Absolutely incredible experience. We arrived in Irwin late at night Friday. The last leg of our journey the brake light indicator lit up and the brakes became increasingly squishy. We were planning to spend the next 4 days in the mountains on forest service roads where good brakes are essential.It was already midnight when I began looking for any place that would be open on the weekend and I came across Rocky Mountain Off Road which stated open 24hours. I immediatley believed Google had bad information but desperate decided to call anyway. Lo and behold Adam answered the call and said he'd be on his way to us not making us come to the shop with a potentially unsafe to drive vehicle.Upon his arrival we were able to determine that the back left brake line had worn a hole from rubbing against sharp metal from the path a different shop had run the line.While it might not always be the case. Adam incredibly had the needed part on hand and was able to go back to the shop and return to repair the vehicle the same night.I cannot express how grateful I am and how incredible it was for this potential disaster to turn into a successful trip and stress free journey home.Thank you so much Adam.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes

Absolute life savers. I had a wheel bearing go out while on a road trip with my wife and 3 year old son, about 3.5 hrs from home. Called Adam Saturday evening and we were fixed and back on the road headed home by sunday morning. These guys were the only help around during the weekend and I am grateful they were there. Would have been stranded for a couple days or would have had to try and find a rental otherwise to get home.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

They saved our bacon! Rescued our car off the WY22 pass one evening after our son hit a guard rail. In the process was able to tell me exactly what was damaged. They were timely and communicated often.

These guys were life savers for me and my buddies after having trailer hub problems on arrival on a Saturday night and being in the small town of Swan Valley.I completely agree with the prior review - they fixed my trailer. Twice. They were friendly and went out of their way to make sure us out of towners we're not treated as such. And they were more than reasonable for what they did and when.if you have trailer problems in the Swan Valley area there is no one better.

After experiencing mechanical issues with our vehicle and traveling a long distance from home and being stressed out in the middle of nowhere. These guys are the cats meow. Not only did they actually show up, but they fixed our truck, had amazing hospitality, they were friendly, they went out of their way to make sure us out of towners we're not treated as such, and the best part was the whole deal didn't make me take out a second mortgage on my house. And They welcomed us to be involved in the whole process so we were not questioning what was going on the whole time.

I am really glad that they fixed the brakes on my truck. Couldn t be happier with the work they did. Highly recommend them for all work. Very skilled and knowledgeable.

Adam fixed our van, but he consistently showed up hours after his estimated time of arrival. The first day he said he was 60 minutes away, but he showed up 4 hours later.The second day he said it would take 3-4 hours to retrieve a part and come back. He took 10 hours.When I said I was disappointed with his tardiness (after hours of waiting with no updates from him), he got very defensive and threatened to not fix the van at all - essentially, leaving the van stranded.Because of this, I do NOT recommend Rocky Mountain Off Road.

I m local to Teton Valley. Mechanics in the valley are expensive and have a large window before they can even get you in. Adam is super nice and gets it done fast! He s done a few things on my old Chevy van such as a transmission rebuild. He also travels. He s come to a campsite when I was having issues with my starter.
