This place didn't meet my expectations for a parts store. The selection of parts they had was mediocre, and when I asked them for a specific part, they didn't seem to have their parts organized in a way that made it easy to locate what we were looking for. On top of that, the employee that we were working with wasn't knowledgeable at all, and rather than answering questions we had, he just chuckled awkwardly. People come to physical parts stores for advice and to have their questions answered, if we just wanted parts at a good price, we would shop online for them.

I stood there for a good 5 minuets after walking around the store for 5 minutes and no one said anything to me. I realize a customer before me was being helped, and I am a patient person, but when there is not so much as an acknowledgement of my existence there's a problem. Not one hello or be with you in a moment, just silence. I don't know why they ignored me, maybe cause I'm a woman, or maybe becuase i had my 4 year old son with me, but either way I'm never going back. All I had wanted was an oil filter for my 2016 Honda Fit, but since they wouldn't even talk to me, a customer with cash, I don't see how anyone buys anything at that store.

No Napa it's a good store but their employees got to mind their business and do the job uncomfortable situations sometimes when you walk in there and people just look at you and God get you

People think they're better than everybody else when you walk in so I return an item without a receipt do you never get your money they put it out for two or three weeks The Faded no good
