Jeff was amazing! He was very communicative about tires and service. They truly care about getting you the best service. My review in the past was a 1 star, Jeff changed my opinion so I felt the need to change my review and help others find this great service. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and restrooms.

VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!At first i thought thatdave smith had Awesome service when my dad bought a 2020 ram 3500 (UPDATE)I was very happy with this dealership until my dad had a couple little problems with his new $96,000 pickup then we were treated like they didn't even sell us the truck. Very rude and discourtious. They act like we are just being petty when the huge screen went out in the truck 4 days after buying it. I wouldn't go back here if they gave me a brand new pickup. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

My husband was looking to purchase a used truck we had gone to look at one that was the same price with more miles and was absolutely trashed but he still went for a test drive, while he was on the drive I got online and found one at Dave smith so I called and spoke with Brandan who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I asked a few questions and asked if they would take a certain amount and so he went to ask, he called me back and we agreed on a price so my husband and I made the hour and half drive and said yes we would take the truck. Brandan is a military veteran who has a family at home but stayed 2.5 hrs late until we were completely done to make sure we were all done and good to go even chatting with us while waiting for the next person to do paperwork with us. I would HIGHLY recommend contacting him if you're looking for a new vehicle and if we are looking ever again he will be our first call. Thank you Brandan for making our shopping experience so easy and friendly.

I can not say enough good words for Dave Smith Motors. They have been very easy to work with and their pricing is fantastic! I especially enjoyed the customer service we received from our salesperson Kyli. She answered every question we had and kept us updated on the progress of our truck. She was very responsive and answered all my emails and texts within minutes of sending them. She is very professional and has made this experience very pleasant and easy for us. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Third time buying a vehical at Dave smith in Kellogg. The salesman Gordon was great. Not pushy, willing to get us what we wanted to look at. Gave us time to talk about what we did or did not like about vehicals. Had a vehical brought down from Coeur d' Alene for us to test drive. The process as usual with purchasing a vehical takes time and we did not feel rushed and felt like we were communicated with well through the process. Always worth the drive when we are looking to buy a vehicle.

We just purchased a Ram 3500 new from the factory through Dave Smith's. We worked with CJ Cooper as our salesman and Mason Cleveland in finance. Both men went above and beyond to provide us with amazing service. They were a true joy to work with. We will definitely telling friends and coming back in the future.

Our sale's person CJ was AMAZING, seriously, AMAZING. Harley in the accessories department was super easy to work with also. Both sales person's communicated extremely well and kept us 100% up to date on the progress of our new Ram 2500 4x4 while everything got setup how "we wanted it."We have never experienced such ease in buying a new vehicle and will never buy from another dealership, EVER, it was that good!We made the trip to Kellogg, ID from the Olympia, WA area and it was well worth the effort. We flew into Spokane on Alaska airlines and stayed the night. Dave Smith Motors picked us up in downtown Spokane with their shuttle (no cost to us) and drove us to the dealership 1.5 hours away.Scottie in finance handled our pre-approved bank documents and also educated us on the various warranty options. He helped us to decide which package we needed based on our use and how the vehicle was set-up.Honestly, the most positive experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle.Thank You!

My experience with Colton from Dave smith motors reminds me that there are still people in this world that are not out for just them selfs! I own a car related business and happen to have many auto dealership accounts. My experience around the auto dealership scene is more than 3 decades. I could sense right off the bat that he wanted my business and was truly heart felt showing me the progress along the way of my purchase of my 2021 ram trx. His attention to detail trumped all others I had dealt with at that dealership that showed absolutely no interest in selling me a vehicle. I knew what I wanted and felt like I was just a number. But I kept trying and was placed in Colton s control! I can t say enough for his attention to detail and keeping me as a customer! Dave smith should see the champion they have working for them and how some should take a note pad and see that this salesman is special! I really do feel like I have made a life long friend from how he continued even after the sale communicating with me. Not to ask for anything from me just wanting to know that I was happy with my purchase! If I could give him a 10 star I would!!

I am really happy with my purchase from Dave smith, was one of the best experiences I ve had very easy people to work with and friendly. Huge thanks to Everett for helping me find an amazing pickup and the amazing hospitality to helping me every step of the way and checking in a few days after I had bought it to make sure I was still happy. Very thankful for Janet and ray for getting me the best rate on my loan and taking care of all the paperwork to where all I did was sign and done. Thank you guys for making this the best buying experience and I definitely will be coming back in the future

This was the best, easiest, fastest, hassle free vehicle I ever purchased. They made an offer on my old truck over the phone and after inspecting the truck they stuck by it. They had the paperwork ready so when I got there we went over the truck, went over the deal,signed it, and took delivery in 1 hour! They gave me 2k more than any local offer and sold me a truck without the annoying dealer markup. Reach out and ask for Caleb Clements if you want a new vehicle

I will NEVER buy a car from Dave Smith, after I saw how they treat people. My husband and I were traveling through and our oil light came on and so we stopped there (closest town) my husband went in and spoke to the gal working and she told us they have a tech in at 9:00 and if we pulled up, they would take a look. (we offered to pay or whatever was needed) and at 9, the door rolled up and they took another car in to be serviced (okay I get it, that person had an appointment) BUT she could have told us that or come out to tell us. So I checked in and she told me that they could get it in after that oil change (around 9:30) or suggested we check at the other service counter (which we did and that was a longer wait) so we went back to the first place (around the corner) I told her we decided to come back as their wait was shorter. She came over and asked us if we had a dipstick for reading the oil, which we told her yes...after that, they ghosted us, and proceeded to take other cars in and didn't even tell us anything! Needless to say we wasted 2.5 hours waiting and finally went to Osburn and found a nice guy to help us there! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS TELL US THEY COULDN"T HELP US....instead of string us along and then ghost us! We are actually in the market for a new vehicle and we will not be buying one with a service counter that treats people this way!

We bought a used dodge Durango r/t at the end of September and canceled our gap when we traded our Jeep in. It s been over 3 months and still haven t got it back from them. We called numerous times leaving messages and some they back with excuses and say they would call us back and never do. I would never go back to buy a vehicle here

I found this 2016 RAM 2500 online. Unfortunately, Dave Smith is located on the other side of the country (2500 miles away), But because of the unique configuration of the truck, I decided to contact the dealer. Andrew Palmer, who answered the phone and assisted me throughout the buying process, started with providing all information, pictures, and documentation (before flying over), then picking me up at the airport, arranging a test drive, and finally getting everything ready to finalize purchasing a truck on the same day of my arrival. Andrew Palmer and Christian Cranney, who completed the buying process (Christian made the whole process even more effortless), are two professionals who will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I will not hesitate to repurchase it if it needs it.

AVOID the service department like the plague! After scheduling 4 vehicles for recalls and a few other service works, We trailered two vehicles and my wife and I each drove one 3 hours to Kellogg. Got a hotel room for two nights and got three of our four vehicles Checked In with Dave Smith. As of the second morning in Kellogg, neither of the first two vehicles had been touched and the appointments for the second two vehicles came and went without them even having time to pull them in. We literally wasted 2 days and got nothing accomplished. Don't bother scheduling anything with their service department because nothing will get done. (Literally absolutely nothing). Unfortunately, after always buying all of our vehicles here, we won't be continuing our business with them in the future.

Online experience is very good. Talked to KC, in sales. He is genuine & helpful. In today's market, it is often challenging when so many cars & trucks are in limited supply... Also many dealers are also charging an adjusted markup price of thousands of dollars... Dave Smith Motors takes a different approach... My Dad has purchased multiple trucks from DSM since in past years and now I may continue the trend knowing I am getting a fair price on a new truck, (2023) and my $ is supporting a fair dealership with honorable sales values.Plan your auto purchase ahead of time and place an order in buying new... Beware of the pitfalls of some dealerships and get the best deal and the right vehicle for your needs...

My salesman was incredible down to every detail. Darrell you were phenomenal and I will be back for another car because of him. Zach Mitchell made sure everything went smooth the day of and was very professional in every manner. Carlos made the financial side of everything quick and painless. Isaak was our salesman and he was fantastic! He stayed on top of our needs and found us the perfect truck! He was super responsive and knowledgeable. We appreciated him going above and beyond to get the right set up for our family and would be happy to work with him again on our next purchase. Carlos was also great to work with to finalize the paperwork and was very thorough and patient with us. It was also a pleasure to work with Mark in accessories to outfit our truck and Jeff in servicing was very helpful with our questions as first time diesel owners. Overall a very positive experience.
