What I love about Patrick Buchanan with State Farm is his staff. They are all very personable and flexible when it comes to scheduling meetings. Patrick and his staff will always make a meeting happen no matter what. I will continue to highly recommend them.

We're really thrilled with the great service we get from State Farm in Sun Valley. Patrick and his team are always on top of their game. Organized, responsive, and they always follow through. And they have the knowledge and experience to take care of all of our insurance needs. I've been with them for 5+ years and they take care of our personal needs as well as multiple business lines. Can't recommend them highly enough.

i have had State Farm Insurance with Patrick Buchanan for years prior to needing it. When I had a broken pipe that had over a foot of water on the flower floor and also some water on the main floor, State Farm was fantastic in making certain the the walls were completely dry and there were no signs of lasting damage to the beautiful building. They were supportive and quick in paying for the damage and the matters of bringing the space back to what it previously was. It was TRULY AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE AND NOT THE NIGHTMARES OF DEALING WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT WE HEAR ABOUT ALL THE TIME!

What I like the most about working with Patrick Buchanan from State Farm would be the staff. They are personable and professional. Living in a small town, there is a lot of word of mouth and I have never heard anything bad about them. They are very good.

We unfortunately had some damage to a brand new car. Leslie at State Farm was amazingly responsive, coordinated with the local body shop and got us our checks for repair in just a few days. Highly recommend.

Had a storm destroy the awning on the motorhome and one call to them and they had a check ready for me to pick up and pay for the new replacement awning. The fastest claim transaction I have ever seen. Thanks
