We started going in 2017 after the rental we were in burned. We have never encountered anyone that was rude or unhelpful. We now live a distance away & are not always able to get to sales like 50% off. We were at the store before Christmas 2023, 50% sale starting at 5 pm. We could not come back nor wait several hours till sale started. We wanted to buy 2 pieces of furniture at the 50% that would have been a good price, (still have not been able to replace since fire). We offered to PAY & get them both. We were told NO. We had to come back. We were offered one piece at a discount, but not even at the 50% off. I do feel under the circumstances, it would have been advantageous to sell to us They would have made the money. We were told it was not fairto the people coming back at sale time. A sale is a sale is it not?That is the only time we encountered any problems.Venting done!

I have been shopping at Loving Hands for 11 years, not for nothing, you don't have to say hello or anything like that, but I feel unwelcomed every single time I walk into the store.

This place has so much stuff. If you like second hand / thrift stores this is the place.. If you need it they probably have it and the people working there are very friendly and helpful.. If your in the area it's worth stopping by and checking it out..

These people are so nice and so friendly. I went in looking for a hiking backpack for our kiddo so we could hike the lake while on vacation. While they didn t have exactly what I needed they did have a baby carrier. It was a $1.50 and I didn t have change for it and the minimum was $5 for a card. They were so generous that they gifted it to us. This place truly is all about family and needs. These people are amazing!Thank you so much for giving us this opportunity to hike the lake with our babes!

Always find a treasure at Loving Hands. Today I needed an indoor door handle. I hand several to choose from. Purchased one for a grand total including tax $1.27. I also made a large and varied donation and was assisted in unloading the car.

They help out the community, some times if you need some things and don't see it ask they just might have it storage and look if it's not supper swamped. A blessing for the hole uper clearwater,kooskia,Stites, kamiah and out lining areas.

I both shop, AND donate to Loving Hands. The staff there are fair, honest, and accommodating. I have shopped thrift stores for the past 41 years, and I have yet to find a better thrift store ANYWHERE. Trust these folks to work hard to collect and fairly distribute your generous donations. Thanks, @Loving Hands Thrift and , we appreciate all of you.

This is the best place hands down withing 75 square miles..so kind..insane prices..can't say enough good about them. Can't wait to go back

They are very kind and helpful there. They have a large variety of used things. Most anything you'd want, you can find there. They go out if their way to help folks. I love it there!

The name "Loving Hands" describes the volunteer workers. We liked the products & prices. Spent 2 hrs dhopping. We will come back.
