Jacks Tire is my go-to place for tires and brakes .I recently took my trailer in for a bit of an experiment. Once complete, the final results were a bit shocking I believe to both parties! In the end, Jacks Tire made everything right, showing their true character as a genuine business!I highly recommend them for tires and brakes

A little over a year ago, my daughter was life flight to Utah. I stopped and was getting gas before heading out and noticed my tire needed air. I noticed them across the street and stopped in to see if they could help me with that. I started crying in the middle of the front office and the lady in the front was so kind to me and gave me a hug. The gentlemen in the garage not only filled up my tires, they also topped off the fluids in my car and made sure my car was safe for making the drive.I was just thinking of my experience and of all the people who helped me along the way during that time when I was distraught. Was just thinking of the small yet significant part they played in my day.Just wanted to leave my review on the kindness I received from them.

Nice folks. But make a reservation in you have an oversized vehicle for there one truck bay. My camper us 13 feet tall. I would have back but went to sun valley for skiing

I wouldnt give this place any stars but it makes you give them at least 1. The last 2 times we've taken our car there for an oil change we've had to take it back because the oil is leaking out. My dad had a similar issue. Jack's has done all of our maintenance for the last 2 years. Today when we picked it up they said there was a broken latch on the air cleaner box. They obviously broke it today or the last timr that they worked on it. Absolutely the worst place we've been!

Got a park and fix at the west port of entry on I84 and Jacks was who my company called. Took about 90 minutes to show up, but once on site, Andrew kicked into action and swapped out my trailer tire in 20 minutes. Keep up the hustle guys!

My amazing landlord gifted us 2 tires for Christmas and I had no troubles when I shared that, they got me right in and with no difficulty. Very quick!!

The best experience I've had with a tire company and the service techs are very respectful. The prices were a 115 dollars cheaper than other tire shops around. Front counter service was amazing and most of all my max time there was an hour. I would definitely recommend this shop for service. Thanks again.

These guys are awesome. The service here is amazing. They do everything they can to make sure you get taken care of the right way. Highly recommend this company.

I can t leave too many details because it could harm the business by inviting free-loaders. All I m going to say is that these beautiful humans heard my issue and helped me out. I m definitely using them from now on. (To the owner, if you want me to leave details or you think my review actually hurt you, just comment and I will detail my entire story.)FYI, I live on the other side of town And I chose them for my repairs because when my van had a bad battery in this past winter, I was able to get a new one with no appointment, and no service charge. They are truly a local business.

The lady at the counter was very nice but that particular location is just too busy. I wanted synthetic oil but was given regular. And I was there for well over an hour. It's not necessarily a bad place to go, I just feel that they have too much business. I guess there's a reason for that

No company is perfect - especially these days when its tough to find quality, competent career-oriented technicians. My experience so far has been that you can trust these guys. In fact, its the only shop I'm comfortable sending my wife to. Most others will rip her off. Keep in mind that if you want your car engine to last 200,000 miles, you should do some maintenance on it. Changing fluids (more than just oil) is a must. Air filters should be changed, etc. My experience is that the business model here is the old fashioned model: I pay you a fair grown man's wage, and you do the job quickly and efficiently. This is opposed to other (typically national franchise) companies who seek extra revenue without thought of ensuring that they are returning a service/product deserving of that extra revenue.

Rolled my car into the parking lot at 630am on a flat doughnut... someone greeted me as they were coming in to work (shop not open). The guy was super friendly and had me set up to get my car in asap. He took his time (real quick) to give me an estimate and tell me what it would take to fix me up. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to afford much work so I had Markys Super Tow come get my car. ($65). Anyways, but this place is a great company. I felt like they were very willing to help. My car just had been through too much for a cheap enough fix.

Must agree with Lee's assessment below. Gave them a chance, really wanted them to work out. Service was ok at best. Never called to say truck was done. Quoted one price online, given a much more expensive price in person. Won't be back.

I called to get a price estimate for radiator repair on my vehicle and the woman picked up the phone she did not represent herself in professional manner she did not even say her name or anything she just said how can I help you. I told her I m calling to get price estimate for radiator repair how much would it cost? She said it s $95 an hour labor and I was like how many hours of labor they gonna do to repair the radiator? How much can I expect to pay in total she said I don t know. I was like if you don t know that information how would I know? You re the one working there and I expect some answers to get. But, she didn t even try to say sorry I can t give you answer let me go check. Let me talk to my mechanic or with my boss to find more information and I ll get back to you. She did nothing. She was just very rude unprofessional and she just said I don t know and that was it and she hung up on me. I would never called them again let alone do any business with them. I would never recommend them to anyone horrible horrible stuff!

March 2017 -I needed 4 shocks installed on my travel trailer. I was traveling through Twin Falls. They worked me in and had me going in about an hour. I would definitely recommend and will use them in the future.UPDATE:November 2019 -Because of the great experience I had with my shock installation, I came back to purchase upgraded tires for my 2018 1 ton RAM.Spoke to Stephanie 1 month before I was to come by and get the tires. Decided on BF Goodrich AT. (By the way, I was coming from over 800 miles away, and 300 miles off of my route just to get the tires from this store.) Asked how much time did she need to get them to the store, she said 2 days. I said great, I will phone you a week before I arrive.Phoned her 7 days before I arrived, she said I have 6 here and 4 are for you.Phoned her Friday before my arrival on Monday, and she said they are here, I said can you put a tag or something on them, she said they will be here for you. I said great because I need them on Monday as I have an appointment 1100 miles away from Twin Falls, and cannot be delayed.Showed up when they opened on Monday, they sold 4 of the 6 over the weekend. They did not have my tires.Because I was in a bind for time, I ended up buying 4 tires of a smaller size. They did get me in and out quickly, but no discount or other compensation for my time and not getting the tires that I wanted.

Besides having great product on hand, the real reason you should shop here is their outstanding customer service. From the moment you walk in the door someone is there to greet you and get you what you need. As a matter of fact when I was walking up to the door Guy the store manager greeted me and got me taken care of in a short amount of time. Thanks Guy!

Stefanie and other team members at this location are very friendly and professional! I came in to get some things replaced for my tires and they quickly took me in and thoroughly inspected and went above and beyond to get me on the road safely! Nice work!

Always quick to help. I'm confident going here for my tire emergencies and know they will take care of me. The only issue was a single time when there was a clerical error in quoting a new high quality set of tires. We understood and would still trust them for anything you need tire or oil wise.

Fantastic! Heard some crunching noises when I braked. Just dropped by on my way home. Even though they were closing they checked my breaks and stayed late. They replaced my pads right then and there and they even made a quick trip to the supplier to grab the supplies they didnt have. Total stop, 45 minutes and it didn't even come close to breaking the bank. A BIG thanks to all the friendly crew!

If I go to Les Schwab they are done with tyres and an oil change super quick. This service here took so long I killed the battery on my phone. The price though was much cheaper so it might be worth it.

I've gone in here twice just as they were closing with nails in my quickly deflating tires. They have ALWAYS BEEN so happy to help me and today as I pulled in the tire specialist Gregg, quickly dropped what he was doing and directed me to the bay. He jumped right on fixing my tire and the front desk clerk Stephanie came out to talk with me about my tire. This hasn't been my normal place of business when it came to my vehicles, but it will be from now on. They were so helpful and polite! Plus their prices rock compared to others. Thank yall so much!!
