I was on a spring break trip with my daughter. I kept hearing a weird squeaking noise coming from my front driver's side brake area. I live on a muddy road so I went twice to a car wash and sprayed the tires thinking I had mud in my brakes. The sound went away both times. Well coming down the pass into Wallace it got worse. Silver Valley guys were the only ones who would make time to take a look. They squeezed me in and it was a pebble stick in my driver's brake. Took 10 minutes and they sent us on our way- no charge. Thank you so much for making the time SVTC.Blessings

Have always taken care of me with tires. Great , friendly service! Only reason I didn't give a final star is due to $50 in extra charges that weren't clarified during the time of appointment regarding an oil change. Better communication needed for those type services. We'll keep going there because overall it's a great place and a good local business.

These folks are the best. They made time for my car when my family was stranded on a weekend and needed our alternator replaced. They were kind and didn't overcharge us. They were honest, helpful, and caring. If I lived in the area, I'd go to them for everything.

This place is amazing! I lost my faith in automotive services a long time ago, but Jeremy has restored it! These guys mean what they say when they give you a quote for work and won't upsell every other little thing they find wrong. They'll tell you about it of course, but then tell you how much longer before you'll realistically have to actually fix it. They recognize that not everyone is made of money. They are caring and honest and will have my business for life. I highly recommend them no matter what you drive!

Absolutely amazing service, we were broke down in a bad spot and they got us a rim and tire just as quick as we ran our card!! Super fast and helpful, we are customers for life!!! Thanks again silver valley yall rock!!

Had my catalytic converters stolen while traveling from out of state. These guys took such good care of us, getting it fixed quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend!!!

I called them at very short notice for snow tires and they managed to get me in and out no problem. The service was friendly, courteous, honest, and helpful even despite me being that customer who kept them back late on a Friday. These guys are the best.Edited to add (I was going to leave them a second five star review, but Google only allows me to leave one): The experience was so good the first time around I took my wife's car in for snow tires. Once again they demonstrated exceptional service. I'd brought in my own wheels and tires for them to fit, but the wheels were scraping the calipers. A few of the lads in the shop put their heads together and managed to find a solution that didn't cost me any extra money. I can't recommend SVT highly enough. I'll be back!

Went in yesterday to get an alignment done on my vehicle. Was called 15 minutes after my appointment and told that I would have to pretty much replace the entire front end of my car. They said that they couldn't do the alignment until the parts were replaced. $1500 worth of parts and labor. Went to pick it up and was treated very ungracious by one employee and was talked to by another one very polite. We got a print out of what parts that needed to be replaced and left. My father in law and husband took everything apart and looked for the problems they stated needed to be fixed and they saw/heard NOTHING! So I went and got a second opinion from Les Schwab and to my surprise they couldn't find out ANYTHING wrong with my vehicle and we're able to do the alignment with no problem! I don't know if the mechanic that worked on my car needs more experience or if they were just fishing for more money, but after this I won't be using there business. They are usually the "cheapest" in town and very nice but this was horrible! I've heard some bad reviews about them doing stuff like this but never thought it to be true. Lesson learned!

Hot a great set of tires. Also had some mechanical work done on my pick up earlier this year. Very satisfied with all of it. Great people. I would very much recommend them.

After I crashed my car and had it towed here to be fixed I was told they would know what all was wrong until put on lift but they never did that never even moved the car and told me frame was bent. I then had someone else look at it and they said it wasn't and they would pick car up and fix it for me but silver valley tire would not give a day or 2 for tyy it to get picked up and called someone else to come tow it so now I lost the car

Great folks who treat customers with respect, and go out of their way to ensure you're well-informed on any issues or potential issues your vehicle may have without trying to pressure you into spending more.Moreover, they don't snivvel. I had gone to a competitor that declined to do some very necessary front-end work because it was close to the end of business on a Friday or Saturday and the job seemed like it was going to be a pain. SVT didn't hesitate because it was safety-related. They had the work completed in less than an hour at a minimal cost.

Quick and friendly service. Called and got an estimate over the phone, and they were very accurate. They had me in next day, and out very quickly. Considering it was Christmas Eve!

I was traveling to my son's wedding in Seattle the last week in October when I stopped for a bit to eat at McDonalds when the tire light came on in my Colorado. I asked where I could kit a tire patched as I saw it had a screw in the right rear. I was told to go a few blocks down to Silver Valley Tire and I did. They were friendly and quick , I was back on the road in a half hour. They don't get much better than the guys there.

Blew a tire on my motor home just outside of town. Rolled in and was greeted before I made it around the corner of my motorhome. Had me in and out within a hour and they were busy. Even bought a spare from them just to have in case of another flat.

Can't say enough about the quality and customer service at this tire store they really take an add the personal touch that makes you want to come back and buy your next set of tires and get something fixed its exceptional job and they stand behind their work five star in my opinion

I woke up to a flat tire. They came to where I was staying and aired up the tire. I drove to the shop and they repaired it for me. I was off to work in a short time. Very professional crew. I recommend them for all your tire needs.
