From the for phone call answered by Nevada, who suggested that she take a video of the vehicle we were interested in and then sent us an incredibly well done video, which along with her audio and thoughtful views of the car. This act alone made us want the vehicle. Then onto the salesman and the rest of the crew who took such good care of us with the test drive and the overall professionalism of the entire staff we bought the car. From start to finish we could not have had a better experience. We were comfortable with the price adjustments and service after the sale and absolutely enjoyed the whole process. We love the car and the extent the dealership went to to make us comfortable. The attention we received and detail that was shown to the car was terrific. I would recommend the experience to anyone.

I so enjoyed purchasing this beautiful SUV at Young Mazda of Idaho Falls. I was not looking forward to sales tactics that I have experienced in the past. However Isaac was well informed and friendly and he never pressured me. It was a awesome experience.Steven was also great to work on the price for us. They stayed open well after closing to make sure I knew the abilities of my car.They have been accessible and all in after the purchase of my vehicle which is unusual.I completely recommend this dealership as I couldn t be happier!

Had a great experience buying from Young Mazda. The customer service was top-notch. I put a deposit on a Miata, and when the invoice was a bit more than expected, Rich and Dustin sorted it out with me and we landed on a fair price. Rich even picked me up from the airport, making things super convenient. The staff is really friendly I'd definitely buy from them again.

I bought my Mazda CX-5 at Young Mazda and have loved my car and the customer service that I have had with these guys! I would recommend buying a car with them if you re in the market for a new or used vehicle ! Love love love mine!

We were only looking, but Sean was so helpful, informative, and easy to work with that we purchased. There was no pressure. He answered all our questions - which were many. Young Mazda was great to help with financing, too. Before we left, Sean made sure that we knew all the bells and whistles inside to make our driving a breeze. Sami Good was our salesman and was absolutely amazing. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone wanting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership!! He was so kind and considerate throughout the entire experience. He made sure we knew pros and cons and helped us make an educated decision about which vehicle would suit our families needs best. While waiting for financing he made the time pass quickly with friendly conversation and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. He also made us feel very confident in our decision by the time we left. He genuinely seemed to have our best interests in mind while setting us up with our new car! A very refreshing car salesman in my experience. I couldn t recommend him enough

Had a GREAT experience with Aaron, Dustin and Tyson. Unfortunately, the vehicle we looked at wasn t the right fit for us (no fault of the dealership at all). Regardless, all the employees we worked with were kind, accommodating, and professional. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Had been through about 6 different dealers and was very frustrated with how intrusive their sales pitches were. I ended up at young mazda just for fun and Aaron helped me out, giving me just the right of information and not selling me on anything. His sales approach combined with the reasonable prices led me to buying a 2017 Mazda 3, which I am very happy with.

This is the first time I have purchased my own car without the help of my dad or other family. I worked with Issac and he helped me find my dream car. I ve been wanting a specific car for well over a year that would work for me and my kids and all the features were what I wanted. He found the car I wanted and the next thing I know he is calling to tell me he was in Salt Lake bringing it back to Idaho Falls for me. The trade in process and working with the finance department (Dustin Coons) were painless and quick. When I had any questions about details or the process Issac got back to me within minutes (Not hours or days). They won t rip you off with price and they don t just treat you like another commission. I highly recommend Young Mazda of Idaho falls.

My husband and I are new to the area and I needed a vehicle asap. I ended up with a Mazda CX-5 and love it!! The team at young s were amazing!! Our salesman Jon was kind, patient and thorough!! We had such a wonderful experience that my husband traded his truck in and got a Mazda 3! Would highly recommend, for a great car buying experience!

Went to test drive a CX50 and Sean was happy to help us out and answer all our questions. We decided to buy the amazing car and traded in our CX5. They gave us a great value for the trade in and we are super happy with the car. This dealership is great and Sean was very easy to work with!

Sami Good went above and beyond twice in the past few months helping me purchase new vehicles. Highly recommend him and the rest of the staff. I usually hate buying cars but they made it a pleasant experience both times. I will definitely be purchasing from Young Mazda in the future (and hopefully working with Sami again!). Love my CX-9s!

I LOVE the service department! I am well taken care of every time I bring my car in. Malachi especially makes the experience exceptional and he always has me laughing every time he walks me to the waiting area so I m not standing around a bunch of smelly tires. It just gets me every time!

Rich, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. I was looking at an inexpensive used car and live about 3 hours from the dealer. Rich personally did a FaceTime call with me and throughly walked me through the car. He even shared the codes the car was throwing. Rich treated me like a customer who was there to purchase a $60,000 car, when I was there in fact there to buy a 15 year old car. The service received by Rich is top level service. Rich even stayed past his shift to wait for me to arrive to check the car out and fish the sales process. Rich made this a painless deal and was awesome to work with. I would absolutely drive 3 hours each way to buy a car from Rich again. Rich deserves to be recognized for his top notch service. Thank you Rich for making a Christmas wish possible.

I traded my 2018 Chevy Malibu in for someone else s 2021 Chevy Blazer at the end of August. At first it seemed to be a great deal and i was excited I was getting the car i wanted. It took about 5 days + or - to get it from UT to ID. They told me they were holding onto it to detail and do a safety inspection. Between the pick up there was a lot of miscommunication between multiple people and finally they told us it was ready. We picked it up and there were receipts and garbage from the previous owner so it had not been detailed. Paperwork was a mess, they sent the title to us and not the bank and we had to go in multiple different times to fix documents, signatures and to bring them the title back. Our first week the engine light came on. After we worked that out, 2 months later my car now doesn t start. This of course is the short version of my experience with YM and i wouldn t recommend anyone to purchase/trade in a vehicle here. I understand mistakes happen but the overall demeanor of the dealership was overbearing and disappointing.

I put a deposit down on a new Mazda 3, and made it clear I was paying cash. Once they felt like they had me, their behavior changed. After they lowballed me on my trade, they tried every trick to push financing on me (they make more money this way.) When I finally got rude with them, they claimed they were just trying to help me. I always pay cash for cars and don t need help lining their pockets. They didn t listen to me and treated me more like a mark than a customer. I finally stormed out and bought a Kia instead. To their credit, they did refund my deposit, but buyer beware

I just wanted to add to my previous post. Kim, one of the sales managers reached out to me due to my previous Google review. She apologized for the incident which happened during my recent service appointment. She explained that the issue had been addressed with the staff and assured me that the behavior of vaping would not happen again. I appreciated the efforts she went to in addressing the concerns. I appreciated that she took ownership as the manager of the concerns. Hopefully the young man that created the problem is grateful to her as well for her handling a problem that he created. I will return to Young Mazda in the future.

When I was first car shopping at young Mazda I was looking for a bigger car that would fit my family. Isaac was very helpful at finding my car, he was not pushy at all! He also drove to Utah to pick the car up and bring it back to me. Great customer service! I highly recommend asking for Isaac at Young Mazda Idaho!

If I could give less than 1 star I would, their inventory is primarily in a different state but they advertise it on their site as their inventory. I went for one or two vehicles I found on their site but got slammed into another. The vehicle I got was in an auto accident that they never disclosed and when I gave them the opportunity to make it right, they wasted my time and insulted me with barely a result both times I attempted to get them to do the right thing. The vehicle I got wasn't repaired properly and because of that, it caused more exterior damage by just opening the driver side door. I now have to climb over the console to get out the passenger door to avoid further damage and they don't care. I'm disgusted and will need to waste more time attempting resolution with their corporate office. Don't buy from them, there's far too many options to waste your time on their terrible inventory. As a vehicle is an investment, they have also wasted my investment, income, time and patience.
