Totally impressed by Wild Things in Idaho Falls!! My daughter had an appointment at 11:00 am to get a tonneau cover for her new truck.First of all, it looks amazing!! Secondly, it literally took 15 minuts!!3rd, best customer service!!And, someone came out in the snow/slushy downpour and showed us how to use it very patiently and professionally!Finally, a very fair price!!We definiely highly recommend Wild Things in Idaho Falls!! Thanks so much! You made my daughter so very happy!!

They were able to work me in on a Friday on the fly to install a leveling kit and did it quick! Great team, fair prices, would highly recommend!

Great experience. Dylan steered me off my original preference, and glad he did. Very knowledgeable team. Order came within the week. Cassie gave some great tips and assurances about the warranty. Install team was quick and thorough. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Good job.

The people working here are very knowledgeable. There were issues with the new bumper that was getting installed (the fabrication company not theirs) and they went out of the way to work with the company and get the solutions. Everyone working here is great, you can't go wrong with them.

I purchased a Bak Flip tonneau cover and wild things did the install. Very pleased with the result. It is as advertised. Didn't experience any headaches or frustration of a DIY'er. Thanks Wild things.

I was in an auto accident and asked Wild Things if they could store my truck cap until I purchased a new truck. They agreed to. I called several times during the time they stored it to check if all was well, they said it was no problem. Once I found a truck, I had them install on my new truck. I had the cap at their facility for 6 months, I had to find the color match/model truck and it took some time.After it was installed, I inspected it which I should have done prior to installation as it was not damaged in the accident. It was not installed correctly, the front flange was tucked back under, and there was a 3 inch crack in the front corner. I asked them to look at it, installer said it looked fine. I took my truck home but called back and spoke with someone else who said it was not seated properly. I went back and had it reset.The cap was stored properly, I believe the front corner was cracked upon installation. This is (I got an estimate) a $1000 repair, fiber glass fix and paint to match. The shop that gave me the estimate said it looks like a new crack, very clean, could not have happened during storage. One employee told me that the heavy snow we had could have put too much pressure on it and cracked - not if it was stored properly, which I believe it was. The owner said there is no way they did it, that it was stored on wood that it is screwed onto, this I agree with. But, the corner was cracked upon installation. Accidents happen, this crack was one during installation. Poor business to damage a product and not step up to fix it.

My husbands boss highly recommended Wild Things for a problem with the tire bar on my Jeep. He uses them for his jeep and truck accessories. It was an excellent recommendation. The staff was super accommodating. They worked around my schedule, immediately got my jeep in, and had all the knowledge and tools to fix the problem. In less than an hour my jeep tire bar was working better than it ever has. The staff were kind and professional. I highly recommend Wild Things for any accessories or accessory maintenance needs you have.

I ordered some floor mats through these guys and they were awesome to work with. Hugo and Cody both helped me on separate occasions. Their help and customer service were top notch! They made sure I got what was best for my needs and any questions or issues were resolved quickly. I'll definitely shop here again!

Wild Things are the best 4x4 Truck specialists for hundreds of miles. They installed my lift kit (which they are familiar with from frequent installs) and mounted my new wheels in less than a day. They even took the truck to get aligned for me, so I could pick it up and just drive away, as I live over the pass in Jackson. 1000% recommend if you want to lift or get work done on your truck. You can waste an hour or two trying to find alternatives, but believe me, no other truck shop for hundred of miles comes close.

I purchased a shell and bed liner for my F-150 through Wild Things in Idaho Falls. While we experienced a much longer than normal wait time due to Covid-related production and shipping delays, they kept me informed and answered all of my questions. Instillation went smoothly and I have been enjoying my shell for several months now. Special shoutout to Cassie for providing top notch customer service! Thank you!

These guys are great!! Dylan was very helpful and friendly as well as the install crew. We had a suspension issue pop up on a road trip, and they squeezed us into there busy schedule. Thanks Wild Things!!! 5stars!!

I ordered a work truck shell with a ladder rack, and when it arrived they called and made an appointment to install it. I showed up, they took the truck in, and it was done in about an hour. The shell was exactly what I ordered, and everything got installed perfectly with excellent workmanship. They even keyed the locks on the shell to my truck door key while I waited. If I need anything else for the truck or car, I am definitely coming back here. These guys rock.

First time in Wild Things today and they made a customer for life! I have never seen such great customer service and understanding in an auto place. So helpful and straight forward. They see the customer as a real person and don't try to squeeze every last dime out of you like other auto places.

I used to work for this company. Mike and Julie always did everything they could to do the jobs with the utmost integrity. I loved working with them. Were there issues? Yes! But they always wanted to make sure there end product was what was paid for, even when it cost them money. These folks have an army of children and grandchildren, that are a testament to who they are. We moved to south Louisiana 8 years ago but we constantly think about the love and friendship they gave to our family. They didn't just hire us they befriended us and would invite us to almost all their family functions. They even had us over one easter for the bunny hop contest, where there were eggs filled with amazing prizes. My wife and I got the two grand prize eggs with $100.00 bills in them. We often sit and talk about how much we really miss them. In short these are very excellent people to do business with. Oh I forgot one major detail. When they found us we were living in a camper at a truck stop up the street from them. Their son in law saw my daughter and I collecting cans to take to the recycling center. So we were making an actual minimum wage amount doing so and had enough food and diapers and fuel for heat. But when he found us he informed Mike, whose heart is the size of texas. He came and offered me a job. And I was making enough to support the three small families that were living with us. We were making enough to live very generously with others in need around us. Thank you Mike and Julie. We will always remember you and your family.

Terrible service. I will not be going back to this business, due to the fact that they fail to honor their warranties that they claim. The past time I had them work on my vehicle they scratched the paint. I would never recommend anyone doing business with a group that fails to honor their word or have anyform of respect for their customers.

The gentleman that helped me here was very friendly and informative. I stopped by because I had questions about truck toppers and when I arrived the shop was busy with 2 other customers and the phone was ringing off the hook but they still took the time to help me as well as the other customers in the store. The salesman walked me through the toppers and explained the difference between the brands and models they sell.

These people KNOW their stuff!!! What a great experience. They are honest and give great service. They know their product lines and what their vendors offer. I can't say more than WOW!I spent several thousand there and I much more to come. They are my goto place for truck and car accessories.

Went in and purchased a shell ; was told 4 weeks , called at 3 wks to check status, was told 6-10 wks ,by salesman that sold it to me, don't buy here and get same "shank" I did
