I just spent about five grand replacing things on my '04 Chevy Malibu to buy more time before the vehicle isn't drivable, but the check engine light appeared on my way to Jerome from Washington after passing Boise. It was the oxygen sensors. There was also a code to repair the sensor or something in the gas tank, but I'm so used to the gas gauge not working that I wasn't going to worry about it. The light went out after replacing the oxygen sensors, and they did it in one day. They did impressive work, and I will return.It's best to just go there to speak with them about repairs instead of calling, mainly because their voicemail is full, and they have difficulties answering the phone. Having only three workers makes it difficult to answer phones.Edit: I forgot something! There wasn't any surcharges!

They installed our shocks and struts. They were quick and professional and gave us a great price and were friendly. Its a good family business to support here in Jerome. These guys are top notch!My wife and I were passing through on our way to Seattle and experienced some minor engine issues. They assisted us immediately, and gave us complete peace of mind before hitting the road again. I basically had to force the guy who helped us to take our tip. Truly genuine and friendly people.If their shop was in Seattle, I wouldn t even consider going anywhere else. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

The Jimenez family auto repair is by far the best I've ever dealt with.They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and strive to have your repairs or maintenance completed as quickly as possible.Their pricing is very reasonable and well worth it.

I can't thank Jimenez Auto enough! Jimenez Auto was totally affordable, professional, and welcoming. They even saved me from an extremely expensive brake quote ($1200) from their competitors. The only thing wrong with my brakes, was a pebble got in between the pad and the router. I'll definitely be going back if my car has any other issues. Thank y'all so much!

A wonderful gem out here in Jerome. My family and I were driving through when the engine of our van started smoking. We made a quick stop and they were happy to check everything out and make sure we could continue on our journey as soon as possible. Very friendly and honest hard working people.

We were on a 3000 mile vacation and on the way home. Fuel pump went out at the gas station after filling tank. Anthony and his dad came to us, got the car running enough to get to the shop, replaced the fuel pump and brought the car to our motel. All this was late in the day and they worked after hours to get us going. Can't say enough about the excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating, rates very reasonable . Would highly recommend this business.

I called them Monday but the voice mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I still have not received a call back from them, it has been two days.. thankfully I had someone come through to help with my issue. I hope it's because they are busy, but then again any busy business owner would get back to someone if they truly wanted to be a good business person or want that persons business. Even if they don't have time and gave them a referral would have been nice...

I'm a soldier stationed in Texas. My fiance was driving my car down to me when she broke down in Idaho. Anthony was very helpful in getting the car fixed and offering helpful advice in a timely manner. Service was Truly above expectations. 5 stars. Thank you

My daughter's car broke down on the freeway. They allowed us to put it there until I could come from nampa and tow it home. The guys there jumped to help me load it on towdolly. They are amazing.

Very good and helpful mechanics! they were able to check what was wrong with the temperature of my Toyota Tundra. they also did a scan for any other issues to insure that all everything was okay. everything was quick and efficient!Mec�nicos son muy buenos y rapidos!
