Lost a rear wheel seal and water pump son in law & i replaced the water pump. Tyler grabbed w/pump from cat in Hayden Id and ran it out to me at Stanfield Flying J friday after noon. I let Bennett's truck repair know my status got into Jerome Idaho five or six in the morning owner son told me to be there at 8:00 a.m. fell asleep in front of shop door he woke me up. We pulled Truck in the shop woke me up when he was finished. The owners son came in and handled it on a Saturday!! Couldn't ask for better service!! Good honest people that will treat your emergency like it was there's & get you back on the road so you can keep on rolling!!

Semi trailer lights weren t working and they were able to get me in on a Saturday on a short notice. Technician was able to find issue in no time and price was reasonable at $150.00 an hour. Would use again for repairs!

Full mechanic shop in area. They are best in all small and big jobs.I use them twice and they help me real quick.Wade and his brother knows truckers time value very well.

Saved me again!! These guys are so incredibly helpful. They were willing to give advice over the phone on a Sunday from 800 miles away. This is twice they have saved our trips from Oregon to Utah in our Duramax hauling a 5th wheel. 100% best guys ever!!

Can t say enough great things about these guys! We are a drilling/ blasting company out of mccall heading to a job in Wyoming and had some semi trouble. Needless to say these guys jumped right on helping us and even in the freezing cold cut no corners and made sure we were 100% before we left! Thanks again the help was very much appreciated!

Beware: THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH, and the owner is a bully.The Mechanics at Bennett's seem very skilled and knowledgeable, and the price was affordable. The reason I am giving this a 1 star review is because of the poor customer service. The owner told us that our truck would be done at a certain time. When we went to pick it up, it had just been started. We went to ask why it was not done, and when it would be done, and the owner completely flew off the handle. He started yelling, swearing, and threatened to push our truck out of the garage. We left without knowing when it would be done, and had to walk 8 miles to get to a place to stay for the weekend. When the truck was done, we got a text saying that they would only accept cash. We had to beg a ride off someone to get to a bank. I have traveled across the United States for 20 years, and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I would highly recommend you take your business somewhere else.

Zack called me as his pizza that his wife ordered was on its way. He said he'd be there in about an hour and showed up pretty much on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my trailer lights, and also found the air lines were ruined, which he also fixed. Called almost 6 different shops to repair a/c clutch non of them had parts for it. When I called Bennetts's Truck they had parts and were able to take Truck right away. They did great job. Highly recommend that shop.

I Have been using bennet for over a year. Herman and his crew are top notch. In this industry it's hard to find a good reliable mechanic. They always take care of me. I pay whatever the bill is. I never ask for an estimate. I need it fixed they fix it I pay it. Thank you Herman Zack and Wade.

My boyfriend is an over the road truck driver we needed assistance and boy did this company deliver way more then mechanical work. The hospitality was so wholesome. Zack was great at what he did but also had great laughs it was such a great experience I don t even know how to put it in words but I 100% recommend every trucker to this shop!!!

Do Not go There !!!!!! tow your truck somewhere else, he will rip you off!!!! tow - clutch repair = 12k ! Also tried to replace our transmission , transmission is fine till this day , all repairs were done in May 2021 , took over 2 weeks to replace clutch !!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Required top reseal on new trailer. Factory defect. Trailer repair complete and well done very quickly. Owned and managed by a courteous group and very personable. I rarely, ever step out and make a recommendation, but in this case, not doing so would be neglectful. I highly recommend for a better than fair cost, believe this shop can handle all your needs.

Traveling in our coach from Oregon to Colorado and our alternator went out. Herman was so helpful and did everything he could to help us.It is a rare treat to meet good people and he is one. These guys are incredible. Was broke down on the side of the interstate and Zach came right out and got me going. Great service and affordable prices, will definitely be coming back.

We don t live in the area. We had our business truck in his yard and said he could have it done in a couple weeks. He kept saying it would be the next one in the garage. Absolutely terrible communication. After over a month with nothing being done we drove hours to just check on it and it hadn t even been moved in weeks. Finally he told us what he thought was wrong and ordered some parts for it. Another month later he told us that he changed it and still couldn t get it running. We ended up having to haul it to wear we live and get it fixed there. He charged us for parts that never got replaced. We had multiple mechanics confirm the work hadn t been done. Not impressed, would not do business with again and would not recommend anyone do business with him either.

DO NOT GO HERE!!WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!He took advantage of the driver not speaking full English and charged him almost 500 for a tire change. Yes, a simple tire change.

We were moving cross country earlier this year and had problems with our uhaul (belt/pulley issue). This place was recommended by uhaul and we could not have been happier with the experience! They were so helpful and friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. We ll always remember the great guys that helped us here.

This is the best truck repair shop that we ve been to by far. These guys know their stuff and the price is better than fair. I ve been to them 3 times and they have exceeded perfection every time. Oh and did I mention that their prices are amazing?

I couldn't be more impressed with this business. I was stranded in Jerome on a Sunday night and one of Bennett's mechanics happened by and diagnosed the problem. He couldn't fix it then but gave me his card and had me call the owner the next morning.I spoke to the owner and gave him opportunity to refer me elsewhere since this was a car and not a big truck, which is their specialty. He assured me that it was no problem. They towed my car to their shop and found where my mechanic had done a shoddy repair job. The owner let me know exactly what the problem was and some solutions. He ultimately fabricated a part for me so that I could get back to Boise.I will be forever grateful for the assistance offered. Not only was it knowledgeable but everyone was very kind and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

They were awesome. They really got knowledge and skill to get the job done. I got my peterbilt's sleeper cabs aux , lights and windshield water spray got done there.I went to many other truck stops where they told me to go to dealership. But these guys helped me. Great

My family has take their trucks to Bennett for over five years now and he is definitely the most knowledgeable guy in the area when working on our trucks. He s fast, efficient and we can always count on him and wade when we run into a problem with any of our trucks. It s a pleasure doing business for so long, definitely recommend this place for your truck or trailer repairs!

Don t give them your credit card before they start the repair. Get your quote in writing first. They will entrap you if you let them !! I had a verbal from owner & text. He still charged me more than he agreed too. Why because he had my credit charge. Very unprofessional.
