I took my truck into these guys for a spark plug that blew out of the head. They said it could be anywhere from $400-$1000 depending on what happened. So I said ok. They got my truck in the shop within two days. And had it done that same day. What s better? It only cost $300. I highly recommend this shop for any and all needs. Thanks guys.

Master AutoTech always does great! They are knowledgeable and have very good customer service. I very much appreciate how they work with me and keep me informed on what the problem is and answer all of my questions right away. Also I was very happy that they were able to keep to the time frame that they gave me and have my car done ASAP. Also they helped me with something else not related because I had mentioned it was not working, my automatic key. They checked the battery for me and even though that wasn't the problem they gave me really good information on where I could get a new one for a good price. Lastly, also very helpful and understanding for me was when I had gotten the quote for how much money I was to pay for my bill, it was over that by a little bit when I went to pay it, I only had gotten the amount I was first told out and they worked with me to take care of it right away. Definitely recommend and will continue to got to them for my car needs!

I had a great experience and will be using their services again in the future. Everyone was really kind and they communicated with me every step of the way. Their financing options are also more accessible than other shops in the area. 10/10

5 stars all day. Cole was such a a lifesaver. Him and the other gentleman stayed an hour past close to help me get my windshield wipers fixed. Even though they were so busy he seen I was distraught and took me right in. Super friendly, super professional and all around cool dudes. Brody is a blessed man to have such an amazing crew. Thanks again guys my wipers work better than ever.

Kind and up front. Let me know what they found . Suggested services but didn't try to push me to complete any work . Verified what I wanted completed and received my car back as quickly as possible. They displayed all the characteristics of a trustworthy shop and I will be bringing my car again.

I will always come back to this auto shop.I came to the auto shop with exhaust issues. This shop was able to snuff out real issues with the car and give me a reliable diagnosis. Service manager Brody too care of me, did not try to overcharge him he told me my problems with my car and gave me my options for repairs, thank you for your honesty!Austin my mechanic was awesome! They told my sister that they would have her car done by 3-4 yesterday then proceeded to tell her it wouldn't be done until today and she had to miss work. They also didn't pay attention to the parts she had told them she bought and quoted her for less and acted like she never told them about the whole kit and tried getting off on installing not even half of it. Then the owner had the gall to break one of her lug studs and wanna charge her another $200 to fix his mistake. Do not come here they don't pay attention or wanna fix what they break. They bring a bad name to Master Auto Tech.

Starter went out on our trip and fortunately Master AutoTech had an opening. The team diagnosed, got the part in, and got us back on the road in an hour. Friendly team.

I love these guys. They do what they say when they say. On my last visit they had to repair another shops work. This made my issue odd to say the least. They put my old truck back to normal in the timeframe they quoted.The mechanic who worked on the truck explained everything he did in a way that I could understand.Service: Electrical repair

Cole and Daniel we're terrific helping us out. We couldn't remove tow mode from our Jeep. The local dealership wouldn't even look at the issue until mid September. They ran diagnostics on the Jeep even though they were swamped with other vehicles to determine it was a battery issue. They had a replacement battery ordered and installed within an hour. Now we can continue our vacation to Yellowstone and up to see our grandkids in Kalispell. Thanks so much for going that extra mile.

These guys did an amazing job on my WRX . Completely redid my heads and many other parts on my car . Always kept me updated on what was going on , always were super nice on the phone . All around amazing people and great mechanics all around . Definitely would recommend them to anyone with a Subaru or any other vehicle , great guys , great shop and great mechanics .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

They were pleasant, reasonably priced and very informative. I was on a tight schedule and they were able to get the work done on my RAM truck by the next day. I do feel that they were honest and I can trust them. I will definitely be going back.

With the cost of living getting so high, usually car repairs are pushed to the bottom of the list. Finding a auto repair shop you can trust can make a person put repairs off even longer. I've had these guys work on my trucks a number of times with quality work. They always call if they encounter any problems above the quote they have given me. This is a shop I can trust and will always take my vehicles here to have them do repairs.

I can't say enough about this shop. They're amazing. I had them do a bunch of work on my '97 cummins. Their workmanship is top notch. They even fabricated a part for my truck that Dodge doesn't make anymore. Couldn't be happier. Had an appointment 8AM on Tuesday, Thursday afternoon they finally looked at it. Rear total brake job and inside door handle broke. $1,279 I expected to pay no more than $350 for the brake job and no more than $75 to fix the door handle. I appreciate their timely service, making appointments that save them and myself time. They provide repair cost estimates based on prior service records, which are extremely helpful. They are an honest and friendly staff that has helped me many times. I live in TF, but routinely trust Paul's and make the trip to Jerome to use them.
