New owner took over 2022. Still very entitled believing the customer is their to provide them with a Job. They call them self rural which is a joke considering there is 4 gas stations with minute's of each other. Way over priced on everything and selling Walmart brand at double the price. The manager was rude and condescending with an entitled attitude so instead of providing customer service it was all about her claim of being rural so they can charge what they want and we are not allowed to criticize but instead be silent and expect price gauging. I have and will not use this gas station and happy to drive past it to go to another. Good to go or Maverik are literally min from this place. I will never use any "Hit The Road" gas stations.

No longer Iona food mart and it is the worst gas station in the area. Unfriendly staff usually female who are rude and lazy. High prices, terrible service, sells Winco and Walmart foods at a higher cost. There are other gas stations in the area but Walmart is the cheapest and friendliest, its only 5 minutes from Iona. If you want cigarettes go to Walmart or Walgreens they are almost $3 cheaper.

This is my little neighborhood store, I feel like they always have what i need, Its so helpful to have such a well stocked shop so close to home. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great experience! The manager there is amazing Heidi took the the time to help me pick out and find exactly what I needed.The store is super clean and organized and prices are good. The new owner has done a great job cleaning up the store and finding excellent employees.

Staff is super friendly and fun to talk to. I've been stopping at this station for drinks, bathroom & water for all my long bike rides going on two years now. Prices are obviously not Walmart but I think it's fair and am thankful for a great place to stop on my rides. Bathrooms have always been clean and tidy, even though they are small.

Best people on earth. Small business, ran by real people. They get busy.... ring a bell and wait if they are hung up. Say excuse me, maybe they didn't notice you right away, when they do...... you will be amazed. They are always there to make your day better. Short on change? No problem. Free tour and candy for your kids whenever they can! It's like visiting family.

Horrible service from the tall older guy that works there. I put money on a gas pump and when I went to use it the hose cometly soaked me in has because it was busted. Go inside to tell him and ask to put my money on a different pump and he charged me for the gas that I was wearing....might not matter to some people but I will never go in there again, and my family won't either. I would rather drive all the way into town to get good service then deal with him just because it's close.

Worst place to do business with!!!!!!! New owner is very dishonnest and only cares about themselves. Some have their kids there and they hover over you when you check out and stand around by all the Tabacco products behind the counter.

This place is amazing I love the customers Larisa is so sweet Ken he s the man and Christina is so sweet and nice I love coming in here just to have someone to chat with about time someone picks good employees Ken and Christina does amazing cleaning to the store every time I go In there when they are working it is always so clean

The owner is a stubborn self centered jerk. While looking through his books he left me sitting there for 5 minutes waiting to give him my money for a Gatorade. I will avoid this place at all costs. He will not receive another penny from me.

Great, friendly staff that you can get to know really quickly if you live in the area or are just stopping by for gas or snacks.

Prices are very good for being in small town Iona. Customer service could be a bit better, but it s a convenience store and overall it s very good.
