So very disappointed with service, communication, and cleanliness. Brought my brand new tucson in for an oil change, bought my car from the dealership. First oil change they overfilled the oil by a quart. Called to schedule another oil change for them to fix the problem, and asked for the lead tech to work on my car initially, which did not happen. The tech brought the keys inside, and nobody in the office knew what was going on. I get out to the car i just cleaned, and the tech had his muddy boot prints all over inside the car. I get home to check the oil and then the oil is now half a quart too low, and not to mention oil all over the plastics on the motor. Called the dealership and asked to speak with the manager and they didn t want to anything to try and fix the situation. do NOT get your car serviced here.

Just purchased my first Hyundai vehicle and had a great and personable experience. They were very patient with me and my indecisiveness and my constant questions. Paperwork went smoothly. And the financing options on some vehicles were very reasonable and competitive in today's market. Very happy with my brand new luxurious vehicle.

They did not waste my time, nor push a higher end model. It was very easy and low key. Before we drove away, they spent time going over the gadgets on the console and other information of importance.

The woman working in service was quick to ignore my request to pull my cars records. I explained I had x and x completed within the past few years and wanted to review the work orders. She told me no such services were ever done. I asked her to check again and she made me seem like it was a nuisance. Later her manager recovered my records just fine. She also talks a lot about other customers in front of the customers waiting for service.

A faulty part was replaced with a defective part. Then two other parts were replaced before it was discovered that the first part was defective. This happens. The worst part was I had to call them all but two times and they had my car for 8.5 weeks! The replacement part arrived on Friday and they sat on it until the following Friday, while claiming I was the priority. I went in twice and they finally bumped others and moved my car up. They were all nice people just didn t call when they said they would and really didn t make my car a priority.

Nobody pushed, their pricing is transparent and nothing over MSRP but docking, taxes, and titling. They are fair and upfront. My first time going to a car dealer and I will come back to them in the future! All the employees were super nice as well!

Just got a newer ride for my love and I to Dash in, happy with the purchase at this point anything would have been better than freezing it out in my old truck, with no heat. Fairly affordable and easy to work with ease of mind is priceless.

They called two days before I had my appointment schedule to confirm. When I arrived early that morning to drop it off they didn t know how long it would take to fix it. I called them 3 hours later to see how everything was going and they informed me that they didn t even have the part in I needed for the scheduled repair, however Pocatello did so they were going to see if someone could maybe pick it up but they still thought they might have it done that day. I called 3 more hours later and they didn t know if the part was going to get there that day. Then I called after another 3 hours and they had the part but it was going to take 6 hours to get to where the part needed to be switched and they had just started tearing into the engine an hour before close so I would be unable to use my vehicle. The next day I called around 2 to see if the vehicle was done and they said it had been good to go for over an hour but no one had called me to let me know. With all of these calls they had promised me that they would call me with updates when the part arrived and how they work was going. They have terrible communication and then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle they tried to charge me for the warranty coverage that we had already talked about 3 different times. This facility needs better organization and communication skills stat as they sully the good name and warranty that Hyandai is.

Where do I start with the many things that they did. We bought a Sonata for our grandson in August 2022. First of all it had new tires on it. When our grandson picked it up the tires were changed to used tires. The radio didn't work, the gas flap wouldn't open had to go through trunk to open it, never got fixed. Put about 5000 miles on it and the engine died. If this is the quality of service and car go elsewhere.

I used to go to Hyundai for all my service. Seems like they struggle keeping good help around anymore. I took my car in for an oil change and asked for it to be vacuumed. They never called to tell me my car is done nor did they vacuum. They had my car from 8am-4pm. I miss the ladies who used to work there. They made sure everything was taken care of.

We bought a new Santa Fe from Zac and Scott and the whole process was easy and painless! There manager Rod gave me a good price on our trade in and was very fair and transparent with me, and their finance was quick and easy to deal with. Will the finance guy was able to talk me into GAP insurance because of the high miles we drive every year and no one was pushy or slimey. Would definitely buy a car here again!

If I could 0, I would. I took car in for a recall and they told me oil pan needed to be replaced and they didn't do the recall and it sat for 2 weeks.l and couldn't fix the oil pan because they didnt have the part. 2.5 months later I bring it back to get the oil pan fixed because it was finally in. Car sat there for 10 days and no one called me or returned my calls. I finally got a hold of someone and they said told me oil pan didn't need to fixed and wasn't but needed to pay them 700 to fix the brakes. No work had been done and it had been there for 10 days and I had no phone calls from anyone. I took it elsewhere

I drove all the way up from SLC to buy this used Subaru Outback because Zak Biggs was so great to work with as a salesperson. My experience with this dealership was so much better than all the others I'd be in contact with while trying to find the right Outback. Zak put me at ease with having to drive hundreds of miles to potentially buy a car having only seen photos and talking with him about it. Then Will Locke made the financing very easy, and they matched a lower rate I'd found elsewhere. These gents stayed late to accommodate my long drive and never made me feel pressured. Phenomenal experience and would recommend anyone to buy a car from these guys.

I called to get scheduled for an oil change and some other things, never got a call back and I ll never buy a car from this place again because the fact that they aren t on top of getting back when it s been over 1 month and quite a bit of days to where it s been almost 2 months that s ridiculous and honestly disrespectful, but whatever their loss I ll be taking my business elsewhere for better quality.

This is the only location that has taken care of all of my concerns and problems with my vehicle. They have honored the Hyundai vehicle warranty each time and take time to diagnose/fix whatever needs to be done. They actually CARE which is what I appreciate most from this dealership. I would also like to thank the service techs Brody and Freddy for their hospitality, kindness, and willingness to do all that they can to make my experience there worth it to come back again.

Woody Smith gave me a fair deal on my 2023 Hyundai Venue. I wouldn't say it was a great deal but fair. The free oil changes for 3 years is a nice bonus but I had a hard time getting an appointment to use it. I came in and bought a few oil filters so I could get my oil changed elsewhere as nobody has them in town. They charged me $13 ea despite them being about $4 online.

Easiest most pleasant car buying experience ever. Seriously. No games. No back end fees other than a very standard low doc fee. zero pressure. Easy FI process. Accommodating staff and assistance from dealership manager. I almost can't get over it. 2023 Elantra Blue hybrid; we chose the blue trim over the limited trim because it seemed like there was a little more value there. We were in and out in barely 2 hours and only cause we drove three vehicles. Highest recommendation for this dealership.

The service department is the worst. I received a warning about having my Palisade being due for service so I made an appointment. They couldn't get me in for THREE WEEKS!!!! Then when I take it in, they tell me that I have to pay for the service because it was past due for the complimentary service. They are the ones that couldn't get me in at the proper time so why should I have to pay for it? This is not the first time I have had to deal with this nonsense. I will take my vehicle to a different Hyundai dealer from now on. Pathetic.

I will not use names so....when we purchased our Santa Fe in 2014 , service was fantastic. It remained that way until the last couple of years. We wanted to still give everyone the benifit of the doubt, that maybe it was just a bad day.The last visit we had tipped the scales. We will not be using their services again. The detail to customer service has diminished greatly. No call backs. On hold for 14 plus minutes and still not connected to the department requested.The vehicle has been an exceptional vehicle but service has not!

The other day my wife and I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from here and Scott Dayton was our sales representative. He was very easy to talk to and made the whole experience pleasant. This is the second car I ve bought from Woody Smith Hyundai and I ll come back again if I need a third! Scott and no problem answering any questions we had and his hospitality was great! Needed a new AWD vehicle for the winter and were debating a few different vehicles. It came down to availability and some features. Woody Smith had a hybrid Santa Fe on the lot. We drove it a couple of times, with the kids for their opinion. Zak was very helpful and relaxed with us. Never felt pressured into anything or rushing to make a decision. We got a great SUV and had the best experience we've ever had with a dealer.
