Quality job for oil change and tire rotation. But oil change was a little overpriced in my opinion but just as much my fault for just having them do it without asking how much it would cost. Otherwise always great people here.

My tire blew out on the freeway on my way to an event in Boise. I called Les Schwab and they offered the very best roadside assistance! Josh from Les Schwab worked on my car from start to finish, ensuring that I could still make my Boise event. I recommend this location to EVERYONE. Great customer service, fairly priced, wonderful staff!!

Been a couple years ago or so, we were traveling with our Fifth wheel returning to Colorado after visiting my mom in Washington. We stopped at a rest area to let the dogs out and I noticed the trailer sagging really low, we had broken a spring hanger. the next morning we stopped at Les Schwab and they sent the hanger piece to a fab shop and had us back on the road in nothing flat. The very next year we were making the same trip and blew a tire about 40 min west of the store and 30 min before they were going to close. I called and the manager kept the doors open till we got there and sold me 4 14 ply steel radial tires which are still on that trailer today. thank you Les Schwab for being there and waiting for us. Sorry it took me years to post this. P.S. Wish Les schwab would expand to Arizona.

I believe that Les Schwab is one of the most friendliest personnel caring people that they could ever be even if you're unable to make your monthly payment they stepped up and helped me with the warranty of my tires and for that there's no words they are the best you know they've become a large company they're still a very personal company

I have worked with Les Schwab for decades and they have definitely earned my business! I get all my tires, brake work, alignments, oil changes, etc. from them. I live in Denver and had a blow out on a set of tires I purchased from them, which still had mileage left to be driven. Jason and his team went the extra mile to help us out, and worked late to get the needed front end work and a new set of tires done, so we could have a safe trip back to Denver! Great job team, A+.

We had a blow out on our travel trailer. We managed to get the spare tire on ,on the side of the highway during rush hour. We made it to this Les Schwab down the road with 20 minutes to close and they aired up, balanced the spare and replaced and balanced the adjacent tire as well to get us back on the road. Thanks Les Schwab!

I had a tire that was punctured through the bead and needed replaced. I had to work late and got there 5 minutes before closing with my opening statement to them being "I know you're closing" without hesitation an employee immediately said "I can do it" he got me priced out and replaced my tire in less than 10 minutes. Hands down best experience I've had at any place of business in this area. I sincerely appreciate the efficiency and kindness I was shown!

We blew a tire coming back from Oregon and this Les Schwab team got us in right away and took care of our needs. It was the end of a Saturday and we never felt like we were inconveniencing them. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Never had a bad experience at Les Schwab. I buy all my tires here because they rotate and fix for free. The customer service and no hassle is worth it. Keep up the good work!!

I went in to get a battery. My sister was getting it for me for Christmas. Before they put a new battery in, they tested mine and found that it was still good. Now they could have just put a new one in and charged my sister for it but they didn't. As someone who is on a fixed income I appreciate good customer service like that.

They done the brakes on our car and I am pleased with the work. Quick and efficient. A little pricey but the warranty is worth it.

Amazing customer service! I took my car in for new tires, they quoted me on the brakes because those were getting low, and did an alignment job for me. Couple days later my struts were needing replaced, so I had to replace those which required another alignment job. I went back to Les Schwab to see if they could help me out (it would suck to pay for two alignment jobs in less than a week), and they did a complimentary alignment for me! They didn't have to do that, it wasn't their fault, but they took care of it anyways. Definitely will keep coming back!! Thank you!

Best location, hands down! They helped me when my car died in their parking lot even though timing belts aren't normally a service they provide. I needed a new tire quickly so I could get to work and they were very accommodating and helpful. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for car care.

Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I called at the last minute before closing to get a front-end alignment and they got me right in and Brian did a great job in under and hour. I wasn't going to get the back end aligned but he checked and it was out of alignment. He put the back tires in alignment for free because I am a disabled US veteran. I appreciated that Jake took extra time with me to show me wheels and tires that I was interested in and give me excellent information on their durability and warranty. The store was clean and comfortable to wait in and look around.

Needed trailer tires and brake parts after one blew and ripped the fender off. They had everything we needed, time to squeeze us in, and absolutely reasonable prices. Were done within an hour. Had the feeling they are only looking out for our best, not trying to make business with us feels like family!

I have to rate you all again. I had to call in to bring my vehicle back just because I some how keep getting nails. I am so super excited I found a great tire store since I have a home here as well as in TN..With all the travel I do I try to get certain places that are needed set up in both places. Y'all are just as good as my Les Schwab I use in Nashville. Keep up the great work guys and gals. Highly recommended over the Twin store for sure...

Quality service on warranty work and staff is friendly. One thing I didn't care for was that I needed my brake pads replaced because I didn't have the key for my lugs and they wanted to charge me for new calipers when nothing was wrong with current ones. Was over 800.00.

Our camper had a flat tire. The others worse than we knew and it was obviously going to become a problem. The team at les shwaab had tires on an we were on our way. Thanks guys! Our travels should be much safer now, and enjoyable too!

Went in to get air in my tires. Josh was very friendly and checked my tires. One was very low and suggested I should let him check it out. Small screw. Fixed in 15 minutes, no charge. He thanked me for coming in

There are no words to describe my thanks to the employees of Les Schwab. My car got a flat tire on the freeway and I called Les Schwab. Being 8 months pregnant, there was no way I could do it by myself. I called the office and started sobbing because of emotions. The lady at the front desk assured me we would get it figure out and sent me to a nice man who assured me he d be right there. Two gentleman came out and had my spare on within minutes. I then went to buy a full new set of tires as mine were so bald. The employees helped me through this and, at the end, comped the roadside assistance. Les Schwab, no matter the location, never ceases to amaze me with their ma and pa type service/kindness. Thank you so much for always being reliable.

We were passing through for Thanksgiving holiday and picked up a nail in the tire. Lea Schwab fixed it up for free. They did thorough and quality work all in under 15 min. We were able to get back on the road quickly without any inconvenience. Their customer service was spectacular. Thanks for helping us out, Les Schwab!!

My wife and I got a flat on the way to the Sawtooths from Utah. Threw the donut on and limped back into this Les Schwab just after closing. These guys were incredibly fast, had the tires we needed, stayed late after closing, rotated our tires, and we were back on the road in under 15 minutes! Thankful for these folks, they really saved the day, and the whole weekend!

We were on our way home from a visit with our kids. Had a blowout and did not have the right sized wrench, also the sun was sinking. It was 5 minutes till Schwab closed. We called and a nice young man was there in 10 minutes. It was not safe to drive a couple hours so we followed him back to the shop. Within 30 minutes we were on our way home with a new set of tires! We were very appreciative.

Everyone is friendly and they do tgeir VERY best to make sure their customers are happy. I did however get 6 new tires for my dually but the front drivers side lugs were too loose. They were not torqued down like they were in a hurry and missed tightening them. That could have been detrimental.

High price had to take it back 2 times after they replaced all rear brake components before they figured out that my emergency brake cable was seized. They did offer to do the labor to replace the cable if I bought the parts. To little to late.....
