Above excellent service. Door damage was fixed to brand new. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to customers satisfaction. If it isn't just mention it and they will make sure to continue work until you are happy. Will always use young auto body from here on out and also recommend to everyone.Thank you Young

I could not have been happier with the customer service and professionalism at Young Autobody! Pam and Cole are wonderful people to work with and my Tahoe looks perfect again! My husband and I will be doing business ONLY with Young Autobody in the future!

This place is extremely professional. Great people to work with and top notch quality workmanship. I recommend them to everyone I know. I had an extremely oversized vehicle that no other body shop could take care of. Even though it's not what they do, Kevin was eager to help out and took care of it anyway. Young Auto Body was really helpful for the last month as my car was being fixed. I was in a fender bender a couple months ago and I took my car to Young. I dropped off my car and there was a lot of back and forth with insurance that took time but Young was really helpful in keeping me in the loop and working with the insurance. They finally were able to work on my car and when they were about done my car would not start. They had it towed to Nissan to figure out why it wasn't starting. Nissan said it was the starter so I had Young finish their work so that I could replace the starter. Once I got the car back I replace the starter and my car still would not start. After working with two other mechanics to figure out the problem it was found that my ground was not connected. We took my car back to Young to see if they ever touched the ground. They went back through their process and determined they never came close to the ground and we just decided that it was a fluke thing that the ground just came undone over time. Young was very helpful in helping us cover some of the costs Nissan's misdiagnosis caused us. They were not at fault through any of this but knew the headache we had to go through and the inconvenience this caused us to get this problem resolved. They still manned up to the inconvenience. We will go there again! They are good honest people. We appreciate all of their help over the last month to get my car back up and running!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The guys here were super helpful, I had headlights for my car that had been in a wreck and had some damage to the front. They explained to me what challenges they might face trying to replace the headlights and gave me a reasonable price to make the repair. They ended up being able to get both replaced by shaping the hood of the car away from where it stuck into the lights. They were kind and polite the whole time and did an amazing job taking care of my car!

Best experience ever! I totaled my car, and not only did they help me build a quote, but gave me advice about insurance and car rentals. So kind, so helpful, so thorough. Amazing people.

Really disappointed in Young. I recommended them to my parents who were rear ended, after having them repair two of my cars. They took their car into them for repairs and the insurance company decided to total the car. When my parents went to pick up their car Young told them that they needed to pay for storage fees for having their car for 3 days and parts (not sure what parts they used cause a repair was never made). They were told that they couldn't get a hold of the other parties insurance and that they could not take their car until it was paid. At first the bill was $900 for storage and removing and re installing the bumper. They ended up paying $400+ to get their car and was told by Pam that when they got a hold of the other insurance company possibly they could refund my parents money. Still no call from Young. My parents left Young having to pay an inflated bill for an accident that was not their fault. How ridiculous that you take advantage of people attempting to repair their car. I will not be bringing my business to Young anymore. I am so disappointed in your shop Kevin especially since I recommend you so highly to everyone that asks for the last 7 years.

Yesterday I was able to visit Young s Auto Body and receive an estimate or a quote from them on a dent I had recently acquired in my car. The receptionist was a very professional and took many pictures of my car and seemed thorough in regards to her job. Unfortunately the man who was actually doing my estimate did not even address me as he went out to look, or should I say glance at my car for a whole thirty seconds. He came back in and grunted that the people who had hit me had probably totaled my car. Hearing this was absolutely ridiculous as I had already been to two other places in town and gotten very different observation and less drastic quotes from them. That being said my bad review is not about the end quoting price (which by the way was obscene considering the minimal damage) it was about that mans lack of professionalism and obvious lack of care regarding my quote. Avoid this place.

No more hassle of parts not lining up correctly or paint not quite matching. Young's will get it right and get you back on the road as if nothing happened in there first place.

I had some damage to my car door, due to the East Idaho wind. I took it in received an estimate, scheduled an appointment. When I picked up the car everything looked perfect, just like new. These guys are awesome! My wife's van was hit, brought it to Young's and received an estimate right on the spot, and they got it into their shop promptly, and completed the work exactly as promised and on time! The workmanship was on-point, and their service was stellar. I would highly recommend these guys!

A new SUV with very few miles was involved in a collision through no fault of its owner. It was the crew at Young Auto Body who performed truly outstanding work restoring my vehicle back to pre-crash condition. Fantastic outcome. High praise to Jeff's professional level of skill and likewise to Cole for protecting this customer's rights when dealing with the insurance company. Kevin and Jeff Young do a fantastic job of running a quality business. They have painted a couple of cars for me. I can honestly say that I was very happy with the final results and the price I was charged was extremely fair. I recommend you give them a try.

This is the second time I have used Young auto body and they did amazing work both times. Everyone is super friendly and makes everything incredibly easy for you. I will recommend them to anyone that needs to have body work done. I hope I don't have to see them again but if I do it is alright in my book. As long as I live in eastern Idaho Young auto body will get my business!!

I love Young's auto body. I used to work for a car rental company in town and we would often drop off and pick up customers from the numerous body shops around town. It always stuck with me how kind and friendly the people from Youngs were everytime I was there to pick up a customer. Then when I was rear ended in 2016 I took my own car to Youngs and they made sure I got OEM parts and that everything was to my liking. Now I need to fix some issues on my car from hitting a deer and they have been amazing as always. There are other good body shops in town, but to me Young's is the best

Young's Auto Body is awesome. I went to 4 other places for quotes and these guys matched the lowest quote while still giving me ORIGINAL parts, instead of cheap aftermarket stuff. Kevin and his brother are honest with you about everything, take pride in their work, and do all their work knowing that their name goes on to what they do. Great experience here. I hope to never see them again, but if my car ever does get hit again, there is nowhere else I will go. They go above and beyond and are a great couple of guys to work with.

Hated the experience. My bumper wax missing and I was quoted $1000 but when I set up an appointment and called to take it in they raised me to $3000 so im taking my car somewhere else.
