Ryan did an amazing job. We were traveling to Rexburg, ID when a wheel bearing started going out. He was able to squeeze us in and get us back on the road in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend him and his mechanics. Thanks again it was a bright spot on our trip.

Ryan is simply amazing. My wife and girls were traveling to Utah in over 100 degree weather, pulling 2 horses in our trailer, when the fuel system on our diesel truck came apart near Jerome, Idaho. Ryan was immediately recommended to me when I called some folks who live in that part of Idaho -- and I now know why.Once the truck got towed to Ryan's shop, he immediately dropped everything he had going on, drove to Twin Falls to get the parts, and repaired the truck in a matter of hours -- which ended up being a bigger job than we all hoped for. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very reasonable - especially for an emergency repair. We highly recommend Ryan and his shop! I just wish he was closer to where I live - if he was, we'd take our trucks to him all the time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My husband and I were 10 hours into our roadtrip and we noticed our car started to shake at 80mph on the highway. We couldn't figure out what was going on with the car so we took our Toyota sienna to the nearest auto shop. Ryan and his crew were very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. After a quick but thorough assessment they determined our tire was split and was about to explode! Luckily we stopped at Ryan's Repair in time before that happened. An hour later and we are back on the road. Thank you so much!

We were driving from Utah to Boise and stopped in Jerome for lunch and our car broke down. They came and looked at it for us and then towed it into the shop. Because it was over the 4th of July weekend it took a little longer than expected but they were awesome at communicating with us the entire time and even got us a lower price than quoted for our fuel pump because it took longer. They were truly honest and genuine with us! They went above and beyond and we highly recommended their services!

Ryan was very helpful, polite and friendly. My car broke down just around Jerome on my way from Boise to Utah - a faulty alternator that lead to a dress battery and a quickly deteriorating drive with dash lights and controls not working. It was an emergency and Ryan's Repair Shop saved the day. Ryan drone up to me and jump-started my car. The part for my car was not available in Jerome, so Ryan was kind enough to have the part picked up and driven back to Jerome from Twin Falls, Idaho. He and another mechanic spent about 3 hours working on my car to get it running and get me on my way as fast as possible. I was very pleased with the job they did and the reasonable price they charged me - I didn't feel ripped off at all because they didn't take advantage of my desperate situation (as I was apprehensive might happen before I got their help). l'd recommend them without reservation.

Jamie is the best. He worked on our truck and saved us a bunch of money. We broke down at 5:00 didn't matter to him he worked extra hard and made sure that we could get on the road. It is nice to see a business with integrity.

3/21/19 Wife and dogs driving northwest of Twin Falls, Idaho in our 2016 Subaru Crosstrek (hybrid) when what sounded like a large rock hit the undercarriage, but there was nothing in the road (ahead or behind) that we hit. No dash lights came on, and there appeared to be a fine mist or smoke we could see in rear view. Fortunately we happened to be at a freeway exit for Jerome, and I immediately pulled off to a Shell station, where after killing the engine I witnessed all the oil draining onto the ground, until there was none left to drain . The drain plug fell out onto the highway as we cruised along!!!! Guy at local AutoZone told me about Ryan's Repair just across the road. Ryan shook my hand and agreed to check out what sounded like an impossibility: that someone at our Seattle Subaru dealership (Walkers Renton) did not put the drain plug back in properly after our one and only oil change since purchasing the car last year. Long story short, Ryan himself and his team of car professionals got us a new plug from the Jerome Subaru, put in a few quarts of new oil, and we were back on the road in less than 2 hours .What could have been a major disaster for us so far from home (Seattle) turned out to be no big deal thanks to Ryan and Eric and the fellas at Ryan's Repair . We are most grateful, and the whole thing cost us $93. Thank you, Ryan's Repair for doing good and fair work on some random travellers' car .Sincerely,Tim and Amanda O'Brien

Had a problem with my wheel bearings and was quoted by Les Schwab nearly 900$ for just one side and other problems. I took it to Ryan's where they replaced both sides as well as fixed the other issues and ended up still saving me 200$! Also I should mention if you take your vehicle to be realigned they'll charge you 30$ when Les Schwab and Tri State tire will charge 90$.

Im only giving them 2 stars because out of the handful of places i called they were the only place that would come pick my car up. Told me its $75 to haul it from twin to Jerome, truthful there but he was over an hour later than he said he would be to get it. Told me itd be between $40-$60 to look at it but it WOULD NOT be more than the $60, lie. Charged me $80 to look at it. Didn't notice until i had already paid and left. Offered to tow it to my house (in Jerome) for $40 to "help me out". K cool. I paid for that close to noon. They closed up and never bothered to bring my car to me and when they did the next day they didnt bother to put it back together, left it torn apart. They quoted me $600 to fix a blown spark plug and replace the oil gasket thing that was leaking. I told them I couldnt afford that and they seemed pretty offended about it. Not my problem. The repair kit, parts and all the stuff for an oil change was under $200 to fix it myself. (my dad who lives 3 ours away fixed it.) thanks but no.

I had a terrible experience at Ryan's repair, I was charged more than double than I was quoted for my truck repair. They over charged me on many hours of labor. I do not recommend Ryan's repair to any body.

we brought our own parts and he charged us almost twice what the actual labor took. Said they bill what the computer says the work will take, not how long the work actually takes.

Excellent repair shop. The staff was very helpful and finished the job quickly. Quicker than the chain repair shops. Good prices, quality, and great staff, everything you'd want in a repair shop anywhere
