I was very stressed when I arrived, because of a long day and a popped tire. The whole team of guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made me feel more calm. The tire was protected under warranty, so they replaced it for free and helped me pick the best tires as I was buying the three other tires as well. Amazing experience

I went to les schwab for new tires and they sold me top of the line tires for a good price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of tires.

My experience was great the people were great but my son in law got the tires for me because I couldn't afford them but 136.95 to have them put on the car was a lot

Les Schwab Tires,,, ?OVER THE TOP ~ SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE ~ ROCK STARSof the Tire World !They fixed my flat for FREE !..TIRES WERE NOT NOT NOTLes SchwabTires !!!My tires were NOT Les Schwab,,But the next ones WILL BE !IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS ON PAYDAY !When a business model impresses the customer this much,,,?Check me if I'm lying.... !!Check them out, you're going to need some tires eventually......Check them out !If they didn't see their brand on my tires and bailed me out the way they did??Imagine what they'll do for you Coast to Coast if you got THIER,,tires on your car..What company does that who does that nobody I know of !!Les Schwab should be a Wall Street model. And I've been around a few decades I know what I'm saying

Wonderful people. They helped me, and I was able to just go back on the road. It's scary that a tire I had worked on in Post Falls was damaged and could have caused a blowout. These guys just replaced the tires. Thank you for taking care of us.

Such quick and friendly service!! I was tenting a uhaul to drive from SC to WA. Had about 5 hrs left to go and had a tire blowout. After 2-3 hours still no word from uhaul. So grateful we found the Les Schwab. Randy was so helpful in figuring out what we needed to do and only a 20 minute tire change vs the 2 hour wait for someone to finally come help us with Uhaul.

Husband got a flat on his work truck. Couldn't make it in until after work. Raced to Kellogg to see if they could fix it before they closed. Only open for 10 more minutes and they helped us. How awesome they are! Husband needed the truck for work the next day. Thanks to everyone at Les Schwab tires in Kellogg Idaho!

On a recent road trip from Spokane, WA to Great Falls, MT we experienced a flat tire near Kellogg. We barely made it to the Les Schwabin Kellogg before it wentcompletely flat. The guy was awesome. The tire could not be fixed. Found a spare to get us to Great Falls, no charge, and arranged the tires we needed for our car to be held and put on there. Kellogg was very busy and did not have our size tire in. He made a scary experience with hitting an object on the freeway to into a very good customer service experience. Les Schwab has our business from now on.

Had to get towed passing through town and they had my flat tire replaced quickly. They were knowledgeable about the issue I was having and it was cheaper than I was anticipating, which is always nice.

Very kind and helpful Jake he came and saved my day when my tire blew o on the freeway he was so quick barely made me wait at all he knows that I owe him allot of gratitude and today I think it's my turn to return a favor

Driving from Colorado to Seattle, tire has slow leak. Put air in, drive looking for a tire shop. Ask along the way. Finally get here 10 minutes before closing. They fixed our tire checked all of our others and sent us on our way. They were so gracious and generous. Never charged us a dime even after staying late to fix our tire. So polite and genuine nice people. Gives us hope for the world.

We could not be more grateful to these guys for coming to our rescue!! We found ourselves with a piece a metal in our tire, long enough to cause a pretty decent leak. They got us in a half hour before closing their shop, fixed our tire right up, and had us on our way. We would have faced some major trouble if it wasn t for them (we were just about to begin a very long drive for the evening through the mountains of Montana). You guys are the greatest, thank you from the bottoms of our hearts!!! Truly, Pete & Jennifer

Highly recommend, I drive from St Regis, MT to go to this Les Schwabs specifically. They are always nice and they never treat me different because I'm a woman. They get you in quick and will take the time to explain what's going on. I have never had an issue with them trying to over charge or pressure me into getting anything I don't need.

My boyfriend & I broke down in Kellogg on the way from Oregon to Montana. (Never did make it) The serpentine belt went out, got it fixed two days later, and headed out. On the way out, the tire pops and we are in an area about 30 miles from town, no service. Used phone in gas station to call & they had a service vehicle out there within the hour. Really nice crew of people, didn t even charge us for the putting on of the spare & driving that far. Definitely thankful for their help.

I ve worked in the automotive industry for several years now, and was very impressed with this Les Schwab. I had two tires blowout coming over the pass late at night and had my car towed here. The next morning I walked over to talk to them about getting new tires, and to my surprise they had noticed my car sitting out front and were already doing research into where they could source tires for my car. Within an hour they had sourced the tires (not an easy task with today s supply shortages and the specific tires I needed for my car). Two days later I was back on the road, they even checked my rim to make sure it would hold air for the remaining drive home. Excellent customer service all around, great pricing and incredibly helpful staff.

Every time I make an appointment online it says that there are days open and times open to do certain things and then I make the appointment and they tell me the person isn t in or that they have too many people to help that can t can t fit me in or that they don t have the part, you would think they would notify you so then you don t have to come In and waist your time for them to just be like come back another time, what is the point of making appointments If they don t follow through and atleast call you to tell you the situation, never informed until I walk in the building, not really cool AlI gotta say , but there service is really friendly and they do good work when they actually have my car.

Travelling from Wisconsin, concerned about a noise in the suspension. Staff at Lookout Mountain recommended this place. Even though they were busy, they got me in within 20 minutes. They raised the car, checked it out and stated there was nothing dangerous. They said inspections are free and would not accept payment. Fast, professional, clean, decent waiting area.

Had a flat tire on our way to the Hiawatha Trail in our Ram truck. Randy and the team repaired our tire quickly and went above and beyond. This location provides amazing service. We are very grateful to Randy. Would highly recommend this business.

I was in Kellogg after driving from Dallas, keeping an eye on a slow leak in a tire. Luckily I'd brought along an electric pump for my bikes and was able to keep on top of the leak but knew I'd need to get it fixed before returning to Texas. The technician got to me immediately, found the leak, patched it and, without charging me a dime, sent me on my way. Wow! I never dreamed I could get the issue addressed so quickly and easily. I wish I lived here - the town is fortunate to have such conscientious and helpful folks.

My son and I were on an extended road trip when we started experiencing severe shaking and clunking in the front end of my husband's truck. (My front passenger tire was about to fall off!) The closest service from our MT location was Kellogg's Les Schwab. We pushed through to find the most concerned, kind, and helpful group of people I have ever known. Not only did they immediately get us in on a Saturday late afternoon, but they made sure I was safe enough to drive to CDA for the parts that they didn't have in stock, and Randy was so kind to speak to my husband about the situation via my cell phone. Not only that, but after spending a great deal of time and work, (they switched out tires, fixed the broken bolt, and added nuts where needed) I wasn't charged one cent! They kindly sent me on my way to CDA for the rest of the fix so I could get home safely in WA state. To say that I recommend this fine business is an understatement. If you want superior service and honest work, go to Kellogg, ID Les Schwab! You won't regret your choice.

We love the Kellogg les schwab! They are always friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable! Randy, Jason, Jesse, and Stacy have been taking care of our tires for the past 4 yrs and it s their dedication to customers that keeps us coming back!

Excellent customer service! We had a tire blowout on our way home from a road trip. I called at 5:50pm, they closed at 6pm. Instead of waiting for me to put the donut on, they drove over with their truck and helped me out. They didn't have the tire I needed but they did everything they could to try and set me up to limp my way to the next town over. We were so grateful for their help!!

My husband and I had a split in our tire and needed our spare put on. The guys here were so accommodating and kind. They put our spare tire on free of charge very quickly so we could be on our way. After having a tire popped and replacing it with the donut, the Kellog Les Schwab stayed open after hours to replace my tire. They were so kinda and did a fantastic job! Great set of workers for sure!
