Locked myself out of my car and gave them a call. Was able to book an appointment the same day even while they were short staffed. Corwin came out on his own and realized it was a very difficult vehicle to get into, and without extra charge came out the next day with an extra set of hands and got into my vehicle within a couple minutes. No damage to the vehicle, Both days had terrible weather conditions. Couldn t recommend this company enough, and very affordable for the service.

Had a terrible interaction with the person they sent in. They charged $170 for a 30 second service. Left the wires and battery hanging and the whole place smelled like cigarettes, from the front door to the back office. When I questioned the invoice amount, he said they are the only ones and this is Ketchum and not the 90s anymore. Quality!

These guys are the best in the business! They will get you out of a pickle when you get locked out and have no where else to turn. Liam made me a key for my Toyota within a few minutes of getting to the shop. Great customer service and high quality work! Highly recommend.

We were on vacation in the area and locked our keys in the truck while it was running. I didn t catch the guys name, but he had us back in the truck within 15 minutes. Very much appreciated!

We have used them several times to change the locks on our houses between tenants. They do an excellent job and are reasonably priced.

Will was amazing, he saved us! We were locked out of our RV in the rain on a Friday night! He was there within 30 minutes and had us back in our RV shortly after. I would definitely recommend his services!Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Made an appointment to have him program a keyfob for our car. After an hour and a half past the appointment time my wife gave up and left. 10 min later they decided to call her and say she had ten minutes to get back there and that the locksmith doesnt like to wait. Beside being extremely unprofessional they are also unreasonable. And no i have zero desire to hear an excuse as to some lady locking herself out of her car. Dont take appointments if you can not keep them in a timely manner. We all have a schedule to keep.

I have owned a national market research company for 35 years.Will the owner treated me as if he cared. Old fashioned value. He did not not act as though the world revolves around him. He treated my problem like his job was to service ME. THANK YOU WILL.

Not great service. Carefully made an advance appointment, left my name and number, showed up on time- but, their main lock guy was "off on a call". The least they could have done was called me. They apologized after, which I appreciate.
