I was probably the 1st customer yesterday morning. I had gotten new wiper blades at the Burley location but stopped here because one wiper was giving me fits still. I'm ashamed to admit I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped (no coffee yet) but turned out the issue was a loose nut that was fixed within 5 minutes. Thanks to that I finished my trip to WA safely. Thanks so much!

there were only two people and one person spent more than 15 minutes on the phone and I had to wait there for about 20 minutes for them to attend to me, they should be more attentive with customers

I had problems with a battery I had bought a while ago from Autozone. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. I will be back.

I want this review to recognize David hoss and the rest of the team. They went above and beyond in Carring on helping and assisting me and my family in the middle of our 30 hour trip. I'll never forget how hoss helped and really cared about getting me safely back on the road. He is informative knolagable and extremely helpful and caring exalent customer service......

These guys were awesome!!! They helped me find the right bulb for my taillights and then put it in for me. I was super grateful and was already thinking they went above and beyond to help me and I went back in to pay and then he marked down the bulbs too! These guys made my night so much better!

I had a great experience at AutoZone today. All of the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Chan. He went out of his way to make sure we had the right part. He really helped us out in a big way.

We are on a big road trip, pulling a uhaul trailer behind our sprinter van and our check engine light went on at 9:00 pm. I went here in the morning as we stayed at the hotel across the street and these guys were awesome. They took the time to help me figure out the issue (thankful for computer technology) and we were on our way. What a wonderful surprise in Jerome Idaho!

I have nothing to say but good about the Auto Zone I went to in Twin. I had called earlier and they had the battery all set up and ready for me to pick up by the time I got there. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. I hit the 3 stars before by accident, it should have been 5 the whole time. I highly recommend them

I would recommend this place for any of your auto questions. The gentleman not only helped me get a new radiator hose one of them took the old one off and put the new one on and made sure it was on right and even made sure coolant was not only full but was going through the new hose. I will definitely continue going to Auto Zone in Jerome or even Twin Falls, not only were they professional but they also was friendly and helpful. Thank you guys once again for your help

We had come in to get a battery for our 2003 Avalanche. I have to say that Maxx went above and beyond our expectations. He went out of his way and went the extra mile to make sure we got back on the road safely! He won us over and created a customer for life! We will be shopping at Auto Zone from here on out!! Maxx Petersen, let me just tell you how wonderful you were today. I was trying to get my windshield wipers off he stops what he is doing and try to help me which I thought was beyond customer service. Because of this I m a customer for life and will not shop anywhere else. Employee like this are hard to find anymore. I m not a big fan of stealing employees for my business but I came close today. Your the man and thank your for your help. He also helped me install the blades after purchase.

These guys went above and beyond when my daughter got stranded. They went to her location and jump started her car to get her to the store. They worked with me from a distance and took great care of her. Thanks to them, she made it home safely. Thank you.

Prices are competitive. Having the store in Homedale is an extra bonus. If truckers, campers etc need to stop there are plenty of options for parking. The road loops around through town, a mile or less? Store z very clean. Knowledgeable assistants.

I needed a bulb for my headlight, Alex (Bogi) not only made sure I got the right bulb, but went above and beyond to explain my options! Don't even bother with other auto parts places, this is the best available! Thanks again for the help.

They are open early and late (10 pm). The guys at the counter are friendly and helpful. They usually have everything that I need, even for my foreign vehicle. I really like their rewards program as well.

They always have the parts I need for all my cars. The costs are generally better than other places. My only problem is that it gets confusing which lines are for the purchasing of products, and which ones are for professional help.
