I brought my brand new Mini Countryman 2024 to Perfect Appearance in Ketchum after someone hit my car. It was only 3 months old. I was so concerned it wouldn't be "like new" again. I had used other body shops in the past with other cars I owned and was NOT happy. Not only did they keep me updated but my car was ready earlier than I expected! When I picked up my car I was delighted to see they had detailed my car! My car is like new again! They are by far the best in the Valley. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. The staff is so friendly and professional. Thank you to everyone at Perfect Appearance.

I've known Jose and gabby for many years. In fact, they used to be my neighbors. Very nice trustworthy people who always do what's right. Taking any vehicle to them is a no-brainer, for I know I'm in great hands. Highly recommend.

I recommend Perfect to everyone looking to have body work done on their vehicle. From when I entered their store to when I picked up my car ( a week early!), they were courteous, professional, and transparent. They made me feel like a valued customer and treated me with respect. The process was much better than my previous experiences with body shops in the Valley. I am so impressed by this business, and I cannot say enough great things about them. Needed a repair in rear bumper/rear drivers back panel due to neighbor & I backing into one another. Jose was professional and emailed quote within 5 minutes of leaving Perfect Appearance. I was able to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and while I thought they would keep my vehicle for 7-10 days, the work was completed in 2 days! Highly recommend Perfect Appearance and will use them again ..hopefully just for auto detailing Services: Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

I'd give a -5 stars if I could. Matt. The "manager" is the absolute worst at his job. My car was sent there by my insurance company and it sat there for 5 weeks. And nothing happens they didn't even put in shop because. And I quote Matt " the battery is dead and it's in ice. How am I supposed to move your car to look at it ". And multiple times " you don't know how this shop works. Where under staffed". Or." We don't have that tool" there a mechanic and body shop that doesn't have. People to move a car. Or to take a spark plug out and put a scope in cylinder to check damage. They are the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Across the entire lower 48 states. Avoid. This place. Like the plague. I would not. Ever. Do business here. And I would. Never hire. Or let. Matt work in the industry. He's an awful person and very terrible at his job. Worst. Shop. Ever.

I had a t-bone accident in a parking lot, and they were amazing. They worked with my insurance, and with me personally to get the job done. They did great work on my Mercedes G55 AMG. Can't even tell a difference in the new paint compared to the rest of the car. Owner is super professional and down to earth. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Perfect Appearance.I hit a deer late on a Sunday night north of Ketchum en route back to Colorado and they had me on my way by Tuesday mid day. I got towed in, talked to Clint the owner Monday morning about getting my truck into a driveable state and he and his staff went above and beyond to get it done.I like to consider myself a bit of a gearhead and like to do most of my own work on cars but these guys really helped me out of a bind and I couldn't recommend them enough. They were straight shooters and got it done faster than I expected. The cost was also way under what I was expecting which was an added bonus.Thanks Clint and crew!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

The worst automotive repair experience I have had in over 50 years of driving. Not professional or punctual. Frequently gave me misleading information. Finally had to get the car towed to a dealer for electrical issues Perfect Appearance could not solve. My insurance company had been in touch with them multiple times to no avail and paid for the tow. I would never recommend this place and would give them zero stars if I could.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Had a pretty bad dent in my back bumper, went to maybe 3 different places that all said I needed a full bumper replacement, all the places gave me estimates of about $1k. I came here, they banged out the dent and even fixed the paint on the scratches for a fraction of the price! Very honest, highly recommended!!!

0 stars is not available over priced paint. The same vehicle has been fixed before other parts are peeling. When asked if he would fix it said yes then denied service. Do not recommend. Poor business and service. Multiple others have also been saying the same thing would NEVER RECOMMEND.
