Had a horrible experience here! The date is 11-17-23 I stopped in to have my left steer tire tourqed after having my valve stem replaced in Ogden UT at the boss shop the young lady in the office takes my info tells me both her techs are gone on road calls all fine and dandy I waited and when the tech finally got back he comes out and tells me to get out and remove my wheel cover! I go to hand him the tool to take the plastic lug cover off and he tells me if he does it that i will be billed and it s a minimum 1/2 hour labor I looked at the guy said seriously he then says what too lazy to get out and remove them!? I said no but that s part of your job when tightening lug nuts or removing a tire is to have to deal with lug covers or caps! My handicap placard doesn t hang in my windshield for nothing. The tech clearly seen it and still made his comment places like this need shut down no respect.

Called in for a Road Service, tech showed up and diagnosed without even looking at the truck and by calling his supervisor and asking him what the problem could be. I then asked him to at least check the batteries/ alternator - and he did not have any tools to do so. Don't waste your money and time and call another company that has knowlegble techs that can diagnose properly. I ended up paying $500 for absolutely nothing, ended up having to call another company to come out. Its not fair that these companies take advantage of truckers that need help

Just wanted to say thanks to the Boss Truck Shop for all the help getting my trailer tire replaced and for looking out for us drivers as one of the steer tires we re uneven and pointed it out and called my company's shop to have it replaced. You don t find too many shops look out for us drives sometimes because they get soo Busy.Thankful for the Boss Truck Shop for getting me back on the road safely as it s the weekend before the 4th of July stay safe out there and be careful driving.Service: Tires

Very knowledgeable staff. Everyone was positive and pleasant.Work was done quick. Even sqeezed mee in early. Absolutely the best truck service in my 3 years of trucking.

I had a horrible experience here. I called and got a price on a sat or Sunday. Showed up on Sunday. The 1.5 to 2.5 hrs i was quoted on a job on the phone was moved up to 3hrs. I said okay keys just get it done. The 3 hrs that was quoted to me when I got there was quoted bu the tec/assistant manager. Once completed he walks outside and told me he was charging me 8 hrs. The job was rated for 10. I said that's not what I was told over the phone or by you once i got her. Spoke to the manager because the guy took my keys out of my truck and said he was going to keep it locked up until the bill was paid. Manager was nice about it but still told me I was being unfair for not paying the extra money. I told him I ran auto shops before and rookies take longer than master techs. When a job says 5hrs and your guys knock it out in 2 or 3 you still charge 5 right? The ASSISTANT manager said he was going to pull the water pump off that he just installed and push the truck out of the shop..I said do what you have to do but I'm not about to be muscled by you guys. Finally that booked me for i think 4.5 hrs and I got out of there. I'll never go back to this location again.

We needed to replace our truck driver axle tires here the lady at the front desk said that it s ganna take two hours but it took like 4 hours they are really slow and don t have a good customer service.

I did hub oil, seal replacement in the drive axle and a Break replacement for both tires the crew they re really really nice and a professional Heidi as a desk lady she s really nice and accurate Jeremy and Kenneth as a Mechanic team professional they the job very good and honest and the manager Mike he s really good he will actually make sure they re doing the job very good too. Them price was the best price in the area . thank you guys . Brothers Nation transportation

If I could give this place 100 stars I WOULD. Just on the basis of INTEGRITY. The entire team is awesome. Mr. Jerry was AMAZING...had I went to another shop I can assure you that I would have been taken advantage of in the worst way. I strongly recommend this shop THANK YOU BOSS SHOP I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH!!!

Very easy to get to, shares a lot with FJ. Had to replace a drive tire. Didn't take more than 1.5 hrs. Very nice employees. They also replaced a trailer light, which I appreciated.

Excellent! Mark is a former driver and understands the often difficult dynamics of orchestrating repairs with small and large fleets. His team is top notch. Heidi is level headed and has incredible patience. She was kind and always professional with excellent communication skills. Jerry clearly cares about his work and the safety of our equipment. Jerry went above and beyond to resolve my issues. They all took care of me even when I showed frustration with the situation. Five stars for each and every one of you! Thank you!

Everyone there is super awesome and their main mechanic Jerry that also trains new mechanics and the boss and the wonderful sweet ladies that check us out are soo nice and the boss is awesome too! Went in today 8/22/2021 thinking my DEF hose had come loose, nope some part had broken. Figured I'd be there all day, NOPE! Spent about an hour and a half waiting because they were busy, but they had me in and out the shop withing 30 minutes. They were professional, courteous, and quick. Wish more shops realized how valuable our time is like these the guys.I will return if in the area and need work done.

My company called ahead, they had the work order ready and a tech waiting, got right in and repaired in less than 30 minutes, yes it was a simple hub seal on a Volvo. Didn t have the Volvo parts but changed out with other compatible ones. Overall good customer service and experience

Waited 5 hrs, was told when we checked in that we were after the one in the bay. Check at 9 was told would be 2 or 3 hrs more check again at 930pm told there was still one guy that needs an oil change and a new battery. That we were not told about if he would have said there is on more truck after the one in the bay we would have understood. Now have to find some where to fix a tire at 10pm

Stopped by to do an alignment and balancing! Alignment had to be redone somewhere else cuz it was worse then before! Balancing same story they put on centramatics that are suppose to be on medium duty trucks that did nothing! Had to buy the right ones somewhere else! 600$ down the drain, just don't come here!

I called ahead yesterday to see what time they close. I was told they closed at 11pm. I advise the lady who answered the phone I wouldn t be there until 9pm and I was advised as long as I was there before 10pm they could change the oil on my truck. When I arrived at 9pm I was told by the lady in the office that they could not do the oil change on my truck until Saturday morning because they are first come first serve. When I advised her that there were no trucks in either bay being worked on she then advised me they sent one mechanic home and she didn t know where the other mechanic was. Needless to say the office closed before 11pm lights off and everything. Sign on the door states they are open from 7am-11pm.

I m not sure what people are complaining about. Did a good job fixing my DEF filter, DEF lines, and fuel doser in about 6 hours (including having to have parts delivered from the dealer). It takes DAYS at a dealer to get the very same work done. A few hours is extremely fast in the repair industry.

This boss shop was awesome the staff was perfect,. very friendly and funny they will take care of you.. they inspected my tires cause I had a flat found the outside tire was oversized, gave me a real good deal on 2 virgin tires,. I would definitely recommend coming here...thanks everyone, mechanics are precise...5 star

Asked for help putting air in our RV tires since we didn t have the tools and they were super low. Wouldn t help. Would think it s a decent human courtesy to help travels who need it. Drove to Freightliners across the street. Technician totally helps us out for free.

Amazing level of service!! Had to wait on my part to get there and they even apologized for my wait which is almost unheard of in this business!! First time ive ever been impressed with a shop very professional and nice people!! If im ever in the area and needed repairs again they will be the first people I go to!!

Was having a problem with the air suspension in a substitute truck and Chasity found the problem right away. While she was working she also noticed a potentially dangerous issue and got that fixed up too! Her attentiveness could have very well saved a life, either mine or someone elses. Not to mention the work was quick and effective! Everyome at the shop was very courteous and professional. Thanks!!!

Traveling through with our rv. Called and asked if they will help and put some air in my tires and since I'm on wheelchair I need help and have no problem pay for service and the totally denied to help me. And said NO..!! BBB will love to hear this complaint.

They were able to get me in immediately, took less than 30 minutes to change out my tire with my spare on my trailer, and were really friendly.

Bad place to change oil.Was charged for the fuel filter, they didn t change it.Didn t lvl properly my oil, so high lvl.I have a leak from my drain oil, mechanics didn t tied it right.So basically they stole my filter and was trying to hurry up, so I didn t see it.

My reasoning for the 1 star rating is the fact that they are no longer open on Saturday or Sunday. My thoughts on that are....Covid screwed up so many businesses it is not even funny, that's just the tip of the iceberg.
