near me it was in a store in Kuna Emmett and off of overland so I called the one in Kuna where my older sister lives talking to one of their employees at AutoZone about the oxygen sensor I needed I found them online for $28.49 the AutoZone employee begins to tell me that they do not have that oxygen sensor I need they have the oxygen sensor for 59 and some odd change I began to tell their employee I just looked it up online that you guys do have the oxygen sensor for $28.49 in your store he proceeded to laugh at me basically calling me a liar I now have a screenshot of the oxygen sensor how much it cost where it is located and the part number for it talk about disrespectful employees they have now lost a good hard working paying customer

Great service as I walked in the door. Showed me wiper blades and told me if I bought the set plus windshield washer fluid,I would get a 10.00 gift card. So I did!After the purchase I had difficulty putting them on so I went back in and David came out and helped me put them on in less than a minute!Thanks

We stopped in to get freon to to refill our AC and headlight cleaner. A little spendy but I know we got a good product and the guy behind the counter was super helpful.

The stores are usually fairly decent but the customer service line is a joke. The in store price is also significantly higher than other online markets like Amazon. If you have prime like I do shipping is often free. The enormous difference in price makes a day or two wait well worth it.Might be a good time for the local box stores to step up the game to become competitive.

I dont know if I'll ever go back there we walk in grab the stuff we need and walk up to the counter while the clerk was on the phone did not say a word to us just stood there talking about a battery witch he has no clue what he is talking about but we stood there for 20 minutes he was still on the phone finally another employee came from around back and asked if we needed help yeah we have been here for 20 minutes waiting while he was still on the phone and did not say a single thing to us horrible customer service.

You might as well go to another store. I walked into this one and waited at the counter for a little. But no one would come up to help. There was one guy stocking the shelves but even when I spoke out to get their attention they seemed to not hear me. Second time I've had some issues that are annoyances like this at this store. And it's really unfortunate to one see how.... common this kind of stuff has become at places. I recommend other places or at least other locations. Cause I haven't had any issues at other Autozones. Just this one.

Wonderful customer service! I purchased a new battery and they installed in like 20 minutes, and it was a pain, no complaints from them though! JC was awesome!

They were pretty busy when I went in, but I was still greeted as I entered and asked if they could help. Had to wait in line for a few minutes after getting what I needed but was happy to wait as I was treated kindly as I entered.

Fast Trip because there's not lines but probably because prices are high. Didn't care for the staffs vulgar conversation in a workplace either. 3/5 tripRepeat offender. Unhelp older employee appeared to not care if i wanted to check out. Didnt want to hassle with rewards entry or give me the bag i asked for for my purchases. Plenty of other places to go. Wont see you later. 1/5 trip

I bought a set of wiper blades for my car back in November but unfortunately they were the wrong ones. I took them back finally in February sans receipt and with no questions asked they exchanged them for the correct ones. Very easy process. Will go there again.

My son got me an Auto Zone gift card about 3 years ago. I still have it because every time I go there for something they never have what I want in stock. I always end up going to O Reilly who usually has the part. Save yourself time and drive past this place and go to O Reilly by the Dollar Store.

The guy who helped us was surprisingly very helpful and informational. There was a deal on the oil and filters we needed which seems to happen often enough to make it worth it to change our own oil.

Had a gift card from Christmas which would not go through their system. Had to get an empty gift card, call the company, give them both card nos. So they could transfer the remaining amount on the new card.
